An IBERCAJA client for more than 20 years, my wife has hired Home and Car Insurance at CASER, through the IBERCAJA office in Calamocha, as an insurance "mediator", confident that she would have the best possible product and at best price. SCAM!

RESULT:
Car Insurance covers 18,000 for the driver, when the competition is 40,000. In addition, it DOES NOT include Damage due to Theft and Damage due to Theft. On top of that, with all these coverages we discover products of other insurers NOT ON-LINE 20% cheaper !!!
In addition, we were NINE MONTHS waiting for the Policies and Green Card in the first year.
Now and in need of traveling through Europe, TWO MONTHS ago we wait for the new Green Card, with all the prejudices it entails.
At the first time they requested they said they would arrive in a space of 7 days. It did not arrive and with the CLASSIC excuse: "THE GUILT IS OF THE CARTER".
Once contacted again, the answer is that it will arrive within 20 days !!!
I have been a Director in multinational companies for more than 25 years and I say that this is A TOTAL HAIR CUT TO THE CUSTOMER. IT IS TO JOE HIM !!!

Home insurance is a real scandal and TIMO!
