OMG..$20 for a $5 pizza on the commercial....they only deliver pizza and soda and even forgot the soda...never again pizza hut...the citgo across the street sells worms...I'll eat those first.

Buffet is well worth it but soda cost almost as much

Very good service! They weren't busy so they kept the lunch buffet open for us!

No problems here. I always order for pickup in location all around the US so I can see where my pizza was made. Inside, this location is nothing special but my pizza was excellent. It was coming out as I arrived but I asked for well done so they took the time to add a couple of minutes to make it great.

Very poor customer service, never asked anything more than our order. The table was ignored for the duration of our visit. Found a bug struggling for life while laying on our table. Was delivered a check without being asked if we wanted anything else, (WHICH WE DID!) will NOT be returning to this location. I've gotten better customer service from places with workers that don't speak English.

Big Place. Ample parking. I ordered for pick up and order was ready before I reached. Lady at counter was very polite.

Older booths with posterior imprints but the waitress was amazing! The pizza is always better at the restaurant!

It's great if you carry out . The pizza is so good and quick . Sitting in is a little bit of a different story . The staff is great but the other customers sitting around you can be pretty inconsiderate of your dining experience .

We went their, they had only one waitress. We also waited more then an hour for our food... Never again I'll never go back.....

This particular Pizza hut was the first ever pizza meal I had in my life, I was a tourist from the UK on that occasion and it made me a pizza lover, before my friend who I was staying with took me in there I would not even touch a pizza, I was very impressed with the food and service back then, it was 1992 and I returned to me own country and actually visited a Pizza hut there and found it just as good. I made a point of having a pizza hut meal once a month. I actually moved to the USA in 2000 and live and work here. This was the first time I visited this Pizza hut in Rutland VT since 1992 and found the food and service just as good as it was all those years ago. Well done

I ordered an olive/mushroom/peppers and onion pizza for take out. I was handed my pizza and left. 5 miles down the road, I reach in to grab a slice to eat.
It is a Pepperoni pizza.
What a let down! Not that I don't like pepperoni, but it was not what I ordered. I drive back and tell them about the mistake.
After they searched around and couldn't find it, one of them says they must have delivered to someone else, and would make me a new one. I wonder how the other person felt.
So I sit. And I sit. And I sit. It is the rush hour. Okay, how about offering me a drink while I am waiting, ...a salad, a breadstick...give me the mistake pizza to take, especially since I had my hand on it while attempting to take it out of the box. Nothing. No sorry from the girl who made the mistake. Finally, the guy who cuts the pizzas brings me my pie, shows it to me to make sure it is right, and I left. The Pepperoni pizza was put back into their warming cabinet.........

Other than being harassed in their parking lot by a couple of drunk guys it was good. The food was good & the employees were nice.

My husband thinks they're amazing, but I'm just not a fan of their pizza. Nothing wrong with it, just not my thing. Stuffed crust is really good tho.

The place is very unclean looking and the menus had visible grime on them that could be wiped off with a wet paper towel (of which they had rolls of on the tables). We were seated and asked for drink orders. Took us 10 minutes to get our waters and another 40 to get our small personal pizzas. Apparently, there was a large order in front of all the others that they didn't tell anyone about. The pizza was alright once it came, which was good. Definitely will not be returning anytime soon. The place needs a deep clean and needs management take some pride in their poorly maintained establishment.

Last Sunday we ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with sausage jalapenos mushrooms extra cheese and there was barely any sausage or mushrooms we paid 23$ and it was awful went there today to talk with a manager his name was Matt very poor people skills and talked to me rudely !

Ordered at 6:55pm for a 7:45 pickup. Arrived on time to discover order was not ready. Over the course of the next 15 minutes menu items trickled out one by one and then was informed that my final item would be ready in another 5 minutes. Restaurant had two open tickets. Dining room had two tables but customers had to come to counter to receive service help as waitress was MIA. So I am annoyed that not only is my order going to be 20 minutes overdue not to mention that my first pizza is now almost 20 minutes cold. Asked to have my final item removed/refunded as I wanted to leave with what food was prepared as well as receipt for my order. Unable to provide a receipt! Additionally while waiting for my order took time to wander dining room. I would caution people to avoid dining room as their dust has dust on it. Overall experience convinced me that Rutland Pizza Hut is no longer an option for our family on Pizza night

pizza sucked

Had not ordered from them in years. Still very average.

This is honestly the worst service I've got in my time in Vermont and I've gotten pretty bad service here. I placed my order at 6:20 and expected my order to be ready at 6:40. I got to the shop at 7:05 and gave the lady my name and she says my order wont be ready for a little bit which was fine. My friend who was next in line was blatantly cut by another customer behind us and the cashier continued to take this man order who had cut my friend. 4 more customers ordered there food and they all got there pizzas before me. Now its 7:10 and I just received my pizza. I felt disrespected by the way the employees handle there customers. Its about a 10 min drive back to my residence and i start to eat my pizza and its cold. Wasn't even cooked fully. I don't plan on coming back to this pizza hut ever again

Staff is a hit or miss in terms of wait times, but they have always been friendly and helpful

This Pizza Hut always has an issue with speed and service. My son and I were here during buffet time and were only the second party in the restaurant. After being seated, we waited for over 10 minutes for our drinks before having to ask the server for them. We had already gone through one plate of food. Then we had to ask for each refill afterwards. Not great!

Pizza and pretty much everything you get there is delicious. Maybe a little overpriced but worth it!

Has always been fine for us. There are a few pleasant workers there. Would not recommend their $6 buffet. Everyone comes in for it during the two hours it's available and half the time the stuff I want is empty because everyone else is grabbing it and taking extra... basically they can't keep up. Otherwise the food I have eaten is good and I stop by often.

Ingredients on this weekend meat and veggie pizza were no good and tasted awful.

Quiet after 6pm on a Monday night. Food was good, pricing and service reasonable.

Not as good as we thought, but they just reopened and only 2 people were working so maybe they'll get better.

Did not have enough help which maid service terrible not that helps fault they were very pleasant but they had way too much to do

Always a great experience at this Pizza Hut. The food is hot, delicious, and ready when you arrive for pickup and the staff are friendly, even when they are busy. This is especially true for Jackson. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and is a great example of what customer service should be.

Pizza was ok, server was nice but it is another run down building of Rutland. Seems that the owner of the place has no pride in the business and it gives off the vibe that the owner just thinks of it as a personal ATM.

I was disappointed, will not go there again.. smaller portions than ever before..plus, it's not tasted the same in a long time.

The pizza buffet is what we did, and if you could get the normal pizzas they tasted fine, but there were 4 or 5 weird flavors, an apple dessert pizza and only cheese or pepperoni for normal flavors. I do know, from past experience, that if you order the pizza you want here they are usually very good.

As a former assistant manager of Pizza hut I was expecting a much better over all experience. However that's not the case , waitstaff Brandy seated my party at a dirty table , than didn't return to ask about drinks , nor how the buffet was, the pizza was doughy , the pasta was burned the dessert pie was burnt , she returned to drop off a check . Horrible experience , this is not at all what I was expecting. My wife and I will not return .

The place went down hill the last few times we went there the service wasn't any good and the food well let's just say I wouldn't feed to my dog and the manager well if you have bad service or the food isn't what it should be and you complain she'll more or less call you a lier I know she did it to me I have to rate it with at least one star even though I don't even give it that

Pizza Hut has akways been a great place to go for Pizza, the original Pan Pizza! They have since added so many new things, like French Fries, Wing Street Wings, & sides cinnamon sticks. The Wing Street Wings are amazing!! & there are about 10 or 11 choices on flavors. I have tried 3 Flavors & those were amazing!!!!

They where rude. Didn't make our stuffed Knott with seasoning on top and didn't put much bbq on our boneless chicken, there wasn't even enough bbq to cover the chicken. And the manager was so rude.

Waitress was not the most pleasant and we got there shortly after opening. Why in a bad mood already with only 5 customers? Hot bar was not ready at 1130 as advertised. Otherwise normal experience. Will go again as I only like their pizza.

I ordered a BBQ chicken bacon pizza, easy right? I get the pizza and it literally has zero sauce on it. None. How do you make a pizza and forget the sauce! I then call pizza hut, sit on hold for 20 minutes for them to answer at the store and say "thank you for calling pizza hut, please call back during buisness hours" *click and he hangs up the phone. Had they got my call the first 10 minutes they'd still be open. Un believable.

Came here with friends. Ordered a gluten free pizza. We all ordered. They didn't tell us until after the orders all went through they were out of gluten free. So, we couldn't leave. So, I didn't get to eat while all my friends ate. Cried in the restaurant.

Ordered a 3 topping pizza I was excited because it's been a long time .my mistake pizza was fresh but the amount of toppings was well let's say missing skimpey . Thank goodness they're a lot of options for pizza in my area ,much more toppings pizza options .
