The fitting team were excellent, we hardly noticed they were there and left no mess. The quality of the windows and doors is clear, but the service and support goes way beyond. Our whole experience from start to finish was absolutely flawless. The sales consultant (Bob) was really friendly and made sure that he took time to discuss each option with us regarding what we needed and what the law requires.
The 2 fitters were also superb. They were polite, courteous, hard working and really made sure that they made as little disruption and mess as possible. As my wife was having to deal with them at the same time as keep a 3 month old baby entertained, she couldn't speak highly enough of both the quality of their work and their professionalism.
The double glazing industry has an extremely poor reputation for pushy sales people and poor quailty workmanship. Finesse are the complete opposite to this stereotype and I'd have absolutely no problem at all recommending them to anyone who needs new windows or doors fitting.
Do not trust this company! I bought the windows from them in June and they guaranteed the installation in 3-5 weeks.. After a month, I had to call them and they said I could have my windows fitted in September! I cancelled the order and had my money back.. They are really unprofessional!!
We had windows fitted in June 2012. We had used another company before who didn't inspire us so we looked elsewhere and were lucky enough to find Finesse Windows.
We have used them to complete all of the windows in our property. From the very first phone call through to the finished job they were efficient, prompt and nothing was too much trouble.
They took care of the property and cleaned up after themselves which always impresses me as so few companies do it.

Spot on. Very professional guys came out to do the fitting. Well finished off and the guys were really knowledgeable about the windows. Pre-sales was also really good - redid the quote a number of times to make changes and was very helpful and responsive to questions.
We chose Finesse because of their excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed. The products are of a very high quality and have a superb finish. The fitters are extremely professional and did a fantastic job. A special recognition for Jez (Nathan) and Will who worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was done to a high standard. They were friendly and respectful throughout which really made us feel at ease. As it was quite a big job and we ran into a few issues, it did end up running a couple of days over the timeline that was anticipated. However it was worthwhile to get the right finish and we are overall very happy with the result. I would recommend this company.

, I met with Tony the salesman, what a gentleman. He formulated everything I wanted, they weren t the cheapest but designed exactly what I wanted...builders were excellent, glaziers were very professional.

We approached a number of window suppliers. After meeting the Finesse team, we knew we wanted to purchase our windows from them as they made us feel very welcome. We were given all the information we needed to make the best decision. Fitting of all the windows were completed as agreed on the day the appointment was booked. Not only that, we made a couple of alterations and these were accommodated without any changes to the date of the fitting. The mix of value for money, installation and quality of products are second to none.

This company has become a lot worse. Do not recommend at all. The fitter chopped off the frame on site because he was confused by left and right ones. Wrong parts ordered and delivered and fitted although they knew it was wrong. They kept on delaying your project and ruined your plan for the rest work. A complete nightmare. Maybe they got Which recommended before, but certainly not even worth a star here. I have saved a lot of photos and emails to prove you we are a genuine customer unlike some other reviews here.

Got a quote from the company about a month ago. Chap who came out was nice and didn t take up to much of my time. Seemed fairly open and honest as I had got a few other quotes too from other suppliers. Disappointing thing was that it took about 3 weeks for the company to come back to me with a price. By which time I had saught business elsewhere. It seemed as if the company didn t want to know. Bit of a shame really.
Great company, really friendly, professional and competitive prices. Plus no high pressure sales! They installed a new front door with two side windows. I opted to go for a dark blue door with a pattern in the glazed panel and the side windows that incorporated a lighter blue. Looks stunning. 2 teams worked non-stop for 10 hours and managed to replace our old conservatory with a new one in one day! They kept everything tidy and cleaned after themselves at the end. I used this company to get two new bedroom windows and a new front door. I found the company very friendly and we decided to go for the most expensive Flexshield option for the windows for sound proofing purposes. A date was arranged for the door fitting and window fitting. Unfortunately, the wrong colour door was delivered and the wrong hinges for the windows were fitted. There was also debris in between the panes on two of the panels. There was also an issue that the kitemarks were completely randomly placed on all the panels, which meant it looked quite messy. To their credit, there was no hesitancy from the company in trying to sort out these issues. Unfortunately, one of the replacement panels also had debris in it and the front door (when fitted) also began to not shut properly. After a long conversation with the company about the random kitemark positioning, they stated that there was nothing they could do as it is how they arrive from the manufacturing company, which seems very strange. The company did sort out the door not fitting straight away. Now onto the good stuff: the quality of the windows seems very good and cuts out a lot of noise. I can't comment on warmth yet as it's been summer. Likewise, the quality of the front door seems very good (can't comment on warmth yet) and looks great (elegance door as the gap wasn't big enough for the Palladio door). All the workers that came were friendly and neat and tidy. I always think you can judge a company by how they act when something goes wrong and it is clear that Finesse care hugely. The final quality of the product seems very good as well. However, it was hugely inconvenient to have to keep rearranging to be in (as well as to have subsequently reorganise the alarm fitters for the new door) and there seems to be an issue with the supplier of the glass (kitemarks and debris). The most important question is whether I would use them again- and the the answer is yes- as the quality is good and they genuinely want to help their customer, which is rare in today's world.
3rd time I have used Finesse for different glazing jobs. Have had porch door, French doors and, recently, new front door. Products always excellent quality. Fitters always professional and helpful. Great customer service.

Finesse have done all the work on my house. I started the renovation over 12 months ago with them replacing 8 windows, my large bay window, front and back doors and installing from scratch French doors. As a result of such a positive experience I then asked them to replace my front garage door and finally the rear garage door.
From Ray who did the initial contact, to the surveyor and finally the installation teams it has been a pleasure. They are always well turned out and extremely polite. They tidy up behind them (unlike some) and make sure you are happy before they leave. If you do have a problem after then it's a quick phone call to book someone to come out and it's rectified.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who asks. In fact they have recently done some work for my daughter who was equally pleased with the outcome.

Finesse has been great. All appointments were kept to on time, we had a bay window fitted upstairs in our little boy's room and the quality of it is great. The finished door looks perfect, Nathan was very tidy and left no mess, also taking the time to explain that the door will collect dust due to static. He was very efficient and got the job done with no fuss. The door itself looks really smart and following a comprehensive search for a suitable door we are really pleased with the superior product and sense of security. Next job is windows. Sofa company had broken my porch door/frame and Finesse were the only company that came out to quote me. For that they got the job of replacing the whole thing. Can't fault them. They quoted great price and discount. No hassles with installation and I am very happy with the finished door/frame. I would definitely recommend.
Finesse have, over the years, fitted all our windows, doors, facias, guttering, pvc back gate, etc. They have always been our first port of call, and helped us out recently when we needed something adjusting. We have recommended them to family and friends, some of whom have taken up our recommendation, and are equally as happy with the service as we are. I know they appear more expensive than other companies, but you do get the best with Finesse.

I first purchased a conservatory from Finesse last year. From start to finish the process was well organised and I was very pleased with the conservatory and the quality of the product and service. I then recently needed a new front door and had no thoughts of using any other company.

had all new windows and doors fittied, front door didn't shut right and water was leaking in. took 6 months to fix the problem after countless phones calls and engineers coming out to look at the problem. now 7 months later the front door lock breaks, after phoning up and waiting for a call back. had to phone up again and then i'm told sorry cant do anything until monday, cant leave the house since the door wont open from the outside. very bad after service and customer support for the products
Great company which it is apparent is very customer focussed. We had a new conservatory roof fitted by this company after getting quotes from several companies including Everest whose salesman left a lot to be desired compared with the Finesse salesman! Very pleased with work and fitters and will use again as it is rare to find a company which delivers on it's promises like this one - even provided a thank you for using it's service pack after finishing work!

Great company to deal with. High quality service, products and fitting. Employees are all customer focused which is rare but after liaising with the Directors - who will do anything for a customer the staff philosophy makes sense. Finesse will never be the cheapest because they trade on quality and service so if you can afford them - use them! We have had an orangery and porch which have just been completed by them - both jobs are excellent and the after sales is impressive.

We had 6 Windows replaced in our property and from beginning to end it was handled professionally and efficiently. The guys who fitted the windows were great to have around and worked really hard (in sweltering heat. . . It was the hottest day on record) . They cleaned up each day and I did not have the mess to deal with as a result of having workmen in.
