Where to begin... They use click bait prices, so if you see a car that's a "great deal" online, they won't have it. I called TWICE ahead of time to make an appointment to test drive a specific car and a second time to reconfirm. Then took public transit over an hour only to find out that the car was "in the shop". I also found out that the VIN listed on the ad did not sync up with the information in the ad - ad stated Jeep GC Altitude but the VIN was for a Laredo. After finding all this out, we asked the sales person to show us cars with a similar towing capacity (6200lbs) and he came back with cars that were not even close. It quickly became apparent that no one knew anything about the cars in their lot. We were told to Google it ourselves. I would advise to look elsewhere for a car.

buying cars for 30 years. Oscar and Lilia made the process seamless. It's not so
much that we got a good deal although everything now a days helps, it's that
Oscar already had the sale but stayed with us late night to make sure we were
taken care of. Our neighbors want one too, and better believe we referred them
to Oscar, Diego, Lilia at 21st century auto group!

I called them 30 min before coming there to ask if is car available they said yes it is here but when I arrive they told me the car is not here, then they try to sell me other car. I pulled up other car they posted online even that was not there. After I left there place called again with different number they still said yes the car Is here . bad place to do business with waste of time so disappointed..

Showroom is really nice, looks almost like it's not real. The cars are A+. The people are extremley friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Tia. WOW....ball of energy. She was very informative, knowledgable and has a great sense of humor! I will recommend her and this location to everyone I know looking for a great quality car!

Saw a Honda CRV for $13,950 in their website inventory, get there and Diego says the car has not 'passed inspection' and is off the lot (but still on the website). But there is another CRV for $17,000.. Oh surprize!! Classic bate and switch. Seems like a scam that should have went out of the used car business a long time ago. Guess not!!

I was originally living on the west coast for a long time and then moved to New Jersey, thanks to Adam, we were able to find great car(2020 BMW X7) for our family.

Buying a good and usedcar is very difficult these days.

My sister and I went to the dealership so that she cold purchase an 06 ML350. Our salesman's name was Oscar I believe and he was great! He helped get her into the car she desired, no gimmicks, no funny business, just business and he was so helpful and patient with us! The dealership had very nice cars and they all seemed to be in great condition! I would go back to this dealership with no hesitation!

I recently traded my vehicle in for a new one this past weekend and I do have to say that 21st service, sales, and overall demeanor was bar none! Their inventory features only mid to high end luxury cars and their storefront is vast and compelling. Diego was our salesperson and we were very pleased with his service. Ask for Diego and you won't be disappointed.

This place is shady. They added $2000 to the prices advertised online, while the sticker price is $1000-4000 above market prices. The boss is rude. He was curt, could not answer any questions, and was smoking a cigar. When I asked about car specs, he shrugged, said he didn't know, and to check online. Same thing for the Carfax reports from my salesman.

They also demanded we make a deal and give them a credit card without being allowed to test drive the car.

I had very positive experience in purchasing my car from 21 st Century Auto Group! Not my first car! The last one, my Honda Accord 2005, I bought from their new location at Springfield, New Jersey. I called and made an appointment with Stephanie the day before going. What a show room, what a variety of cars! I am amazed how people on each step courteous and friendly. They listen to you and understand your concerns respectful to you, to your budget. You don t feel any pressure, they give you time before you make your decision. The finance manager helps you with issue that might be painful in other places. Having that great experience in the past I referred 21 st Century to my friend who was looking all over for affordable family car. Thanks to everyone there

Horrible experience. I can't even give them 1 star, David salesperson and his manager Oscar has no respect to consumers. First, we were not able to test drive since there was low gas in the vehicle. David was forcing to get back quick to dealership. Vehicle mileage was over 3k miles than listed on the website. David confirmed someone from dealership was using it and temporary license plate was on it. I called before I went to dealership about condition of the vehicle, inspection and room for negotiation. I was told by phone girls car is certified and price will be talked with customer in person. Vehicle back bumper driver side was flapping during test drive(it looked like someone damaged it and left it as is) and inside a car was dirty and juice bottles laying around. I guess no one cleaned it since dealership took it as a trade. We were OK with the condition and we tried to see under the hood. Hood clutch was broken and we were not able to open it and see the engine. David and his manager Oscar kept saying it is a good car nothing wrong under the hood. I had to tell them as a consumer I need to check engine areas since it is North State vehicle. Regular wear and tear tire shocks rubbers newly ripped on 3 tires. I guess whoever was driving it from dealership took advantage of the free ride. While we were checking the vehicle condition David and Oscar tried to sell us by saying it is a good vehicle on the lot. It felt like too much pressure. No matter what condition was vehicle we went inside to talk about the price and we were ready to buy. Then all bait and switch story started. Teaching a lawyer about the New Jersey window watch law and other fees dealership charges. We still wanted to meet in the middle with price, unfortunately aggressive high voice was not pleasant to hear. Overall unpleasant experience with cold service from both guys. It was too obvious it is all about the money just for them not for consumer.
PS: David, you don't need to mimic other aggressive sales person or manager style. I think you can be the best salesperson by being yourself. I understand the pressure you have from upper management but you can learn yourself how to sell a car to any customer. More talking than customer and not listening to what customer want is a big failure to any salesperson. Sorry you failed major customer service steps. Only meet and greet was good by you.

I have read mixed reviews about this place but my experience wasn't bad. I have horrible credit and they did work with me to get me approved. After a few tries they tired to get me to buy another car with less mileage and newer year to get me approved but I didn't want anything else except for the car I came for. So they did take that extra step to find a bank that would approve me. I didn't get the exact time frame to pay off and monthly payments I wanted because of my credit score and down payment amount, but they did meet me halfway. Also was at dealership WAY longer then I expected, about 4 1/2 hours to be exact. All in all my experience was not bad at all. My salesman Eric Zagadou (I recommend) took care of me and made sure I was comfortable. Even took some time to talk while I waited. Everyone I met after that with was cool and again did work with me to get me the Subaru I went there for. I'd definitely go back again in the future assuming they have something I car I want when I am back in the market.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of knowledge and professionalism that I received from Karina, Oscar and Lylia. Oscar was really highly perceptive in identifying the vehicle that suited me best and described all of the options in great detail. Karina was very diligent in describing all available options when it came to financing/leasing, and she fully and accurately answered all of my questions and even made suggestions on how I can save money.
I would highly recommend 21st Century Auto Group in Springfield to anyone!

He was able to explain all of the details of the car buying process without giving off the sales vibe that can make buyers uncomfortable. The worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. After two days with the car, the AC went bad, found 3 oil leaks, rear TV was not working, and also the middle console was scratched up. 6 trips to the dealership after I bought the car, all they fixed was the AC. I had to spend $150 of my own money to get the TV fixed from Mercedes and which 21 century said they do not pay for. On my 6th trip, I was actually kicked out of the dealership because i suggested them letting Mercedes- Benz fix the car and they would get paid for. The OWNER was so rude that when I said I would get my lawyer, all he said was, " we will see who has more money". I recommend everyone pass this dealership without looking! Beware!

Today was one of the best days of my life!! All thanks to Moe @ 21st Century Auto Group , located in Springfield,NJ. This guy has been outstanding, and even that s an understatement! From the moment I walked into the dealership his only goal was to make me happy , which he definitely fulfilled! Moe has such a great professionalism and down to earth work ethic! He fought genuinely to make the deal go thru ! I am now leaving out 21 century auto in a 2016 Range Rover! Thank you so very much Moe and 21 century auto for making my dream car into a reality! I seen the vehicle online for a great price when I arrived the guy said off the rip"those prices u saw online are cash prices only". Then had the nerve to jump thr price of the vehicle up another 5 6k unbelievable!!!. He was not trying to listen and kept overtalking. Really is not a good way to do business. I walk in the first day and the sales guy Oscar told me to take my time and look around, no hustle no pressure. looked at two vehicles there, set up and appointment to come and test drive them for the following weekend. stopped in the following weekend drove the vehicle and decided to purchase the 2009 Porsche Cayenne. Oscar and Jeff were very helpful and made the process smooth.

Cars are good here but they don t have updated tracking system. Half of the used cars in the inventory are like click baits and they wouldn t have it for sale. Most of the sold cars are also not updated in the system. Sales guys are helpful but with this outdated inventory tracking system, we waste a lot of time looking at each car from the parking lot. Hope they fix their inventory system soon. Good luck

I came to 21 Century Auto to look for a BMW. As soon as I parked the car I was greeted outside by a representative named Igor. This dealership is amazing. Welcoming with tons of great quality cars and wonderful people that are true and honest. While I was there I also spoke with Dima who was ready to answer any and all of my questions in regards to a BMW I was looking to purchase. The car was exactly as described online and over the phone. CLEAN CARFAX and for a pure gem of a vehicle. Dima and Igor were able to work with me and came to a great price that nobody in the area were able to come anywhere near. I currently own the BMW that I was dreaming to own and without a doubt; enjoying every last minute of it. I would absolutely recommend 21st Century Auto Group to anyone who is in the market for a great quality car. Cant wait to do business with them in the future!

They are the definition of scammers. The reviews are fake and written by employees at the dealership. They lure you in with low advertised prices online, and jack the prices back up when you get in the door. Also I came there to look at 3 different vehicles I seen on the website for a decent price the sales rep told me they were sold. Which basically means they were using those affordable cars to lure people in to the scam.

HORRIBLE!!!! My husband and I called that morning and asked the BDC department and sales if they had the car we want still available. They said YES !! After all the bad reviews we read we STILL have them the benefit of the doubt to believe them. SO NOT WORTH IT!! REGRET IT. They lie to you til the end to get you to come in and then show you another car!!! While we were even on our way. We asked again. And again. They said the car was still there. Come to find out. We get there from 1hr and 30 mins away to be told is not available and wanted to show us another car. SOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The manager of sales and the owner are A JOKE!! they even gave us attitude and were very rude !!! If I can give them a ZERO STARS I WOULD. everything about their staff is unethical, dirty and prices are low so they get you to come in and try to sell you a different vehicles at higher price. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!! SCAMMERS!!!

In 2010 I went to see a specific car that I was told was available only to find it was not. They will have you drive hours to get here when they know the car has been sold. They showed me another car that we haggled half the night over that I ultimately bought then I noticed my car remained on their website for at least 2 months. Years later 2017, the same thing..bait and switch. Very poor customer service.

They made not only the sales process but also the service process extremely easy for me. While supplying me with exactly the right car. The deal that gave me was competitive and treated me well. My wife and I have been searching for a Mazda Cx-9 for some time and couldn't find a car that met our budget and also met our mileage requirements. After an exhaustive research, I saw an unbelievable price at 21st Century Auto Group. And, I have to admit, after reading some reviews at other sites, I was a little skeptical. But from the moment I met Justice, he was transparent and helped me a long throughout the whole process.

Justice took time to help me understand the added costs for the car and the reasoning behind the costs, particularly because my car was an internet special. Although, I've read some people had some surprises when obtaining or trying to obtain their car from 21st Century, there were not surprises for me and Justice also fought for me. Turned out that the day that I was coming in to close the deal, the car price was raised, but since I had come in over the weekend, Justice fought for my wife and me, so we could obtain the price of the car that was previously listed(which was way below what we had seen).

We are very happy with our car, and we are very happy to have worked with an honest, knowledgeable, and nice guy like Justice.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had seen the car I wanted on cars.com and called the dealer before going in order to make sure it was still available and I was told it was. When I first walked in it looked very nice and very welcoming. After getting to the front desk we were told to ask for Maria and the man said that he will take care of us. He was not welcoming at all, he was very cold. He asked me simple questions and right away asked to see my license. He went to goo check on the car and came back a couple minutes later to tell me that "it was in the shop for a repair, but has another car for the same year". We went to see the car and it was the exact same one but was selling for $15k which I was not looking for. Asked about the carfax and he says its clean and no damage and end up finding scratches on one corner of the car. We go back inside and I tell him I need to stay in $10k range and right away he became very mean after I told him I needed time to think. Didn`t offer me a business card or anything. I ask for my license back and he comes back and says "I just talked to the owner and hes willing to sell it to you for $10.5k but since you need a day to think I told him you don`t want it". I never said that and he proceeded to leave us alone at his desk, he walked past us very quick and then after standing for 2 mintues we were going to tell him that we wanted it for that price and he just walked fast right past us. We went to look outside at the car again and he came out and into the car and sped off with it while we were looking at it. SUPER RUDE. NO ONE GO THERE. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL LIE TO YOU. The reviews don`t lie.

I just purchased an Audi A4 through Diego who is one of the best sales reps that I worked with. He is really kind and walks you through every vehicle that you may be interested from start to finish. He is also someone that doesn't tell you lies. I asked him for a price that I was looking for and he went out of his way to make sure that I received it. I highly recommend the 21st century auto branch because it really is an amazing location as well. The customer care is much better than any other dealership. Thanks Diego for the amazing experience!

I can honestly say that I no longer have anxiety over car shopping because of 21st Century Auto group. The employees were beyond helpful and I actually enjoyed the time I spent there selecting a car. I finally selected an Infiniti and I adore my pre-owned vehicle. Each salesman were polite and helpful, I couldn't have asked for more.I did not feel like a "number" but as an actual customer. I had no problems with any part of the process from star to finish. I am a proud customer of 21st Century and will be back in the future!

They didn t have what I was looking for at first. Bellah assured us that he was getting cars in and was sure he would be getting what I was looking for. The next week he called us and told us to come down. He had what I was looking for!! Great team!! Great customer service!! Great job!!

I had the unfortunate experience to deal with a salesman that was not knowledgeable about the car he was trying to sell me, he also would not give me a straight answer on the trade in value of my car. The staff made me feel like I could not trust their word.

While the salesman(that I will not name) was telling me the car I was interested in was in perfect condition, during my close up inspection I found numerous signs of abuse (including sludge in the oil) and after market modifications, when I showed such to the salesman, he was in denial and telling me I didn't know what I was talking about...

I would not recommend anyone this dealer as they cannot be trusted with their ethical standards.

I purchased a Mercedes ML 500 from this place since december 11th, 2009. To this date, I'm still dealing with these people. All their employees, Alfredo, Chirs, Paul, Daniel are all shady! Everything was just perfect when we purchased the car. Car fax- done! kelly blue book report done! no stone unturned...."yes we will detail the car" "yes we will have registration and title done in no time". Nightmare from that point on. Registration and title took a month and 3 weeks. I was driving with expired temporary plates for over 4 weeks. Alfredo told me as long as I dont leave the state of NJ it is ok! Yeah really? noone seem to knew why it was talking so long I was calling that place everyday like it was my job. As soon as I got the plates and Registration I immediately took the car to DMV for inspection and it failed for safety. The DMV guy told me all four tires were bad and not safe to drive they could blow out on my anytime. i took the car back to the dealership they said they have to order tires. weeks passed no tires. they finally told me to come in. After waiting there for 3 hours they tried fitting tires for a ML 300 on my car and it did not work. they offered me a loaner (tahoe) with no gas n their name all over it helllo no! they claimed they were gonna order my tires and have them fedex please! what crap....never ordered. They told me they were putting good USED tires. but good USED tires for a ML 500 is impossible to find. SO they wanted me to pay the difference of putting new tires when the contract clearly states they're responsible for having any repairs to guarantee inspection. we said we're not putting out any money so we'll wait for the used tires. the 45 days past inspection has already passed. and come 3/31/10 the registration will be suspended. CHRIS ONG! I hope you die! and noone had ever pushed me to that point!
