Censorio have been great to deal with throughout the process of moving into the Elliot building in New Westminster. Our rep Kristina has been nothing but wonderful and has gone out of her way on several different occasions to ensure that everything is running smoothly in our unit. Based on my experiences with them, I would happily recommend their services.

This developer had trouble finishing our project. The project was delayed for close to three years. it's been 6 months since we moved in and there are still deficiencies that they are held accountable for but unwilling to be responsible for them. It's been a real struggle.

Absolutely horrible company. They don't pay their invoices!! Beware if you are providing services for this company. We have been trying to collect on our receivables since April 2017 and we get nothing but false promises every time. If you are a contractor providing services for Censorio Group, walk away. You won't get paid

My electrical company has been working along side with this developer for over a year and all of our project managers have only had positive things to say.

I have actually had a fairly good experience with this team. All requests were followed up on diligently and any delays were relayed and dealt with in a professional manor. One of the employees Kristina has always been very helpful and professional. She was a great advocate for us when we were experiencing difficulties with our buzzer and when we were blamed for certain things in the building that were unfortunately being done by someone else on our floor. We have always been respected.

My partner and I are currently tenants at a building that is managed by Censorio (they are the middle man to the owner of the unit), and the person we are in touch with is Kristina. So far, we are having a great experience with her! She really takes care of us and makes sure we aren't experiencing any issues with the unit, building and strata. Whenever we have a question, she is quick to respond. Kristina has gone out of her way to help us if any issues do arise. I hope our relationship with Censorio Group continues to be a good one as we enjoy living here and hope to for some time, if possible!

My son bought a presale in the Carlton project on Hasting street In 2016. . Still not finished and the project went into receivership in January 2020 . The courrt ruled for the receiver and nullified all the presale contracts . Just a bad experience, very little information coming out from the developer during the build explains the problems only excuses . I would tread carefully getting involved with Censorio projects in the future and buyer beware for those who are looking to purchase in the Cartton . I see nothing but problems going forward

Working with Censorio has been not only pleasant but extremely helpful. Their employees are informative and professional. I would recommend them to others. I personally have loved my experience working with them! Thanks Censorio!
