Casino Miami, Cruise Ship. Review

Nice ship and the food was good. We got the all you could drink package but they did not tell us until the end that included a $99 tip fee and when we went to their private island Harvest Caye we had to pay for food and drinks there. Disembarking was a nightmare we waited in line an hour and 40 minutes. It's a great ship has a great ropes course, water slides. The Splash Academy was great. The employees were nice and we felt comfortable with our 7 year old playing there.

I don't give it 5 stars because the offer of nightly entertainment is not enough.
Missing a different show every night in the theater. It doesn't matter if they are with extra payment, but they have to be.

Comfortable place with wi-fi. The only problem is difficult to reach without a car

WENT ON THE NORWEGIAN ESCAPE TO BERMUDA. WE LEFT OUT OF NYC MAY 13TH FOR 7 DAYS WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. THIS BOAT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. THERE ARE PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS WITH GREAT DINING AND LOUNGES. IT'S HUGE THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND STAFF WAS SO PROFESSIONAL/HELPFUL VERY NICE! MY FAV WAS LOUIS(Guest Services). HE WAS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING. I HAD A REALLY NICE TIME!

The best cruise line that can exist, both attention and facilities guarantee the best possible vacation, 10/10

My wife and I went on the escape. It was a beautiful cruise but pretty packed on deck all day. Too many people for the ships size. Other than that no complaints.

This is the luxury cruise ship to take if you don't have a Yacht. It's been years but I was impressed with the nonduty purchases in their gift shops. I would have never guessed they had fur coats. Israeli staff were very professional. Shore excursions were relevant to the culture of the island life.

Unbelievable beauty and service, what a great addition to the fleet. Thank you for hosting travel personnel for her first voyage, I feel honored to be a part of it.

The NCL Escape is the best cruise ship they have in there fleet been on it 3 times. So much to do and sexy vibe ship

Our first cruise ever and it surpassed expectations. Only reinforced by other cruise line passengers we'd meet in ports saying theirs wasn't great or that they preferred Norwegian. Great staff, rooms, food, and activities. Can't wait to go back.

Had a great time!!!! Already looking forward to and planning our next cruise on Norwegian Cruise Lines. The GETAWAY was immaculately clean and a pleasure to be on. The only bad thing was the cruise had to end. ....But there's always next time.

Always top notch service with NCL. The only thing to be aware of is there is a difference between weekend cruises and longer more expensive cruises. There are more partiers on these cruises, so more like Carnival every day.

Norwegian is a fantastic cruise line to experience. I would easily recommend them to everyone.

Food was poor, excursion choices fair most importantly NCL did not let passengers know there would be a large group of college kids for what was they called College Party Cruise.

Child care is horrible. My 3 year old would not return. Added bonus - required one parent on boat while kid in child care - horrible for excursions which was the whole point of choosing NCL. Will never travel NCL again with kid. Disney is so much better.

I really enjoy cruising with Norwegian Cruise Lines. As a Solo traveler, they have the best program to accommodate my needs. The most Solo rooms in the industry. Plus they do make a real attempt at making things fun with social meetings and Solo traveler dining get together.

Now, it's my 10th cruise with NCL.so I like their ships, I like their food, I obviously like their itinerary.
The escape and the breakaway are great ships , the rope course and the waterslides on both are really great.the food at the buffet is so-so but the menu in the dining rooms is quite good.

The only real bad thing I have about the cruise was the bed the cots were fine, but the mattresses or something to be desired.

I got 2 ear infections, two eye infections, bronchitis, upinresptory infection, and two bacterial infections in my throat! I liked our servant wisnu though. He made us towel animals too. I think the NGB should get 100 thumbs down and 0 thumbs up. I don't like that boat anymore. I like the slides though.

My first cruise... and it was absolutely wonderful. Norwegian Escape. Less than a year old. Service was 5 Star... Veggies and Fish started to not be the best after the 4th day on the cruise. By the 8th day I didn't really bother much with it... but LOTS of other fantastic items on the menu.

Great ship everyone had a great time. The only bad thing you can say is that cigar bar needs to be bigger and more air ventilation. Poker tournaments should be either cash prize or the trip prize or have two different one's. Food and restaurants are amazing!
Plenty to do on the ship when at sea shows shopping ect..... crew always helpful and courteous. Want to dance they got that covered.

Norwegian started off as a very good lie for younger people between Hayes of 20 and say 45 but unfortunately like most of those companies they get greedy and it changed a lot of policies a lot of there incentives for people who already cruise with them before they no longer you know offer so in general no reasons just become Carnival with a lot nicer amenities so if that's enough for you and you have a budget then by all means it's not the worst place to go for a short or two places that you really like but if it's too experienced a great ship I would probably in great customer service and also great rooms options so far this year

I am disappointed with NCL from the onboarding process, food, entertainment and rooms. Other cruise lines have far better options and service.

Cruised on the Norwegian Escape. Getting on to the ship was a very easy and quick process. The ship is very clean and well maintained. Staff members are very friendly and worked very hard to make the cruise a great experience. There are many hidden fees added to purchases made on the ship.

Due to hurricane Irma, Norwegian Cruise line was the 1st to step up and send Humanitarian ship to evacuate approx. 900 of us to port in Florida. The ship was nice. Food buffet. Even though all the amenities wasnt available to us, their humanitarian efforts gets 5 stars. Thanks for the rescue

Only cruise line I've ever used. They are clean, food is amazing and they do everything they can do to make sure your happy.

It was a nice experience but I have a couple issues. One, some ladies wanted to turn up by dancing and had the entire crowd energized when someone complained that children were around they changed the music to calm the crowd. BS, they could have brought those kids to the "kiddy pool" that is what it's there for. They disappointed lots of ppl including us. Made the rest of the trip boring. 2nd the crew was so energetic and happy until the 2nd day and all of a sudden it was like day 2 of a one night stand. They barely spoke! Lol cool experience but they gotta loosen up.

Had such an AMAZING time on the NCL Jade. The staff was great, food was terrific and the bed was so comfortable. We got to meet the Captain. Cannot wait for our next cruise. Thank you NCL!!!!

What an enormous place but it's very clean and all the staff is super helpful in directing you to your cruise ship.

Spent a week on the Norwegian Escape. It was very big, and nice and new. I felt like I was on a floating city. Lots of cool features. Definitely felt like a lot of people on the boat.

Did not care for the Sky cruise ship. However I like the others

Bought a few items to go & the food was good as was the service..but be prepaired to get taxed on every food container..Crazy..you get mostly rice a thin steak and small portion of black beans..this type of food is cheap to make ..quite profitable for them to add extra cost.it is minimal but when you have 5 containers it adds up. I will eat in ..but next time I will be bringing my own containers.

Awesome time with free drinks. The food was ok, but we had the option for a la carte meals from the upscale Dinning locations on the boat.

Great but also very large ship, spacious cabins, nice staff, great entertainment program for children, couples and single travelers, large selection of restaurants, very good food, well organized crew, nice shore excursions, embarking and disembarking went quickly and easily. Highly recommended

NCL provides great itineraries, good prices and great ships, especially out of Miami. Pictured here is the NCL Sky, in Havana and Great Stirup Cay, with short 3 days cruises to the Bahamas, and 4 days including, Havana, Cuba, out of Miami.

We Love cruising with NCL, But we see the amenities declining every time and more pay as you go! Allot of hidden extra's! Food quality fair, they push you to up scale dinning! Very limited bar service and rare to get served at your pool chair..... Night shows have declined unless you want to pay for them then there great! Always ready to go back though!!!
