Ambulatory car park leaves much to be desired. People are forced to take the car but there is not enough parking. We are forced to leave the car in second and third row when one wants to leave is a problem. During the surgery, the cars should not be in there once the park is small, they should only put the cars in the park as soon as the patient was discharged. Oh and since there are few places the employees that respect those places reserved for patients. As for the 5 star service.
Obstetricians leave much to be desired, I thank the Hospital of St. John for saving my daughter from the blurry that they did in this hospital.

I was seeing some bracelet things at this hospital and it said that the real bracelet was up to 2 hours at the most and it's been 3 hours and a few minutes and we still have nothing left. This should be considered as they arrived and there should be a doctor for each bracelet, because no one deserves it. My daughter was hospitalized in the pediatric ward. I was very surprised to see that the level of security was high (anti-theft bracelet, the visitors left their identity card at the reception ...) and the staff very nice and efficient.

Hospital with horrible care, with no regard for people.
I was admitted to this Unit ten years ago. Excellent professionals. Hospital with several needs. Today, with family members, I verify the excellence of professionals and the work overload. What is required of these people is professionalism.
However, I notice an excessive delay, more than a year - for interventions in orthopedics. My family member was interned twice, and had to be returned home due to lack of space. An absurd thing; could and could be resolved with a phone call.
I cannot understand how- in a first-line hospital- people wait in that unit, waiting for vacancies in the continuing care centers. Such a hospital cannot be a long-term care center. A waste of time, money and poor service to the population. Exhausted employees with work. Lack of essential items; I didn't see water for the sick and paper for cleaning hands in the bathrooms.
Those people treated me and received me with decorum.
I spent 4 days in the delivery room, immobilized by the epidural braces, waiting for the doctors to decide what to do because I was 31 weeks pregnant and wanted to delay the birth of the baby as much as possible. In addition to not having a single test to estimate the baby's weight, I spent all these days without access to personal hygiene and space. Shameful! Also, I was previously in a room without a TV for 3 weeks and with the window shutter next to my broken headboard. And I was only allowed to do one lift a day. Even the employees felt sorry for me and found the situation inadmissible, all for lack of money, the usual response.
Today we went to the blood bank and, as always, we had exceptional service from a 5-star team.

Hospital with few conditions. It is over crowded and lacking staff. The care in the emergency room is slow and little care. Needs to improve facilities and staffing
Bad service, a lot of clutter, not to mention the arrogant service on the part of the security guards. The only positive point goes to the assistants who, even with the crowded corridors of users and constant requests, maintain calm, education and respect for users and technicians.
In emergencies the service is not always the best and the waiting time is long, but in other sectors is compensated by the good attention of employees and the comfort of the facilities.
