Good experience thank you to Amy Spark from castleview went on a course mon-fri and now have a start date for work! Very happy with the service received.

I've followed a 5 days course ,Louise our tutor was brilliant. We had a good time there and we learn new things. I was sceptical about that at the beginning because of past experiences with other agencies. But after the course was finished ,on Friday ,i had one job interview on Monday and the next one today. After today I'll have an induction/training tomorrow and probably a job since Monday. All this in one week time. Amy was also mint,she checked with me how the interviews went . Thank you Castleview !Until now you did a good job .

Castleview as helped me a lot they put me on a really good course the tutor was very patient with the people who was struggling and helped out a lot, he spoke to you in a very good manner and thanks to him i learntloads of news things and got more qualifications which I passed. The lass who was dealing with me Amy was so helpful and positive who wanted to give people opportunities. They even helped me get a job which I start on Monday I couldn t do it without them I would 1000% recommend them to anyone who struggling to find work. Thank you once again for helping me but mainly thank to Amy from Castleview for getting me this far

This is nothing but a con, they guarantee a job once you have completed an induction course. This is then changed to guaranteed interview after you've started the so called induction course which turns out to be nothing more than a way for them to get public funding .
No job or interview after completing the week long farce , you just get th name of another recruitment agency that will contact you .
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME, DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY !!!.
This is a complete misappropriation of public funding. Despite responding to my review, there has been no attempt to contact me . Their response to unfavourable reviews seems to be reply so it seems they are going to address any problems, then totally disregard and ignore you. TOTAL CON DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

One star is generous, as a recruitment company they don't reply to emails, ignore texts and don't answer phone calls.
Quick to get me on a course but then no response from them at all

really happy with my course the tutor shaun was really good and learnt me loads. I got my interview as promised and now iv got full time work so very happy thanks to the girls at castle view

Terrible , don't listen to anything they have to say its a lie. You will not get your bus fair back or any thing

Anyone who is thinking about doing training courses and working for these incompitent people should stay clear as they all they do is speak lies.they take goverment funding and are fraudulent .

Finished 3 day course today start work at 10pm tonight with Rota given for next four weeks already. Really great course Margaret the tutor very good and thank Becky help sorting this for me after 3 years out of work.

Lies lies lies. Don't waste your time. They don't do anything they tell you.

They advertise jobs that dont exist. Done two courses with them and applied for numerous other jobs with this company always get a call back but when they find out I have already done the courses that they want me to do I never hear from them again . Complete scam company . only interested in getting you on the training courses so they get funding .

I met with Amie in Chester months ago & she was well helpful really helped me & went the extra mile for me. just been given a permanent contract thanks for her. cant thank her enough made mine & my daughters life better.

The worse Recruitment agency EVER ! , Do not GO to the Training for the Exam they Offer you if you want to work for the Company that works in Jaguar Landcover go to GAP Personnel Direct or Vivate Recruitment ! .

Well I done a weeks course for nothing and no reply little advice don't do a course for free got myself my own job worth more a hour than they ever offered me they just think of money a man came in drunk got to stay and a woman told tutor that a man was forward to her he got to stay why money per head please don't go!!!

Did my first shift today as promised after finishing my training yesterday. I was a little worried about the reviews I read however Vicky promised me I would start work once I completed the training for the job I chose at interview with the young lady. Vicky even texted me last night to wish me luck today and texted me today to see if I enjoyed it. The job is just as promised I have been given my rota for the next four week already. Castle view have keep all their promises so I would recommend to give them ago and don't listen to all bad reviews as I would not of got the job with out the training and help,guildence and support given. thank you.

This agency is a scam they pretend that they've got jobs but all they do is put you on a weeks crappy course which is a waste of time and travel and say you'll get an interview at the end which never happens. A scam artist company who should be closed down.

SCAM!!! I was invited to an interview, there were a lot of people there all being told they had to attend a week s coarse. Paul seemed unhappy to find us looking up these reviews on my laptop after we all had alarm bells ringing. He admitted that the job I applied for didn t exist and didn t seem to want me there. Seems like a scam to take tax payers money for courses not needed for jobs that don t exist. PRAYING ON JOB SEEKERS. Don t waste your time.

I've worked for castle View for about 3 years and it is the best agency I have worked for. They provide regular training and support. They are fantastic at getting work for me and they get work local ish. The ladies in the office are brilliant and helpful. I've turned down 3 permanent positions to work for this agency. Would definitely recommend!

Got me work starting tomorrow straight from finishing the course today start at 6am. Training was good Shaun the tutor was a big help too

CastleView Group advertise non-existing jobs as a way of getting you to attend a week long useless training course. You don't need this training for the jobs they advertise, especially when you already have years of experience. They just More

I ve worked for this agency in the health care sector for 2 and half years I ve always done well for work with them just a bit quiet at the moment well for me.the girls are lovely in the office I never feel like I don t get asked for work because i turn some work away that doesn t suit me etc where some agencies can be like that

John Clark is good Touter but i think course is pointless

did the course last year still employed loving the job. got my perm contact after 6 weeks. Vicky and her team call regularly to check I'm still in work and happy. a lot of my family now work here to after completing the course which helps with fuel costs getting to and from work. 100% recommend castle view to any one

Complete waste of time was told there's jobs there but just messed me about. Never got the job I was offered at the start of the course spoke to a woman called Sabrina tried to message back about the job completely ignored.
Seems these people lead you up the garden path just so they can get funding.
However the tutor lisa turnbull was great and professional.

Does not answer the phone.. wasted 5 hours attempting to call about a job they've advertised.

You will have to complete a 5 day 9-5 warehouse course and after that your not even guaranteed the hours promised... dont risk it! they only put you on courses to make loads of money out of you.

I recommend Castleview as they don t discriminate and found Bella the lady on the phone who interviewed me very understanding and then I went to see Paul who was also considerate and have been out of work for over a year and now have new confidence after my interviews and meeting new people on the course. Thanks as it s a new beginning for
Me.

Had a course 3 weeks ago I learnt a lot and the tutor was amazing would defiantly recommend!!

the programme was five days, after the course I was told I would be given an interview. I went to the interview and found the job I wanted at first was not suitable I was a little upset however the lady told me to be open and she had already spoken with Scott the branch manager and explained my situation. when I got there he made me fill out a few forms and he spoke in detail about the job she had put me forward for. It was like she knew what I wanted but never had the confidence to apply for. I have now been employed in that job for the past 3 weeks. My team leader has already said I will get my permanent contract at the end of this month. I really can not thank her for all her help.

Castleveiw are a professional group and there courses are extremely thorough and precise. A very good organisation.

These people are just a scam, make sure you scrool down the comments to see all the bad reviews, because it looks like they have been putting there own reviews on with made up names and giving themselves 5 stars recently.
There is no jobs, just a 5 day course, unpaid and pretend it is an induction for some mystery company. they just want you to do it, so as to scam money of the government or European social fund. They wont tell you who the made up jobs are working for because there are no jobs.

Finished our course today had three interviews given to me in the week to attend next week more than I was promised. The lady even set up for a man to come from gap personnel to our course and I start a full time job on Monday because of them. I've cancelled my other interviews and Vikki said she can set me up with future interviews if I ever need them and wished me luck I am very grateful to Vikki and Susan for all Thier help this week.

Completed their Induction Course at Springwell Village Hall for a week after applying for a job on the Team Valley. Not a job interview as advertised on the Government's Universal Jobmatch Website. NO JOB, NO TRAVEL EXPENSES PAID.

From all the group on the course which is being tutored by Paul condon. It has been a great course and all the group have it enjoyed it. Paul condon is the best tutor we have come across thats from all the group.

I would like to just say thank you to this group for a good week of learning new things and help me get an interview and induction for a new job so quick, also thank you to Amy sparks for keeping in touch and asking how things have gone etc

I did a 5 day training course with castle view group, which I found to be very rewarding. I can say that any course that may be offer to others then accept as you will not regret attending. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend to family and friends.

I was on the same intake as Kim, the email address that the tutor gave out was correct I have corresponded with her



I went ahead and wasted a week sitting in a room mainly going over things that are common sense and I did cover years ago whilst at college, did I need more qualifications ....not really as they can't truly say that the qualifications you gain are going to be relevant if I had them or not would not impede my ability to do the job.

I applied for a parcel sorting job, the end of the week about 5 other positions appeared for different types of production and cleaning jobs none of which I wanted. I just wanted the job I applied for and I never even got a interview for that. I was told that someone would contact me on the monday.....I heard nothing. I contacted the tutor 2 days later via email, she then emailed her boss and the other person concerned and that was the last I heard

the bad weather kicked in...beast from the east I got a text saying that my interview in Durham had been postponed, that will be the interview for one of the jobs I didn't want and didn't ask to apply for.

so much for my privacy and data protection went out of the window there then

I would like to say a massive thank you to Vicky for all your help in finding me this job even though I have given you lots challenges, and more than likely made your life hell with them over the last few weeks you still continued to help me and believe in me. I first came across castleview group when I managed to get work via Amy spark in the industrial division,she was very professional but also very helpful at the same time any queries or worries I had about interviews or jobs she was there to answer the phone and help me along the way,I am now working in a full time job and couldn't thank Amy enough for her expertise and for giving me tips with interviews etc leading up to getting my job.keep doing what your doing your a great asset to that company.

What a joke of a recruitment agency!! They fiddled my tax, and when I told them I had a permanent job elsewhere to go to, they demanded they knew of this company, but I gladly refused, and she (Jo Terry, Jo Cherry, or whatever else she calls herself) got quite angry over the phone. Stay away people!!
