We were on the Norwegian Sky. Amazing staff; friendly, professional, prompt. Excellent service and amenities.

Good customer service. Many activities and good food. The Norwegian Sky ship is a little too old and not as glamorous as other ships, but still ok. They definitely need additional Jacuzzis. Very good overall.

We got the bar package, which allows you to drink to your heart's content on the boat and on their beautiful private island Stirrup Cay. Nice live music, good hospitality, decent food offerings every day. It's sort of no frills, but you do get what you pay for.

Sorry to say but Norwegian cruise line was a big disappointment.yellow stained bed sheets.which my steward change immediately he was awesome name is rubio and also the manager.k so lets go on the 2nd night received my pool towels with black stains and filth.so i complained and was given a bottle of wine and chocolates.so on so my son who at the time was eating ice cream and some fell to the ground was screamed at from a casino employee...lucky i wasnt around for that part.upon eating on deck 15 i noticed a chef preparing the food at the buffet and coughs over the food and kept it moving i was like ok....not for me to eat there etc etc of failure.security was on point.staff to be honest was stuck up...and the ship lacks entertainment

Had a blast on my cruise with an exceptional staff. Even though the seas were rough they did their best to keep everyone on their feet and distracted from the rocking.

If you get the opportunity to cruise NCL Escape in the Haven suites, DO IT!! We saved up for the trip and it was so worth it. Our room butler Jefferson Suarez and our room steward Edwin made our trip unforgettable!

Great cruise line. The cruise director Travis was awesome. The ship was great with plenty to keep you busy. It has lots of entertainment. They even had water slides on the ship! We didn't have kids with us but they had plenty of activities for them too! The food was great too. I have celiac and they were great working with my meals.

Do as much or just drink your soul away because the drinks are included. Eat when you want without the army schedule n enjoy the shows, the casinos or dance till the sunrise. Whatever is your style you'll have a better time on Norwegian Cruise, l know because this was my 8th year sailing.

First time cruiser. And I had a blast. I will be Planning my next cruise With them.

Went on a western carribean cruise over Christmas 2017 on the Norwegian getaway. The staff was so the ether we had to complain. The ship was nice but that about all I have to say positively. It seems they like to Nicole and some you for a lot of things when you get on the ship. We will not be cruising with Norwegian again.

We normally sail on carnival and decided to try something different this time, so we went with Norwegian Epic. We ran into a problem when the ship could not dock at one of the ports of call (Costa Maya) due to high winds. We went to guest services to ask for maybe on board credit or something to see what they could do for us, since that was the place that we wanted to see and it was the whole reason why we took the cruise in the first place. We started up the chain of command talking to the guest service agents and after about the 5th agent the Officer for guest services named Irma Reyes from the Philippians came to assist us. After hearing out my complaint she informed me that there was nothing that she could do for me raising her voice. I asked to talk to someone in corporate in Miami, she told me that once my cruise completed than I would be able to talk to someone in Miami. I told her that the problem happened now and that I would like to resolve it now to. She got mad at me and told me that she was done talking to me. Problem is that I'm a Dog, or a Child, and that you do not talk to someone that way and once your done barking you tell them you are done with them.

This is why I will never cruise with Norwegian again, because of very poor customer service and once I got to Florida and called Corporate about the issue they told me to send a written complain to Melissa O. Abrahams Coordinator of Guest Relations. I did so, after a month I got an answer that said "We are sorry that you felt that the Guest Services Manager handled your concerns in an unprofessional manner. Usually, our onboard staff is known for their care while providing assistance to our valued guests." Than told me she could not do anything else for me. Well like I stated before this is the last time I will do business with people that are not in the business of helping people when push comes to shove.

Alittle confusing but otherwise controlled chaos....just moo cow like everyone else and you'll get where your going in time..

9 cruise and escape ship did not impress. Too many reservations for shows. Food was routine basic. Large ship but areas were always crowded.

Great recent cruise to Cuba and Bahamas. Loved our stops and entertainment but the ship was a bit noisy and geared a bit more for the young, I think.

You can get unlimited drinks but not water bottles. You need 1500 casino points for that. Casinos could also use more ventilation, can smell it as soon as you get close to the deck level.

The Norwegian Escape is supposedly the 4th largest ship in the world. This ship was nice and the food was pretty delicious. Everyone working on the boat were nice. There's something for everyone on this ship. The busiest parts were the pool deck with the water slides, zip-lines and daily contests, and the huge casino inside on deck 8. This was by far the largest casino i have seen on a ship. I highly recommend this ship.

My husband and I always have a blast whatever we decide to do on NCL.

Just got back from being on the Getaway last week. Would have given five stars but they only gave us complimentary internet for 30mins when the crew member went overboard and everyone was scrambling to change flights because we were getting into port late. I ended up needing to pay $50 for internet to book the flight because the server wasn't working well and I believe was overwhelmed.

I have been here twice for a cruise for Bahamas. We have taken the Sky cruise and it's not bad but nothing special. The food is not very good and the cruise is old. I don't like the music so much because I was expecting more fun, maybe Miami type of music after all it's a vacation right?

We love Norwegian Cruise Lines for the friendly staff, confidence in captain and crew, great prices and itinerary. We just returned from an 11 day to Jamaica, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacou, and Dominican Republic. Only a few dates at the formal dining had longer than usual wait times for food service which might cause an issue for travelers with small children. Otherwise the trip was great. Some shows were not appropriate for small children and a few parents with small kids walked out due to the suggestive matters of the performance, so if you have little ones definitely ask before attending. I love anytime dining so we could dine when we wanted and not have an assigned dinner time. WI if is expensive but special packages have free wifi, or a beverage package, free specialty dinner, or free excursions. Ask you travel agent or ncl for the packages available and special deals. We always get a fantastic price.

Went on the Norwegian Getaway, and it was amazing. Everything was great. Getting on in Miami was smooth, getting off at all the ports, and getting off at the end at Miami all had little to no lines. The ship itself was great too, with great waterslides and restaurants, and lots to do. The crew were all friendly and helpful. I would defiantly recommend this cruise.

The Norwegian sky - great ship, great staff, free drinks, very reasonable prices,a lot of entertainment. There were a lot of family and kids on board, but it's easy enough to avoid them if you want

I have been on 12 different cruises by NCL. Without question I would recommend them to anyone. The food is excellent, the bars plentiful, the specialty restaurant superb, and activities plentiful. Each of the ships are a bit different, so I would recommend trying the various sizes to see which ones you like the best.

All the staff were friendly. We had a suite with butler service, he treated us like royalty.Thank you for the wonderful Anniversary and Birthday vacation.

The Pearl gave us a nice ride. The customer relations on the boat did not impress anyone as far as their service. All other employees (including Sixthman employees) were great to us.

Had a great time on Norwegian Sky to Cuba. Terminal traffic can be very hectic so beware if driving yourself. Also try to find out which terminal your ship is pulled in to or you'll end up going in circles trying to get where you going.

Always friendly here. The congestion is what is expected. But the help my uncle who is handicapped but doesn't like attention because of it board without him feeling "special". Kudos to Norwegian.

Great Western Caribbean cruise. Miami-Jamaica-Cayman Islands-Mexico, Costa Maya-Bahamas-Miami! 7 days. With the Escape! A great ship, great mini suite no.9188. Very quiet!!! We met very nice people. Our first cruise and certainly not the last!

We took our first cruise on the Norwegian Jade. It was a specialty cruise. Star Trek. Done by a 3 rd party. But it was still the Boats staff.

We have nothing to compare it to, but a LOT of people said the service really lacked, because it was a specialty cruise, and they treat it different. Not sure of that is the case. There was good and bad, as we expected.

The food was decent. Nothing was Spectacular. The buffet had what you would get at any buffet. Mass amounts of bland food to accommodate everyone. Wasn't terrible, wasn't amazing.

The Irish place on deck 8 was good. We ate there most often. We did one specialty meal at Teppanyaki. It was amazing! Fun. Good food. We ate at the Grand Pacific, and really liked the food. We also went to Alizars, which we were told was the same as Grand Pacific. It wasn't. We didn't like anything there.

The hot tubs were always full, so we never went in. We didn't use the pools either. It was a bit chilly. Our cruise was adult only, so no kids club or anything. There was a special Star Trek store open where there is usually a library. Then a store you can get things like candy, medicine, soda, souvenir. Stuff like that.

We went to Honduras, Belize, and Mexico. 2 of our excursions were cancelled. Snorkeling. A lot of people booked through private companies, and they did not get cancelled. Just the ones booked through Norwegian. I don't think we will book excursions through Norwegian again.

Our room was decent in size. We weren't expecting much room. But the bed is a board with a matress, so your suitcases fit right under. We had 4 hard case suitcases. 1 28 inch. 2 24 inch, and 1 20 inch. All 4 fit under the bed. There is also a closet with like 12 hangers. You could also fit 2 suitcases in there. It was huge. There were also 4 shelves for stuff, and 3 drawers that fit a lot.
There was a hair dryer. No iron. A coffee maker. We did not use that.

We had a balcony room. Room 8020. I definitely recommend the balcony. The fresh air when you want it is nice. Sitting out there, watching the sunset! Plus, when the ship swayed some, looking out really helped settle my tummy. And, it was nice to have breakfast out there. It's not windy. It was nice to have.

Bathroom was decent. The Toilet room was a little tight. Shower was very big. Removable showerhead. Shower pressure was pretty good. There isn't any counter space. 2 shelves, 1 has their stuff. Towels, cups. In the shower, there is shampoo and conditioner. I didn't use it. I hear it dries out peoples hair.

There was a safe, which we used. There is a mini fridge. We asked for it to be emptied. They came right away. We put our waters in it. There was a couch, and tv. There are very few channels. One that tells you where you are, temperature, waves, all kinds of neat info.

Most people were friendly. Some not so much. (The staff). One guy stands out. The washy washy guy. You couldn't help but smile when you saw him. He had a contagious smile, and he was always smiling. When he would spray out hands with sanitizer, he always says washy washy.

I was dissapointed not to get the towel animals our first 4 nights, so on the 5th, my husband asked our steward to make one, and she did. As well as the next night. We never put the do not disturb. They cleaned the room daily, and came to drop off the freebies and newsletter from the Star Trek portion. I would have liked to get more of the animal towels. lol. That was what I was looking forward to.

We loved playing shuffleboard. First time. Fun. There was also the jumbo chess board. And a basket ball court. No slide at the pool. Boo! Lots of bars. There were so many different events. I wonder if It's like that on all cruises, or because it was a specialty. We were always busy with something going on.

We had a great time. For the most part, everything was great. We are planning another cruise for next year, and depending on best price, may go with Norwegian again.

They have really raised the bar from a few years ago

The most disappointing booking experience. This agency is rude, with no customer service experience. They bullied me into paying way over the website price, don't know their promotions, are not offering promotions posted either on their website, nor matching sales by other travel agencies of their product. The manager did not help, made everything worse. Very sorry I had to go through this. I will never recommend or book any other cruise with this company. Sorry for the Norwegian line, as they are loosing customers, with this type of customer service.

The Norwegian Escape had good food choices, amenities and good service, however my friend got food poisoning from something he ate at their Garden Cafe...it was the tandoori chicken we think, might not have been cooked sufficiently. Made us miss a day trip to Nassau.

Save your money go on carnival. The staff at Norwegian is a joke. If i wanted to be treated like this again I would just shop at Wal-Mart. 7 days stuck with them same lackluster staff has me never wanting to go on Norwegian again. Learn from carnival how to treat your customers. There is almost nothing for 7-12 yr olds to do all day. Half the pool are adult only. And soo overcrowded.

Lost a lot in the casino not lol! The pool is too small for the amount of people . The staff was great. My sister in law is gluetin free and they were accomdating. The area for smoking needs to be cleaned more often. Good Friday I think they should have had more seafood Not Grill night meat. Other than that love it.
