Casinetto Trading LLC Review

I order twice in casinetto, first time I paid online and the package was delivered in another building , only after hours of call I manage to get the delivery picked from the wrong address and brought to me, second time I decided to pay by cash and I ve got charged the normal cash delivery fee but they also charged me 30 Aed extra from nowhere. I won t buy anymore in Casinetto and I will recommend to all my Italian friends in Dubai do not buy anymore from them

Wonderful products and great service. They sent me a text to apologise that delivery was a little late and I received delivery shortly after that. Great packaging and professional service.

Excellent quality, excellent packaging and ontime delivery.

I made the mistake of paying in advance by credit card ...
and immediately my delivery became less important.
I lost hours of work waiting for delivery, and customer service made fun of me and made me waste more time.
the products are good, but the service is Levantine style, my advice if you really want to buy from them, is to pay on delivery.
with these people the fifth article is worth, who has the money in his pocket has won.

I received my goods three hours late and after many calls to customer service.
I confirm the quality of the products and it is really a pity that the management of shipments and customer service are so inefficient and unprofessional. Few bad professionals are enough to ruin a company name.

Quick easy and a great range. Love the dairy free Mozzarisella cheese and the halal dried meats and deli meats.

I was happy overall on the delivery, it was a little late than the booked time but the goods delivered are all in good condition. I did try the flour and yeast order and they are perfect as expected. I will soon order again for more supplies. Thank you Casinetto

I had an awfully bad experience with the delivery which I had to wait for 2 days.

The order was placed on 26/11/2020 and Delivery Date was mentioned: 27/11/2020 and expected Delivery Time was: Afternoon 14:00 - 17:00. Obviously, nobody came, and nobody replied my calls on Friday. On 28/11/2020 I was informed that the expected delivery would be 28/11/2020 in the afternoon 14:00 - 17:00. I had to leave the office in order to come back home and receive the delivery. I was worried about mozzarella which was on its way for 2 days to come fresh. I did not want to find the delivery box under my door. So, I had to leave the work and get back home to wait for Casinetto delivery. Nobody came again. I had to make several calls to help center. They only replied that they would check with the driver and would call me back. They did not call me back and I had to call back again to follow up. I was worried about my mozzarella which I wanted to receive fresh. It happened to me in the past that mozzarella smelled once I opened after the delivery which was not on time again. My last call was at 5.30 PM to inform them that I have TO LEAVE. The help center assured me that the driver would come before 6 PM. I waited till 6 PM. The driver did not come, and I left home. The driver called me at 6.25 PM telling that he was waiting for me in front of the door. I asked him to come back the next day in the morning as I was out on 29/11/2020. I also asked to replace my mozzarella that was on its way for the whole day.

I was so upset by the customer service. I would never pay again in advance. You made me waste my time first of all! I wished to return all the items but thought it would bring me more headache to get money back! So, my decision is NOT to buy from Casinetto anymore!

I just really upset with the whole experience with Casinetto, the first time I ordered from them, I got everything perfect but I need to follow up the delivery. And then the second time, it worse I need to call them couple of times to follow up my order, seems no one have any idea about it. I have informed the agent, maybe the items will be spoiled due late delivery. But she was assuring me that won t happen. My thought was right, I got one the item spoiled. They offered me discount voucher for next purchase, but who would like re-purchase again after a bad experience? The other option they will replace it, but I don t know if they will follow it up or I need to call them again. I won t recommend it again!

I have being ordering for more than 2 years from casinetto, first the quality of the Italian and spanish products is very high, always happy with the service, products, packaging and quality. Nothing to complain. Plus their management and after sales services are very evolved and efficient. One time received damaged item, they straight bring me a replacement the second day with apologies. I highly recommend them. Thank you for bringing a little piece of home's taste to the UAE.

I do not recommend this casinetto website because if the product is not available, a direct discount will be made and the best payment will be made upon receipt
And there is a problem with an official or a manager, as the customer service employee is sitting in a house. I do not advise at all

WATCH OUT! Definitely worse service ever. I gave them many opportunities to enhance their service but seems their standard not deliver as per commitment. Further their online shop is outdated with non available stock but they tell you afterwards. Customer can t wait entire days just to hope they are delivering on time! And is not Covid19/Abu Dhabi restriction as I receive weekly delivery on time from Dubai (italian diary products! Top notch Mozzarella and service!) They don t care about Abu Dhabi customers!

I love your products, and always on time. However, may I recommend if you can separate the bag(s) of flour to any chilled items please? Luckily my flour didn t get damped as it was next to lots of chilled products. It may change the quality of the flour as well. Thank you very much and stay safe.

I have been ordering regularly from Casinetto since last few months and they ve never disappointed me. High quality and authentic Italian food products delivered right to our doorstep. Some of my favorite products from Casinetto are a variety of cheese, olive oil, biscuits, pasta and focaccia.

Order was supposed to be delivered between 2pm and 5pm. I called at 4:45pm and the person didn t even know where my order was. Called again at 5:05pm and still no idea of where the order is. I wasted 3 hours waiting in the house for a ghost delivery which no one knew where it was and, of course, I cancelled as there were items that needed refrigeration.

Update: The customer service rep called me today and I had a follow-up delivery which arrived on time. I still have to try the food but I know the brands so I hope it'll be fine. I'll be able to give a definitive review once I try the service again

I called the Customer Service of Casinetto few times to change the timing of my delivery and Leo and Nenita they tried their best to communicate with the drivers and postpone my delivery as requested.
Thank you to all Customer Service Team that might be numerous but I just got this 2 names.

After scheduling an order that was supposed to arrive between 6-9pm, I didn t receive any email or message from your customer service for the delay but only a call from the delivery man at 10.30pm. The day after I had to contact customer service to receive an updated delivery time.
The updated delivery time was updated to 1pm and then I received a message stating 6pm.
Few weeks after I received a call from the customer service and a service recovery has been made.
This type of customer care has definitely turned my bad experience into a good one.

We requested a return also sending several emails and NO one replied, very bad service, do not buy here!

The ordering was really easy with great help. Delivery was on time .
I wish they could wait and take the boxes back ( like flour is already in a packet , why put it in a box ) . Such a waste of resources.

It was off to a very bad start with my opinion of Casinettos' delivery service (do yourself a favour & DON'T select Fri. or Sat. morning slots!) although they are still an option for home delivery, morning weekend delivery services truly don't exist! Recovery on this issue was only possible with the incredible customer service of Chris, whom truly deserves a raise for his naturally calming manner of dealing with & solely resolving my issue!

The day and time of delivery were not respected and they did not even notify me.

Wide range of Italian products including organic ones and pork at a good price.
However, please note highly sensitive products for which cold chain must be assured, like Mascarpone cheese and fresh pork meat, put it in the cold box!
It could be dangerous to put them in the ordinary box. I always receive those goods in the ordinary box and it is not advisable at all I will stop buying those.

Second delivery, second failure. Non existing customer service, non existing management. I guess non existing delivery.
Contacting them will ruin your nerves, and so the delivery will.
Just don t buy from them. Carrefour has better selections and service than this. I bet they are not Italians. And if they are they must be from the south.
