Hyatt Key West Resort and Spa Review

We had a group of 29 that had major flight issues due to weather for our trip to Key West. We ultimately had to take a bus there & were not set to arrive at the Hyatt Centric until 3:30 am, after sitting in an airport since 10 am. When I called to inform the hotel, I spoke with AMBER and SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She helped me check in all of my guests within minutes over the phone, so when we arrived at 3:30 am, our room keys were all ready with our names on them. Words cannot express how thankful we were for this!! Amber was pleasant, efficient & humorous, which was exactly what I needed after a frustrating & extremely stressful day of delayed & cancelled flights!! During our stay, CHARLIE & the front desk team, BRIANNA & AUDREY on the Sales/Events team, & PARKER, the Housekeeping Manager that helped retrieve some forgotten items in my room, all gave EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & should be recognized as well.

We arrived for our honeymoon and Amber treated us to champagne, an upgraded room, and free drinks @ the bar! The room was clean but we did have to request housekeeping and our room was cleaned everyday. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere. One thing to know is that this place is EXPENSIVE. We think it was worth it though.

A very nice place with a great staff. When we checked in we met the Pathfinder we go to help us out every day with our needs and said hi to us and didwork out one of our issues. All the staff we encountered was very friendly always said hi always wearing their masks. We enjoyed the pool area and the beach yes there was a lot of seaweed but it is Florida. Just be prepared for pricey drinks in the bar and if you're an early riser you cannot get a cup of coffee unless it's from your room before 7:00 a.m. . Very quiet morning you will hear a lot of roosters in the am making the calls.
Around to the hotel very nice food in the restaurant was good also. The bar staff was always friendly. If you're in the area and looking for a higher end hotel stop in

Great location and very friendly staff. Walk to everything with great views at night. Overall a good place to stay. The room didn t get to cool though but they were changing out the AC units so it s probably better now.

The lobby smelled delicious of coconuts. The room was honestly great and what we liked the most was the long hallway in the room. The pool outside was not deep and extremely small, they should honestly just combine the whole thing. I was unaware of the other chairs located on the other side near the restaurant on its right side in its own small beach which I was annoyed to find out at the end. The hallways of this hotel are okay, which again they should honestly invest in that too. Furkan was a great bartender. Very attentive to us as well as everyone else in The lobby. The live music was a plus.

Hyatt is superb compare to other brands. It never failed me. This spot, same.

As always, resort fees, & extra taxes apply. Very good value, service staff were friendly & helpful. Easy walk to everything. Easy & cheap to Uber. I'd return.

We are in room 3201. Great room. When we checked in, they asked us if we wanted daily housecleaning, we said, adamantly, yes, it is a must. We were out all day, at the pool half the day, then out walking around. Came to the room twice during the day, once, housecleaning was at the room right across from us, the second time, housecleaning was three doors down. Our room never got cleaned. When we called and asked the front desk, they said they were "too busy". Really? We are paying over $600 a night, ASKED for daily housecleaning, and you are "too busy"? How do you determine whose room gets cleaned?

Super nice staff. The bartender by the pool might be the sweetest person ever. Very, very nice place to be.

Another beautiful tranquil Hyatt property that should be on your list. It comes with a small private beach access that has a cute floating deck and just enough loungers next to the beach and swimming pool to get your perfect tan. The rooms are spacious, modern in design and most come with an ocean view. Their restaurant SHOR has beautiful views. The portion size of their smoked salmon dish for breakfast was humongous! Their employees were barely noticeable on the property and had exceptional customer service skills.
