After having a terrible previous experience at Verizon, my mom dreaded having to go back to Verizon to get a new phone. I talked to JELONDA on the phone and explained what my mom was needing help with, regarding a new phone, and she was WONDERFUL! She was not only helpful on the phone, but was also very sweet, helpful, and patient with my mom in person. So thank you for being so kind!
