I love our swimming tutors in the baby group they are absolutely fantastic!!! They get 5 STARS!
But I ask the managers please please please invest in some more changing fascilities for babies, there aren't anywhere near enough and none of them have straps so I can't put my child down anywhere safely except on the floor!

Friendly co-perative staff. Certain times of the day there can be a Q to get booked in but it is expected. The receptionists do their best. Been to other leisure centres in South Gloucestershire but this is the friendliest by a country mile

Loads of great facilities and lovely staff. The woman on reception could see that I was struggling with 2 toddlers and their bikes. She helped carry the bikes and held my daughter's hand to help her down the stairs safely - thank you!

I gotta b honest wiv u as a Autistic woman that this Leisure is very useful for me 2 an huge extent that is, The swimming pool time tables do actually suck sumtimes it interferes wiv my daily routine especially wen the kids r off of school u can't even get a look in in the pool it's jus so over ran by them or u can't use it due 2 the kids avin private sessions which start at 3pm till 4pm which really interferes wiv my swimmin then i cant use it all day.... I can't swim ere on a Wednesday night nor Friday nights this is really annoyin as I av 2 come in the afternoons then can't swim ere twice a day like I want 2... which I feel is quite wrong actually, I swim at least twice a day as it keeps my mind Sane instead of goin Insane everytime this leisure centre dissides 2 upset the swimming timetables... I don't c why I should av 2 travel really far jus 2 go for a Swim... & I don't drive either or i dont kno any1 that drives... This place does do my head right in at times....

Dirty pool....bottom of pool has dirt and mostly sand. When i asked what all the sand was for, i was told it is from when they backflush the filters.
If they backflush the filter into the pool, isn't that pushing all the crap back into the water?

We ve been coming here regularly for 4 years with my daughters swimming lessons, it s a nice pool with good facilities although sometimes there isn t a pleasant smell in the changing room area! 3 diving boards although they re not open to the public that often. My daughter has recently stopped swimming lessons as she reached a stage where she was no longer gaining any benefit from coming, although she still likes to come now for pleasure with her friends.
Staff on the whole very friendly, car Park very cramped and tight spaces (watch out for traffic wardens if you park in the bays outside!!)

We have only used the pool and soft play and although they do what they say on the tin, they are very both looking old, tired and generally abit grim. I heard the gyms had investment but I can't see that they've spent any money anywhere else.
The soft play is a small room, with a few vending machines and tables. No atmosphere and the walk down there feels like your being sent to the boiler room. Kids don't care about that stuff though so my two are happy enough for about 20 mins. Any longer than that and they get bored as it's quiet and small.
The swimming pool is large and the baby pool good size and warmth too.
My only gripe is the cleanliness and wear and tear.
Everything looks 20-30 years old and in need of some love and as people can just walk by the pool and lockers with shoes on you are constantly trying to avoid hair, dirt and even chewing gum!
No dip pools on entrance to the pool either so all that lovely stuff could make it's way in the water. Which I find gross but others may not care.
Overall Kingswood feels neglected and is a far cry from Bradley Stoke and longwell green.
I know size and clientele probably have a lot to do with this but perhaps if it was a nicer place to come then they'd get more through the door.

Nice place. Very clean. Helpful staff. Lots of overpriced vending machines however they do have a large selection of items within them. Swimming pool, gym, squash courts, sports hall, holiday activities, parties and a soft play. Family fun but you can go alone.

Personally I think Kingswood Leisure Centre is really especially their Swimming pool and the way kids are taught to swim. However the premises is very small compare to Bradley Stoke. The council try expand leisure centre so they can introduce few sport and even a Cafe.

Only the best! Great equipment, top knowledge and of course fantastic staff......everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Yes, there are cheap gyms out there but that's it, cheap!!!! These places very much lack the quality and friendliness that we all experience at KLC. Thank you everyone
