I just really upset with the whole experience with Casinetto, the first time I ordered from them, I got everything perfect but I need to follow up the delivery. And then the second time, it worse I need to call them couple of times to follow up my order, seems no one have any idea about it. I have informed the agent, maybe the items will be spoiled due late delivery. But she was assuring me that won t happen. My thought was right, I got one the item spoiled. They offered me discount voucher for next purchase, but who would like re-purchase again after a bad experience? The other option they will replace it, but I don t know if they will follow it up or I need to call them again. I won t recommend it again!
