Horrible experience! In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere. I visited the Sioux Falls location to upgrade my Samsung S5 to and iPhone 11 Pro Max. They were running a promotion where you could receive a $200 credit for trading in a eligible device. I decided I would go ahead and trade in the S5 but was assured that everything would be transferred over to my new iPhone. I had no reason not to trust this information as I have never had an issue before. They had difficulty with the transfer and was receiving errors however I was once again after all that that everything transferred. The next day I realized the pictures in my text messages were gone. When I went back into the store to get help with this they said there was nothing that could be done and they hadn t thought about that issue when transferring from an android to an Apple. They chuckled to each other and told me to enjoy my phone. What a joke! I put my trust in Cell Only to properly take care of my mobile needs and was highly disappointed. If I would have known I would lose pictures I would have just kept my old phone instead of trading it in. I will definitely will not be recommending then to anyone.
