Terrible. The store was dirty and it smelled horrible in my opinion. The staff was not really friendly.
The pizza was lower average. My first and last pizza from Pizzahut!

Ordered a dinner box last weekend. Veggie pizza, breadsticks, buffalo chicken pizza and pasta. The veggie pizza was great. Loaded with veggies, good taste all equally and the crust was good. Breadsticks of course was great too. As for the other two items......the buffalo chicken pizza had no flavor. Barely any kick to it, dough tasted under baked and the crust was bland. The pasta looked burnt and wasnt even filling, barely any meat and like I said the cheese was burnt and had no flavor. Guess I'll stick to Domino's. At least the driver was nice and polite

Service was terrible, not a big selection for lunch buffet.

We had the meat lovers pizza with a pan crust. We thought it was a bit doughy for our liking. Some of the salad bar vegetables had got a touch frozen and left a little to be desired.

I paid $30 for a large pizza with a few toppings and a side order of garlic knots with marinara sauce I received a way undercooked pizza and garlic knots with ranch dressing which makes no sense I've ordered from them in the past I've never had such bad service till today

pizza sucked

It's Pizza Hut, and for what I expect it to be it's usually quite good. Delivery is prompt and everything is usually great. Good value on their Deals. Recently had an incorrect order delivered on New Year's Eve ( it happens, they were slammed) but the management happily made it right and credited my order.

Pizza Hut's pizza is not the greatest. I do not hate Pizza Hut pizza hit, but I would much rather choose another pizza restaurant other than Pizza Hut. Their pizza is very greasy at times, which depending on who you are could be a good thing or a bad thing. I would not order Pizza Hut's pizza myself, but if someone was having it at a friends house I would definitely eat it.

Waited over 30 mins for food IN the restaurant. Food was ok, staff was great.

Absolutely horrible service never was checked on after food arrived had to ask for our bill for silverware food was terrible general appearance very outdated bathroom was not clean I will never visit the Rutland pizza hut ever again

I ordered my pizza online using the app. Paid extra for extra toppings which werent on my pizza, and it took 30 minutes longer than it should have. Pizza was cold when i got it home.

Better then the last one I visited. They did mess up and brought the breadsticks late but they also gave me a discount for the issue, so I left happy!

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to.
Fryerlator broken . No staff or waitresses to wait on me. No sauce on the pizza , like eating plain bread . Ordered pepperoni and onion large pizza and one pepperoni and two pieces of onions on each slice of pizza.
Stay away from this place.
I should have known because everytime I've drove by there were never any cars or business there. TERABLE PLACE

The food was cold, the restaurant was severely understaffed, and the cooking staff was extremely loud indicating that "we all have choices" to which I told the waitress I have the choice to walk out of here should I choose to as I don't need to listen to all of their bantering while I am trying to eat dinner. She went and spoke to the waitstaff and the noise level lessened. I'm very disappointed at the service that we received and the quality of the food. I will note that the waitress was exceptional.

Their mobile app that has a good selection of deals to choose from. They also have a rewards program for their customers too!

I went during the dinner luncheon. The price has increased $1.50 from 1 year ago! The varied selection was very limited to only 2 pizzas with any meat! 1 with ham bits, 1 with pepperoni. No sausage, bacon hamburger, anchovies or beef. All pizzas offered had crossed as thin as crackers and just as crunchy! I would not recommend this establishment at lunch. They do very well on their afternoon evening menus. And limited specials. Excellent waitstaff. Quality taste. Beverages are overpriced as are many establishments.
Last evening fare: large bacon and pepperoni. Very scant portioning of toppings. Tasted great. Fast service. Pleasant waite staff, expedient service.
