We had a very good experience switching from At&t to Verizon. Wade was the sales guy we worked with. It took a long time, but he was helpful and set up an appointment for us to come in during a not so busy time. He communicated with me through text messages to line stuff up. Wade started working on all our new phones even before we came in! Thanks Wade!
