Hyatt Regency Phoenix Review

The entire stay was beyond what we could have asked for. It was beautiful, conveniently located and most of all the staff was amazing. I would like to point on Amanda specifically, she was the main reason that we will return on our next trip to Phoenix. We had an issue with finding the parking garage and she made it so easy for us and even gave us a discounted price on parking for our troubles. She is amazing. Also by far the most comfortable bed I ve ever slept on in my life, being pregnant that is so important to me. Highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Regency Phoenix and will be back!
With everything going on and hotels doing their very best to stay safe and clean but also give great customer service, its hard to stay on top. As a travel agent, I've been to many hotels, even throughout the pandemic, and few have gotten it right, but the staff at Hyatt Regency in DT Phoenix absolutely did! Their staff was extremely courteous, but still personable and truly went out of their way to make our stay special. It was also still safe and sanitary without losing it's hospitality! Thank you everyone at Hyatt Regency! Its also a great location for restaurants and entertainment, when things get back to normal, its would be hard to beat when you want to go to a game or meet friends downtown.

The facilities are nice enough but customer service was poor. We paid extra for a balcony room to enjoy the view but couldn t enjoy it due to our neighbors who played music all night and morning and smoked weed constantly. Our room smelled awful. We let the front desk know twice and all we got was oh we will let security know and that was it. In general walls are very thin and it was very loud. Unless you just want to be close to downtown for convenience this is a good hotel but I would just stay somewhere else.

Time time to iron out the kinks. When guest pull up, do not assume they want valet and corral them into a line of cars. Provide all parking options. Front desk is great and did give us a lovely room with a view.
Where I take issue is being told rooms were newly renovated. Our shower failed to provide hot water on night one. The following morning I call down. They send a repair man who is in the unit for an hour fixing the shower handle. We were not offered to switch rooms or shower elsewhere. We receive no apology, no cheese plate, nothing. I know it was a busy weekend, but recognition for the inconvenience would have meant a great deal.

I won't book here again unless management reaches out. See attached photos of renovated room.

From the rustic modern look to excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I were absolutely pleased to stay here and meet the hotels fine customer service attendants. From the front desk clerks (both last night and this morning) to Edward in the gift shop. The front desk clerks were so caring they memorized our names and were extremely amicable. Edward was efficient and kind while assisting us in our souvenirs and making us laugh. Thanks for an incredible experience! We will be back :)

This Hyatt is a nice clean place to stay. The hotel staff was very pleasant to deal with and check in was very quick. The bed was wonderful, soft pillows and comfortable sheets made for a great night's sleep. The balcony overlooking the downtown area was nice as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Mother's day dinner was nice. I haven't been there since I was quite a bit younger.

What an amazingly accommodating and inviting place to stay! We were in town for the Barrett Jackson Auction- and these guys were beyond welcoming. Jeff Monson deserves an award for outstanding hospitality. He was INCREDIBLE, I cannot say enough about this individual/ he exceeds professionalism and really made our stay worth it. I will absolutely stay here again because the service he provided was BEYOND anything we had every experience, and we travel a lot. Thank you so much and we look forward to staying with you next time we are in town!

Excellent service. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Phoenix! We used points and we got complementary parking. They were also kind enough to upgrade us to a room on the 21st floor with a city view! They rooms were very nice, and upgraded to fit the times. I wish we could've spent more time there.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. Staff was helpful. I needed to buy water and it was late at night and they provided me with water. They were fast in bringing up extra towels.

The room was comfy, loved the gym, and lots of sanitation stations.

Lots of food places to eat. However if you are in a hurry I do recommend the omelette at the hotel...it is amazing.
