The service provided by Castleview group has been second to none from training to the follow up support where guidance advice and support is readily available my own experience up to now supported by Amy Spark has been excellent not only do i feel there has been no stone left unturned to achieve my goal of gaining employment this has been achieved where more than one option was available you are reassured that if at first you don't succeed alternatives will be available you are assured the right position will be found and with the likes of Amy providing assistance you never lose confidence an excellent service which i would soundly recommend to anybody. you should be proud of the service you and the team provide. there is nothing to dislike about this business.

Had my interview with Katie In Darlington and completed my level 2 manufacturing course last week. The tutor was John Clarke and He was great and as promised we had our interviews this week. I am now waiting on a start date and think it was definitely worthwhile and would recommend the company if you need some extra help getting back into work.

Do not use them this is a scam to get money out of the government they rang me up and said they can get me a job but I had to go to a interview the next so I go they then told me I had to do a weeks training halfway through they said it s now a guaranteed interview it s been over a month I m still waiting to hear back from them to tell me when the interview is and I still haven t received my certificate or my travel money back can someone pleae front his company get in to contact with me and tell me what is going on this is not acceptable

stay away from these! they advertise jobs that don't exist! but get you to sit a 5 day course first just to refer you to another agency! all they are interested in is bums on seats so they get payed off the government. complete pimps stay well clear.

spent an hour calling and being passed to the same extension number 3500, even though on multiple times i was told it was to different people. honestly after reading the reviews and the inability to pick up a phone i think il be staying away from you're agency as iv had my fill of con artists farming details over the years.

Like everyone else LET DOWN asked to pick job 5 day course government funded every week dragging 10 people at 1500 per person been at least 15 weeks since I did course No certificate told 8 weeks for these total sham and fraudsters stay well clear government money wasted by castle view SHAME ON YOU

i applied for a job then had a phone call from someone with a newcastle accent then i had a face to face interview with sabrina. sabrina told me all about the jobs and asked me to choose which one i would like, i chose my job and completed a 5 day training course and after that i would have a registration. the training course was very informative and i also received certificates. i have now been at my job 7 weeks and its still going well. thank you for everything. john.

My experience with castleview has been mixed. I was dubious about the LEAN course Amy put me on, there seemed to be a large disconnect between the course and the positions people on the course were going for but just over a week after finishing the course I do have a job starting tomorrow. Frustrating to deal with but if the job works out totally worth it. Edit: Amy rung me up to complain about the review I left being only 3 star out of 5 at 1430 in the afternoon, I didn't answer at first because I was asleep between 2 night shifts For a third party recruitment firm I was referred to after my course who put me on an induction right away who made it clear the employer did not require the course Amy told me was a prequisite for interview. Yuk. Well now it is a 2star review because rather than answer the concerns raised in my initial review in that phone call she just complained that the review wasn't more positive, I wish my experience with her had been more positive, but that follow up phonecall made the experience less positive overall so the rating has changed to reflect that.

They advise fake jobs misslead you into thinking you have a job if you need work just ring best connection save your self the hassle rang Ceira over 10 times ignored all my calls even hung up on me theses are the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with stay well clear!

My time on the course was 10/10, both Vicky and Shaun are very friendly and welcoming, explained how everything works clearly and kept their word, once the five day course was completed and the grade/score needed to pass was achieved we started work immediately. Thank you Shaun and Vicky.

Did a five day course for wearhouse took four weeks to be told that the wearhouse hasn't got enough shifts and castleview group Katie are ignoring my texts so I'm relying on the jobcentre for help in a programme for people with disabilities it's disappointing I thought I would have a job by now

Did the training and waited for the promised "interview" which never comes, if your lucky they will palm you off on another agency, today (16/06/2017) they have over 30 seperate adverts on the jobcentre site but have they called me to ask if I would be interested in any of them?. NO because they are just leads to get people on their training course so they can line their pockets with money from the EU which is there to help us the unemployed.

Castleview helped me after being out of work for over 6 months and i am now working as a machine operative and thanks for the certificates and there on my wall at home. Very happy.

Started a week course in peterlee, all the staff was good. I had a one on one with amy and she was brilliant then got a job the follwing week.

To be able to attain such qualifications in a week was amazing and very much appreciated. The name of our tutor was Margaret who was teaching us at Biz Space, Planetary Roar Wolverhampton. She made all students feel comfortable and established a welcoming persona which made her very approachable. She considered everyone's views and circumstances, whilst maintaining focus on the delivery of the course. If you have more tutors like Margaret then Castle View cannot go wrong. Everyone passed, except one who just wasn't interested, which was his own problem. If anyone never attained work after this course then at least they have achieved extra qualifications under their belt to add to their prospects.

Me my friend had a course in wolverhmapton we finished today and had our interviews at 5.30pm today and we both have job induction in morning and start on Monday. Thank you Vickie and Becky and Margaret for all your support this week. It s was a very good training week.

I a short while ago turned down the offer of a training course just really wanted to get back into work. After roughly 3 months unemployed I phoned around and ended up calling the brilliant Amy spark from castle view group. She then arranged to meet with me and discuss options & opertunitys for work. I didn't really know at first about a training course as I did one back last year with a different agency and Say Just shy of one year latter ( I'm still waiting on that job ) But working with amy spark and the wonderful tutors on the course I attended last week. I have my first shift tonight 10 till 6 And have already had a text for my shifts this week. Had a phone call aswell and will be getting to know next week's shifts tomorrow. why people are moaning about the training, i dont know...its all free on the health and social side...they ask u (free) to complete certain courses..eg safeguarding, fire awareness etc and then there is work with varying pay rates

L30 Community Centre, Netherton have been the chosen venue for a few of the training groups for Castle View Group. The staff have been really great to work with and I know the clients coming in for the interviews and training have been very impressed and have really enjoyed the training and are very optimistic about how the courses are going to help with finding employment. The tutors are very professional and really great at engaging the students. I'm looking forward to having them back with us next week and hopefully again in the future.

Went to them for training for a job, once training was finished they told me there was no job and gave me the number for best connections, ring them all the time in hope that I would get a job but continuosly told that they are recruiting for other areas so they can't help. Worst possible 'agency' there is no one there has a clue what they are doing

Completed the 5 days course. In all honesty I thought I wouldn't like it, how wrong I was when arrived on my first day I was the only woman out of the group, I met some good people. The Assessor John Clark was really good and very supportive he learnt me so much about buisness skills, things that I never heard of. If Castle View doesn t like these reviews then maybe they will reply to this one with a list of companies that they have supplied employees to. That way Google users have the opportunity to do a quick internet search for their details and contact them to find the truth either way. "In the last 12 months alone we have placed over 5000 candidates into both temporary and permanent employment."

The worst "Agency" i have ever dealt with.. Was promised a local job with lots of hours as a drivers mate, but got told to complete a weeks course for warehousing.. did the course seemed very promising then on the last day we find out we are getting passed onto a different agency called best connection! Not one person on the course was happy when we had been told this and I have just come back from getting registered! Wasnt even an interview, then get told i will only get a phone call when needed! Absoloutly appalling! I have 3 small children and a house to care for if i would if known this i wouldn't of wasted my time! Do not use Castle view group!

Amy was lovely and John was a top Tutor (really knows his stuff) Both were really helpful and communication was great. Regular checks to make sure all is okay and seems like she genuinely cares about getting people back into work, unlike others I have experienced in the past. My husband applied for a job and was called by this company saying they had lots of work but he needed to complete a 5 day course before starting work the following Monday at a company in Dinnington. At the end of the course he was told he would need to have an interview and they would contact him with details. He heard nothing about any interview then received a call saying there was a job in Rotherham but he would need to complete a course he explained he had just completed this and was told they would get someone else to contact him who never did. He tried calling them back constantly through the day but the phone was never answered. Do not waste your time with this agency my husband turned down genuine agencies and wasted pre ious time trying to find work!

I attended a 5 day course which provided me with the skills to be a good candidate for the job opportunities ahead, such that I have gained employment and will looking forward to put into practice what I learned.

It was a great experience to communicate with them, especially with Amy Spark. She was very professional and friendly and answered every single question in a few minutes even on weekends, even on Sunday night.

I would like to thank Paul and Lynne for all there help in getting me back on track after being unemployed for over a year. I would prefer if you did have more options nearer to where I live but I'm happy for now as I'm working and also grateful for the training and certificates, I will hopefully receive soon.

I had a interview originally with Amy she was lovely and showed me the variety of jobs they had on offer. They put me onto a 3 day course which was very helpful and I gained a qualification. Then I finished the course on the Friday then on Tuesday I got offered a job with unipress thanks to castle view. So excellent experience getting me into work within a week.

attended castleview course and got the qualification in question ! everyone i spoke to from first contact were charming , tutor len was honest upfront and charming , Katie was charming but too good looking to make eye contact with for longer than 3 seconds without falling in love :) and Victoria addressed my questions and queries in an honest upfront clear and charming way ... all In all a good bunch .... they should group together with another agency and start a Leeds branch and take over the abundance of contract held by some of the self serving un-reliable agencies in leeds city centre! many thanks to all I met and spoken ! :)

Was on a course with these for a job which i got lasted for half a day though but that is for a review of different company so i gained qualifications i am never going to use was also promised travel rembursment which i never recieved. Just a slight update to my review since i did like this place slightly more then where i ended up at for the job ended up getting. Will make sure to avoid having anything to do with this company in future due to there dishonesty.

Having attended an interview with Amy at the bizhub in Billingham, we discussed a few jobs. It became clear that I would have to attend a course but I have already done the course. I left abit disappointed thinking it was another agency "fob-off". At home, Amy called me to say a gentleman at bizhub had asked her if she knew anyone who would be suitable for a vacancy he had. She immediately thought of me and gave him my details. After a short call with him, I raced back to Billingham for an interview. Long story short, I start on Monday. Thank you so much to Amy. Your service was amazing seeing as this isn't anything the agency will benefit from. Also, as a side note, she is such a hottie, I would just got to an interview just to see her..

I attended an interview with Castleview Group in Springwell. Within one week I complete some training in order to obtain office work as I had no experience within that field. I am still happily working via Castleview Group and have not experienced any problems. I am grateful to them for re-training me and helping me achieve my career goals.

After having a call from castle view about a job at greegs. I attended a five day course with Clive who is totally amazing and got a full time job within 1week of finishing. Girls in the office are so supportive and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone doing the course!!

CastleView group are mainly concerned in getting you to attend thier training course's, as so they can make money from your valuable time. Samina is the only person in the castleview group that will actually help you gain employment. But you will have to call and mither them for a lot of days/weeks. Once you are taken seriously, castleview group will then pull thier fingers out and help. Just make sure you keep trying again and again. If you attend a course with them and they have said they will get you work after, make sure to call much as possible until they actually stay true to thier words. Don't give up.

I got an email 1 day and the next I completed a weeks course. Now I'm out working in a job that I am really enjoying. Amy has helped me out alot and I have recommended castleview group to all my friends who are looking for work. I really appreciate how much my life has changed since I've started this job. Overal I must say it was the best course I've ever been on. The staff where very helpful and polite,such a friendly beautiful place. Made amazing new friends and I'm proud of the achievement of our group. I take all my 5 star review back for this agency yeah I think all they care about is getting as many people to participate in there 5 day training courses. Making sure they get all there paper worked signed in order to get the European funded money at the end at 1500 a person am sure they be laughing at us lot staying the full course all 18 of us. And to be told lies the whole time from start to end saying I would be back into work and have interviews lined up as soon as course was over. And Thelma Clark the so called tutor saying there jobs don't end till they get us help in getting a job. Yeah right if that's the case why ain't I heard of any of you's since. And even her giving out a incorrect email address saying she will always be a reference and can email her any time just so unprofessional at end day. I don't even count on ever receiving the so called certificates. I just feel so angry and let down with myself to believe there lies. I would seriously avoid anything to do with castle view agency you get more help from watching paint dry then these.

Was good got me into a job which kept me for a while over Christmas

done a course had the interview today and start in the morning as promised. shaun was a really sound guy and helped me throughout the course, viky come in and give us all the interview details and answered all questions as I wanted a different job at first and she said this new one was better for me and more suited to my cv, wanted to thank them both as it is a better job and nearly 3 pound an hour more than the one I first went for. they gave lunch every day and the classroom was really nice. Highly recommend you giving them a go as its propa worked out well for me. Zahid.

As a client of Castle View, I would like to leave a review on behalf of our team here in Darlington. We have worked alongside them for several years now. We have found them a huge help when we are taking on any amount of staff, they help find us the right candidate's with the relevant experience for what we are looking for, no job is too big or small. Our projects differ from Administration roles to Warehouse roles and we have had some fantastic candidate's working with us thanks to the courses that Castle View have ran. We have recently had a large amount of their candidate's been given permanent contracts from our client which is absolutely fantastic. I would not only like to thank Amy and Katie from Castle View for their great service but also the staff they have put our way which have exceeded our expectations with their hard work.

I applied for a position through CV Library, after a phone interview I was told I was successful with my application and told to attend a face to face where they scanned the usual paperwork including ID, proof of address etc. At the end of the face to face I was told to attend a weeks training at a local community centre as on site training wasn't being held due to Covid. So it is not a far assumption that you were successful and were going to to start work right... ...Well the following week when we attended, myself and the 5 others were confused as to why we were now doing a course for a week. While the freelance trainer was incredibly nice, Castleview wouldn't respond to any of our calls or messages asking what was going on. They also lost my ID, to this day I have no idea how they managed to lose that but not any of my other details. Midweek we were visited by a rep from another agency, which just so happens to be one of the most incompetent agencies in our local area. After saying which jobs we were wanting we were expecting to hear about them before the end of the week, which we didn't. The poor trainer then forwarded a message to us (Not giving it to us directly like a professional company) telling us to expect a call the following week. We also didn't hear back then either, this is the case for the others that I have stayed in contact with via social media. While I suspect this is all just to get government grants I have no proof, but advice for anybody approached by Castleview that are serious about finding work during these difficult times, I would suggest avoiding them as you will have a far more productive time actually searching for work.

would like to thank castle view for helping me back on my feet and back into work. although I didnt persue a job that i had choosen to go whilst on the training course I would never have got my managers position if it wasnt for the qualifications that I was given. I was interviewed by becky and she made me feel like i was still important , not just a factory worker. she took the time to ask what I wanted and needed. whilst on the course victoria beckys boss came to visit us. She was also lovely and reassuirng answering any questions we had. like i said before although i didnt persue the job they put me forward for as i changed my mind , this is not important as without the training i would never be in the position i am in now. I had a great time now i don't mind in telling am rubbish at paperwork put i got all the help i needed both from our tutor Thelma and others on the course and got opportunotys one didn't work out but that was down to me and am now working at Asda recycling plant pxo with PMP agentcy and am enjoying it. Hard work but rewarding. My addvice don't be disrespectful and an idiot if you go on a course with Castleview Group as you won't get an opportunity. Think of this way would you give someone an opportunity if there attitude was terrorble answer no..

No one I mean no one use this agency this advertise for full time jobs when all they won't you to is do there four day course which by the way is a load of rubbish no employers I have mentioned it to even herd of the qualification. After you do there ''induction'' as they call you get a interview with yet another agency, out of 9 people in my group none now are I'm employment through this. One of the agents at Best connection the agency that castleview get you an interview says they shouldn't be advertising for full time jobs but yet I still see them daily advertised. BE AWARE castle view are a joke.

Well I was the silly one to complete the course after still reading the reviews. The girl who signed us up to the course showed us a few pieces of paper with jobs on...and told us to chose one or 2, and that we would have to complete a course to get "an interview" and induction ECT 1st day on the course 7 people actually walked out of the room as the trainer said it isn't a guaranteed job at the end...I should've walked out then...but yeah I stayed the course was boring as hell, I was actually sat next to someone who was wanted by the police...no job still ??? Sort it out!

Paul was very helpful and sorted me out with a job with no nonsense right down to business. My tutor Lynne was first class made a rather dull subject into something interesting and delivered it well, certainly better than some of my Uni lecturers. Castleview however needs to do some work on their end administratively, had some communication issues with them via text messages, perhaps a protocol review is in order? However, first class personnel, no time wasting and legitimate job placement, make this a obvious company for those looking for work.

The five day course I had to take I found very informative and gained further experience in the implementation of lean management and time management. After the course I went to an agency but did not hear anything, however Amy Spark from CastleView kept in touch with me and managed to organise an interview for me for a job working directly for the employer which I managed to be successful in being offered the position. I thank Amy personally for her full support throughout.

I have had a really good experience with the Castleview Group. From day 1, when I met Amy Spark who was really cheerful and professional in her job duties, then we did the 5 day training course the week after with Paul Condon in Barnsley. Paul was a really good trainer who made us all feel comfortable, relaxed and brought the best out of us. We really learnt a lot on the course, which would make it easier for us to get warehouse with good qualifications and skills. After the course, the GI group in Barnsley was no good for getting me work but Victoria Carter was amazing at finding me work. She sorted me out work with the best connection agency in Barnsley and I ve had good reviews from the company so far. Thanks for all your help Castleview Group

My experience was amazing couldn't ask for more a guy name Paul was fighting my corner as I had a wrong doing of code of conduct by amazon previously 2 years prier Paul fought my corner for about a week and got me back in as this conduct was incorrect. I have now an employment role at amazon and loving it thank you Paul and lynne myers for everything much appreciated.

I completed a course with castleview to get an interview for a job through an agent. I then found out that the job the agency were advertising wasn t hiring yet. When Amy from castle view checked up to see how things went she went out her way to set up another interview for me. Well that interview was successful and I am now currently working for Prima Cheese which I wouldn t have even know about if it wasn t for Amy. I would recommend it to anybody who is struggling for employment

I d applied for a position, was invited to attend an interview that I unfortunately couldn t attend as my Wife is pregnant and hadn t been very well during the night, so I couldn t attend. A girl called Katie said she d give me a telephone interview instead, which I was fine with. When the telephone interview didn t materialise, I asked her when it would happen, I then got an absolute strop from Katie who told me that I Should be grateful I was getting a Telephone interview as other agencies would ve put me down as a no show Taken from that I decided to avoid dealing with Katie any longer since she was making herself look like an absolute tool, and asked for my details to be promptly removed from Castle View systems. Also, Katie like s putting horrendous little =] and x on the end of all of her text messages, which is completely unprofessional, a bit like Castle View.
