TOTAL DELUSION!
Always a fan of this brand, I was left speechless after buying the much vaunted Gulfmaster GWN 1000.
Shortly after the purchase I found in the normal use a fogging of the glass, immediately sent as a guarantee came back after 40 days with the same defect and with the discolored internal dial.
At the request for a second delivery in warranty, I was strongly advised against by the retailer where I purchased it to proceed because Casio would have requested payment of labor on a new watch and the defect not found the first time would have remained unchanged .... and in the Meanwhile expired warranty!
Careful to spend all this money for a watch, in the past 50 euro watches have had a much more dignified life.
I'm sorry I overestimated this brand.

Less 5 stars, "for too much availability in the Support" Telephone / E-mail . (Lazy!) Shame!

Excellent customer service! They sent me for free (I had lost it) the manual for the use of the graphing calculator and also a book with explanations attached. Very friendly on the phone!
