I had an awfully bad experience with the delivery which I had to wait for 2 days.

The order was placed on 26/11/2020 and Delivery Date was mentioned: 27/11/2020 and expected Delivery Time was: Afternoon 14:00 - 17:00. Obviously, nobody came, and nobody replied my calls on Friday. On 28/11/2020 I was informed that the expected delivery would be 28/11/2020 in the afternoon 14:00 - 17:00. I had to leave the office in order to come back home and receive the delivery. I was worried about mozzarella which was on its way for 2 days to come fresh. I did not want to find the delivery box under my door. So, I had to leave the work and get back home to wait for Casinetto delivery. Nobody came again. I had to make several calls to help center. They only replied that they would check with the driver and would call me back. They did not call me back and I had to call back again to follow up. I was worried about my mozzarella which I wanted to receive fresh. It happened to me in the past that mozzarella smelled once I opened after the delivery which was not on time again. My last call was at 5.30 PM to inform them that I have TO LEAVE. The help center assured me that the driver would come before 6 PM. I waited till 6 PM. The driver did not come, and I left home. The driver called me at 6.25 PM telling that he was waiting for me in front of the door. I asked him to come back the next day in the morning as I was out on 29/11/2020. I also asked to replace my mozzarella that was on its way for the whole day.

I was so upset by the customer service. I would never pay again in advance. You made me waste my time first of all! I wished to return all the items but thought it would bring me more headache to get money back! So, my decision is NOT to buy from Casinetto anymore!
