After being away for 11 years because of small children, my kids are finally big enough to enjoy Cedar Point. My youngest missed everything by a few inches. Guess I'll have to tell the doctor her height measurement was off. Lol. We plan to be going back to visiting twice a year from now on.

Very disappointed with this park. With all the hype of the rides many of them weren't even open. This was after Memorial Day! Summer has begun. We had the early entry pass but only 2 rides were open. Of course we were here for Steel Vengeance but it didn't open up until real late, towards noon and then was shut down. Of course we lucked out to have storms roll through in the afternoon and evening so we didn't get a full days worth, and we understand that part and the safety issues, etc. But, if Steel Vengeance had been open earlier in the morning then everybody could have gotten a ride in. I know the ride was not broke down as the night before it ran until 9:00 pm.
The food and beverage vendors weren't open either. We bought the all day free beverage wrist band and 1 souvenir cup for refills but they had no refill stations open. Employees in the park didn't know where anything was when asked, and they didn't seem to care enough to try to find out, not even at the front entrance customer care.
There were 3 rides that were really worth our time; Maverick, Millennium Force and Top Thrill Dragster. Thank you for those 3.

It's the best place for roller coasters in the world I think, but like most amusement parks some of the staff will let you down. Still, it's a great place to go. Get Fast Lane Plus or go on a week day, Saturday wait times without either can be insane!

it was amazing. the people are nice. and the rides are fun. sadly my time was cut short due to weather. but its worth a 4 hour drive from dayton Ohio. i will go again. just make sure yku pick a day with good weather.

DO NOT GO DURING HALLOWEEKENDS ... weather sucked, super busy and coasters not running, rode 3 coasters in 9 hrs at the park. They ran out of souvenir drink cups in the 2 hours after the park opened.

Been here many times and I think it's great if you get the fast passes but I won't come any other time. Food is super expensive, too, so plan accordingly. A bottle of water is $4 at cheapest to $6 for 2. They have amazing funnel cakes that are worth getting if you go

Cedar Point is doing an amazing job during these stressful and unsure times! I actually really like the access passes for the bigger coasters. Not being all up on another person in line is great! Honestly most of the bad reviews I ve read are from people who truly don t realize how privileged they are to even be going to an amusement park during a global pandemic.

This is the best amusement park for roller coasters! Six Flags doesn't even come close! They have lots of great shows too. The best days to visit are weekdays. Most lines are only 1/2 hr on those days. We visit Ohio almost every year and going to cedar point is always on the list of things we will do.

Lines were ridiculous. Spent the whole day there and was only able to get on 4 coasters. Coasters were good but you won't get on half of them in a day without paying an extra $155 per person (in addition to admission) for their fast pass.

Me and my daughter love cedar point, its a great place to fave fun with friends and family. We got platinum memberships this year and will definitely keep the membership for a long time, definitely worth the money.

cedar point is so fun and entertaining. I went here with my family for 4 days and stayed in the cabins. The only thing I don't like here is the lines, especially for the Steel Vengeance! But you could always buy fast pass for some extra money also, taking a walk by the water/beach is always beautiful especially at sunset. I love to go on roller coasters and always make a trip out here every year. I live in Michigan so it takes about 2 hours to get here but it's TOTALLY worth the drive i recommend coming here if you have kids whether they're a toddler or a teenager because there's always Snoopy land for the little ones and big, scary rollercoasters for others Can't wait to come back!

Overall, great diversity and number of roller coasters in a nice location on lake Erie. Make it extra fun by staying on site at Hotel Breakers. Also. They have stepped up their in park food options, with some new restaurants.

We go to cedar point annually, usually we have a blast. But this year with Covid precautions we were only able to get on 4 rides the entire day. We waited in line for the maverick for 3 hours. We waited for the val-raven for 2 hours, and we waited to get the access
Passes for an hour and a half. The rides were fun but disappointed with the pass system being it didn t really work. Social distancing was practiced in line for the most part. Won t be returning until changes are made for the new system.

A phenomenal park and amazing experience.it never ceases to be a good time. Great for a group of friends, a family, or just a day with your significant other. Food is great if you're on a budget but other than that the trip is well worth the price. Any chance you get I would take up the opportunity to spend a day or even half a day here at cedar point.

I really enjoyed my time here, there aren't many parks that can boast the same collection of rides and coasters as Cedar Point.
The place is huge! I've heard it's about a mile and a half from the main gate to the back, and I believe it. It's all fairly flat terrain though, so it's not very tiring. I'd recommend going for 3 full days to be sure you get to ride everything more than once (one time just isn't enough), and if you can go more than once during the operating season, then by all means do. A pass is also recommended, and with Platinum you also get parking as well as other Cedar Fair parks, so it's definitely worth the extra money. The employees were also fun and interactive, which really helps build an enjoyable environment, and that's sort of why there. It was my first time visiting, and I really hope I get to go back before too long.
I stayed in Cedar Point's Express hotel which was also quite nice (I also reviewed that one), it's like 5 minutes from the park and there's a Dairy Queen right next door, as well as a few other places close by (be sure to check the closing times though, I got nailed by that the first night @.@).
And before I sign off, I have to mention the new ride; it's so good it's competing for the top spot of coasters I've been on, which so far hasn't had nearly this much competition. Fantastic coaster, worth a trip out to the park to ride it alone (that's coming from someone who lives in California, for now).

Awesome amusement park. I think it's one of the best in the country. Clean and friendly. If you stay on their property you get the whole experience including nighttime activities at the Beach.

Had a great day at cedar point this past Sunday! Staff was helpful and friendly. Mask are required but they have designated areas you can rest and remove your mask for some fresh air.. The rides were cleaned down after every rider. The ride attendeance sit you a few seats apart from other rider's to keep a social distance. The wait lines were short and people definitely kept to the six feet apart rules we have to follow during this pandemic. Food areas were cleaned and they havw hand sanitizing stations located at every entrance and exit. Extremely impressed with the cleanliness they kept up and very often. Will definitely be making a visit back and recommend cedar point to many family and friends who want to go to a clean safe environment to have a good fun filled day!

Best amusement park hands down. Their record breaking roller coasters are phenomenal. 'Steel Vengeance' is my new favorite. Do yourself a favor and download the app. You can mark your parking spot and find anything you want in the park, along with wait times for rides and clear walking directions.

The overall park was great. Do to misunderstanding I was giving comp tickets for the park which I assumed would be good for next year cause I would want to come back turns out they expire when the season is over which I didn't want to drive all the way back in a month to use.

Remembering when I was a small child going with my grandma and her best friend at age 10 (1980), up until the age of 28, 1998. I was excited to play the games, ride the rides, and just walking through the park and seeing so many people come together and share the same memories I did at that time was a memory I'll never forget! Now that I'm older, bringing my grandson for his first time was another exciting memory. He enjoyed the rides and the ice cream! The smile on his face was enough enjoyment for me! Thanks Cedar Point! You never disappoint!

Best roller coasters around. Always a blast. Although I have to say Halloweekends have never been worth the trip. That part of the season needs a complete remodel to be worth the price of admission. However, Cedar Point in the summer time. Nothing better.

Cedar point is far from our house but coming over the summer was 100% worth it. Me and my family went during the last week of Spooktober event and it was pretty crowded. I rode my first roller coaster had to admit hated it so much the people there did such a fantastic job of scaring us in the haunted houses and so many poke stops for u pokemon goers

Getting more and more expensive,

Getting more and more expensive,
every year. Parking is $20.00!
They treat their employees like slaves but keep the investors/ stockholders happy.
I have always been a season pass holder since they started. But no more.
BTW, the food is horrible here. Yuk!
I never understood why the parking was never free. Oh yeah, greed.

Cedar Point has some amazing rides... That don't seem to work properly. Millennium Force and Dragster were not working 90% of the day. When it did open and we got in line for an hour and a half it broke again and we were forced to leave the line without any compensation for waiting 1.5 hours for literally nothing. Steel Vengeance is probably my favorite coaster ever now... but be prepared to wait 2 hours or more. We didn't buy fast passes cause it would have been $100 per person and not everyone in our group could afford that. They need a system like Disney has to keep all their guests happy. Not that I even wanted to give them more money for broken rides and overly expensive food. Park was clean and updated mostly but they seem to have a bug/spider problem. Not enough staff for the food places and you often have to wait in a long line for that too. Overall it felt like we paid alot of money to stand in line for hours and hours. The park seems to care less about whether or not guests leave happy as long as they make their money.

I thought it was amazing! The big rides are for brave people. They had little rides for the small kids. There was nice food to eat! I was happy that there was a nice area that you could play in water. Cedar Point is great for kids!

Lots of rides closed, lots of vendors closed. Paid $4.50 for a WATER from a vending machine during a pandemic (thanks for price gouging people to death).People walking around kept taking their masks off and I didn't see any employees say anything. Kids had fun, was my first time here and im just disappointed that even during a pandemic yall will just scam people out of money without a second thought. Its pretty sickening to be honest.

The roller coasters in this park are amazing and plentiful. But the restrooms were dirty, not air conditioned, the food was overpriced and not very good. The employees in the first aid station were great. We weren't impressed with the staff in The Breakers. One who checked us in was rude. Not helpful at all. One employee who was working at midnight was super nice. We are from Florida and are used to the over-the-top hospitality at Disney. This fell far short of what we are used to. We'd like to go back for the park, but not sure if we will. We spent a lot of money on this weekend, and it was for an anniversary. We were very disappointed.

Usually we have a lot of fun here. Not this time.We brought the gold passes online plus fast pass and drink refills. When we went to scan them, they told us it was invalid and told us to go to guest services. We went and guest services couldn t help us,told us to go to another station.Went all around the park-wasn t fun at all.No one could tell us why our cards weren t working.Very disappointed.Currently at the park and angry.
Now they told us there was no fast pass to begin with.Would ve been nice to know from the beginning.Wasn t worth it at all.

There is a reason why this place has been rated at or near the top in terms of the best amusement parks. While you cannot avoid the $20.00 parking fee or the high cost of concession stand food, the thrills and experiences are well worth the costs. One word of caution, if you're going to attend the waterpark attached to Cedar Point be sure to wear sandals, or risk your feet getting scorched on the concrete and covered in blisters for a week!

First time ever going there and it was a blast! The Halloween theme is super cute and spooky. The only downside was that I had to wait over an hour in lone for the rides, but thankfully I had friends there to keep me company.

Although steps to keep people safe from Covid-19 were good, they failed to make things efficient. The park was not busy yet we rode 4 rides all day. 1/2 the rides were shut down. Cedar Point has been a long time favorite of my family, but this last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. They seemed to try to lure you into buying a gold season pass before you get there because once you go, you won't want to come back. Very frustrating!

We love Cedar Point! The haunted houses were awesome. The lines were brutal for everything rollercoasters, small rides, bathrooms, and food. However, they have the best rollercoasters in all the land so it was still worth it! We still had a lot of fun and were able to ride our favorite rides. The decorations for Halloweekend are also the best and the scary actors make it so much fun!

Beautiful views of Lake Erie. Best thrill rides in the country. Definitely worth it for the fast lane plus. Steel vengeance is great. Way cheaper than disneyworld and universal studios. Halloweekends has very dedicated staff to scare you.

America's Roller Coast! My favorite place in the world. I have literally visited this park every year for the last 37 years. Best experience is staying onsite at lighthouse point or one of the hotels. Halloweekends are my favorite. So many haunted attractions and fright zones in one park plus the greatest rollercoasters on the planet! It's a no brainer! Definitely a must.

The innovations they have been making have really modernized the amusement park experience. The app functions great for giving ride estimates and convenient layouts of the park, as well as walking routes from where you are at to where you want to go next.

Also, their all day photo pass, their all day drink and meal packages are awesome! not too expensive and make it really convenient for getting food or drink all day.

The rides we went on were pretty fun. We don't like big rollercoaster so we went on some of the smaller ones. Gemini was closed for the day, and the rides seemed to have pretty long wait lines. Maybe not as long as usual because they only let a limited number of people into the park due to covid, but they have to only have not even half the cars full, so it takes awhile anyway. We thought we would need to bring hand sanitizer, but there is a station at the end of each ride. I think they wipe down the rides every hour? It seemed that everyone was staying pretty saft. There are stickers on the ground every 6 feet while waiting in line to keep people apart. Overall it was ok. Maybe it will be better without all this going on.

Best park in the US. Disappointed with opening day. Too many coasters down for mechanical issues. This should have been vetted weeks prior to opening day. That's a management issue. I'd fire who ever was in charge. Opening day is no excuse

Love this amazing place. Been coming here for my entire life and I still can't sleep the night before. This is a must for any thrill seeker who is looking for the newest rides and usually they break records year after year. Always recommend them

Best amusement park EVER! Even over King Island and I grew up on that amusement park. BEAST has a special place in my heart ( at Kings Island) but Cedar Point has many more overall Thrill Big Coaster Rides- a couple of the kids and I's favorites: Gatekeeper, Valraven, Millennium Force, Magnum XL, Steel Vengeance, Maverick, Top Thrill Dragster, and Gemni. It's hard to narrow it down. Plus, we are platinum holders and the water park (Cedar Shores) is a really cool water park. Lots of water fun! The kids love it at Cedar Point! And I do too! Also, the restaurant Johnny Rockets is a must, to eat at!

Long lines, ridiculous prices, and god forbid someone hears a little bit of thunder in the distance. Didnt get to ride anything the first five hours that we were at the park. When rides weren't broken, the thunder in the distance kept things closed. The food in the park is exuberantly priced and your options are extremely limited (not sure why I expected otherwise. We had a pretty terrible experience all around. Do yourself a favor and avoid this park altogether.
