Casino Miami, Cruise Ship. Review

Better food and service on other liners. Checkin staff were clueless. You only got an answer to your questions if you spoke to an "officer". The rest were untrained and ignorant. They cancelled 6 of our 10 ports. Only told us as we boarded. ( ship had a motor problem for at least 3 weeks prior) Xmas day and New Years day were meant to be on ship. They made these port days. Offered 50% discount on cruise for destroying our holiday. After taking out port fees, gratuities etc etc really only 30%. Oh 50% off next cruiseas well. They did nothing to show we should travel with them again.

Went on a great cruise aboard the NCL Escape and had a blast! Ports of call were St. Thomas, Tortola and Nassau.

Great food and service. I have been on Norwegian cruise multiple times and plan on going again in the near future.

First cruise, it was wonderful. The staff was amazing and helpful. I was impressed with the level of customer service. Restaurants food was delicious. We will be cruising again. The only thing I did not like was all the extra fees.

I liked the free style. Food is good Excellent service. Very clean. I don't like the layout of the ship and the dark colors. I would like to see more open spaces and more views of the sea from the public areas and restaurants.

They lost my luggage while outbound, and lost them again when we were exiting the ship. We had to wait outside of the port for 2 hrs to get our bags. They were very nonchalant about it when we complained. The breakfast was boring and repetitive. Although they say all drinks are paid for, they sell water at $3/bottle. HORRIBLE!

I just love norwegian. All inclusive perks. Great service and staff very warm

Large modern ship very safe and high awareness of hygiene and cleanliness everywhere You will find hand cleaning stands to try to grab a room in the direction of the bow and not in the stern due to vibration and not to take room 8746 where we had a noise of music beyond that lots of activities late at night on the 16th floor activities and dining room with A huge buffet most hours of the day. The rest of the restaurants and there are many have to pay. Wifi has to pay for a spa needs to pay short for a money making ship and I guess I won't do it again. There were 3 places to visit in beautiful and beautiful San Tomas, Tortola, Hems. The prices of the ship for everything are high and for the most part not worth the price. The staff is very friendly and every request and complaint is addressed. In summary it is worth once to do and enjoy.

I would like to live on the Cruise line in my retirement!

NCL did a decent job on this cruise. Still not satisfied with their dining experience. Food was good but service isn't where it should be. Ship was new, very clean.. A lot of fun stuff to do on board. They also have a great program for young kids 6 months to 3 years old. All in all not bad, but not great. I'm sticking with Royal Caribbean from now on.

As always an amazing experience. Ready to book that next one.

NCL is the best free to do what I want when I want!

The four days was very good for me and my husband and another freind of ours.we had all you can drink and the people was fun.

This place is a wonderful place for many people come to get vacation for anywhere you can go in the country so I love this place cause I work there before!

Free food and drinks! Very good food and kind staff. They serve alcoholic beverages without the alcohol, good for the children.

Beautiful ship great crew, food is awesome. They just nickel and dime you. I think i would of saved 2k on Carnival

They found Norovirus on the boat ahead of our departure, delayed boarding while they tried to clean it up. The whole trip we were not allowed to touch anything in the buffet, hand-sanitizer stations everywhere. 2 days after cruise I was sick for a week.

We enjoyed the Getaway boat, it offered many amazing amenities for our family vacation. It had great destinations as well! However food was just okay and staff was not overly friendly. Will try another cruise line next cruise but may circle back and give them another try in a few years.

We had a great Cruise. The staff was excellent, very accommodating, and the food and entertainment were top-notch. I would definitely consider using this cruise line again.

A great 7 day western Caribbean Cruise out of Miami on the NCL Getaway. Spring break kids were a bit out of control, as many were unescorted by the parents. Food was found spilled along the stairways leading from the buffet because of the self entitled and unescorted children, shame on the parents.

Parking was tough as well due to Florida's schools spring breakers, also the port parking has increased by 2 dollars, that's $22 a day, totaling $156 for 7 days, , I guess it's time to find a new place to park off site or try car rental one way.

The port experience was quick easy and hassle free.

I always have a great time on the Norwegian. The ENTIRE staff is friendly.

Got us to Cuba, which was the whole goal. But I would not recommend unless you are old or a heavy drinker.

All you can drink and the couple shows were fantastic.

This was our first cruise. We enjoyed everything about the Escape. We loved the ship and we're impressed with all employees, services and food

It was the best time of my life...Sooo much fun. We had gone to the Bahamas by NCL. Definitely recommend it

Nice cruise not much entertainment on board more drinking and pool deck party music. Beds are unconfortable

Friendly staff. Fairly well organized for special needs. A bit of a disconnect with the wheelchair and luggage. Better information about the handling of wheelchair passengers would be appreciated. As a first timer with the cruise line, information was a little bit lacking. Disembarking was not well done unless you could put your bags out the night before, which was not an option for us. At first it seemed like they nickel and dime us, but once on board our gratuities being included was incredibly convenient. Really Very Happy with the cruise. I would go again.
