After scheduling an order that was supposed to arrive between 6-9pm, I didn t receive any email or message from your customer service for the delay but only a call from the delivery man at 10.30pm. The day after I had to contact customer service to receive an updated delivery time.
The updated delivery time was updated to 1pm and then I received a message stating 6pm.
Few weeks after I received a call from the customer service and a service recovery has been made.
This type of customer care has definitely turned my bad experience into a good one.
