My partner and I are currently tenants at a building that is managed by Censorio (they are the middle man to the owner of the unit), and the person we are in touch with is Kristina. So far, we are having a great experience with her! She really takes care of us and makes sure we aren't experiencing any issues with the unit, building and strata. Whenever we have a question, she is quick to respond. Kristina has gone out of her way to help us if any issues do arise. I hope our relationship with Censorio Group continues to be a good one as we enjoy living here and hope to for some time, if possible!
