I've purchase several cars from 21st Century Auto Group, the latest a 2011 Mercedes Benz S550 4Matic. The management as well as the owner have gone through great lengths to make my experience very pleasent. The salesman that I dealt with during my last purchase, Mr. Rafael Mushailov, was very knowledgeable, good natured, polite and made our buying experience a pleasure. The finance team there does not pressure you into getting something that you don't need and they go above and beyond to help you get the best rate. The organization as a whole work "with" you! I'll see them again as soon as I'm ready for my next vehicle. Thank you all...especially Rafael!

Bad experience, Bought a car there for three months have not got my license plates and titles, A worst use car dealer in the century

After many months of searching for the right car. I found it here at 21st Century Auto Group with the help of Diego. WORST PLACE EVER FULL OF SCAMMERS ! While test driving their car broke down and they where still trying to tell me the car was ok. The AAA guy told me the car was not ok and that the radiators in the car where damaged. After looking around i came to conclusions this auto place is not a safe place to buy cars. They really need to up hold safty inspections ! And the place gives you no guarantee that if car has any problems they will fix it. So basically if you buy a car from them and it breaking down in 2 days your pretty much responsible. Please dont go HORRIBLE unsafe dealership.

Don't buy from here. They sold me a Mercedes Benz without saying it has only one key. For an extra pair of keys it costs more than $400 dollars.

Great car selections purchased my BMW x5 there 4 years ago took my wife there for an upgrade but the customer service was very poor ..manager was very rude and condescending act like he's was doing us a favor.

Well, I saw a car that I liked on their website and I went to the dealership to buy it. Car price was listed as 7k online and salesman said that 9.8K is the best they can do plus sales tax, dealer fee, title and registration. I would've not gone at all if the listing price was around 10k. It was an utter waste of my time. On top of it Salesman was not at all friendly. He was acting as if he was doing us a favour. I just don't understand why they need to do false advertising in order to drag people to the dealership , especially when they have very expensive cars on their inventory.

My husband and I found our Mercedes G wagon here. We flew in from North Carolina and had a great experience with Shaquille, he was absolutely amazing. I would definitely use this dealership again, and would only use Shaquille

Scammers!!!!!! False advertise an Escalade to get my attention, sent an email at 9am to ensure the vehicle is still on the lot, I told them I m driving 4 hrs and get the car clean because I am buying it. Get a call half way from Lisa that the car is still on the lot. Once I get there everyone looked puzzled! Then a salesman proceeded with fake paper work telling me to get the internet prices I need to finance with their bank. Then he goes look for the car and of course, that car wasn t in that inventory! But of course I m there so why not try to up sell me on a car SMFH!!! I should had read the reviews first!!! Waste of time and very unprofessional!!!!!

Horrible customer service!! After they get your money, they don't care about all the following procedures. EXTREMELY pushy sales guys, some of them show very low respect in the way they talk to you, they don't call when the plates and registration are ready, they wouldn't install the plates for you and so on... Despite I like the car I purchased, I wouldn't go to them if I had to do it again.

Worked with Manny at 21st Century. Got us a good deal and was accommodating to all our questions and needs. Stayed late into night to help us finalize things so that was much appreciated.

I don't know what good I can say. The experience was terrible, lots of bait and switch and issues. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down like the dealership in Linden. Once you buy, customer service is nill..dont return calls have to drive to dealership to get action. Don't waste your money on extended warranty and beware they won't fully refund warranty unless under 10 days. Either go in and get form and make copy, go around them if they are avoiding you, or don't purchase at all. You go in for a Luxury vehicle and get Pinto products and services. Spend a little extra (or maybe not) and go down the street and get a certified Mercedes at Ray Catena.

First and best experience of purchasing a car! Alex was awesome, I called a dealership 1:30 pm about Subaru WRX STI, spoke with Alex, explained him situation, he said Subaru won t work out - but he offered me 2014 BMW 550 M-sport - I extremely love it, came in a dealership strait away. 4:30 I left dealership on a new car, 3h from 1 call to leave this wonderful place on a crazy car. Worst buying experience yet from any dealership. Called before we went to let them know we wanted to do a test drive. We gave them the specific models, makes, years, mileage and asked them to be ready for us. When we got there the salesperson immediately started saying that the car we wanted to see was sold (huh... ok), then the next one we can't see because it hadn't passed inspection, then the next two all gone, not available. We then went to speak to the manager to explain our dissatisfaction for having our time wasted but before we could get in a word edge-wise he started acting rudely to us and letting us know that this is how we do business and the woman on the phone didn't know what she was talking about cause she doesn't know which cars are available or not.So essentially he told us that he trains the person on the phone to lie to customers, tell them that the cars they want are available to be seen and then they bait and switch you for more expensive, less desirable cars. Do NOT go here unless you want to be played with and have your time wasted. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Amazing customer service. All employees were super polite and eager to answer any questions I had. Diego was my salesperson and responded to my emails and phone calls in a hospitable manner. The process was fairly fast and the Diego very honest with pricing and make sure I got the best deal and the best service. What a shady dealer has no respect for the coustomer. Came in to see maserati and came to find out all of there cars are broken down pieces of junk. The cars where so bad that on some the stering wheel was about to come off and on others the cars headlights where cracked and non functional. What the hell is wrong them ! When i told the skinny Mexican salesman if he is going to fix any of the damage his response was "Are you gonna buy it or not i am not doing anything" as a physician i am more then capable to buy a whole lot full of maserati. Called ahead they claimed the car was there. Drove 2 hours to go see it and as soon as we arrive the salesman "Chris" says the car didn't pass inspection and we couldn't drive it. BS. Tried to get us into something else. Scam place avoid!

I was going to buy a 2013 Mercedes e350 from this dealer but these guys try to scam you with fees. The base price on Carfax was 13,994, which is a amazing deal. But they had fees that made the vehicle 17,000. They were rude and handled business so unprofessional. I wasted a total of 8 hours of driving and made my dad leave work. One of the mangers also spit out of the dealership when we left because we got into a argument.

I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received - led by John. He was fantastic and did not miss one detail! He also was amazing at follow up! I was most impressed! John was awesome as well - explained everything... I so enjoyed my experience and will definitely be recommending them to everyone!!!

I called them 3-4 times before i went there and checked if that car is available and as soon i went there they said that car is not available and they said they would show similar cars which are 3000$ more than what they mentioned online for this car.
I drove 2 hours to this location and back 2 hours. All the negative reviews what they have is real. Don t believe the 5 star reviews.

I like the car i brought, lexus is 250, since it is in really good condition. Nick is great man of explaining things. But it takes too long for the auto check due to wrong size of the plate. Anyway, the experience is good.

Just purchase a 2017 Chevrolet and I love everything about it. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and super accommodating. John worked hard with the manager to get me exactly what I wanted. They didn t pressure me at all, they genuinely wanted to do whatever they could to get me into the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Stay away from 21st Century, I bought a car there, less than a month i was told my tires needed to be changed, my windshield came in with a crack on it AFTER they took my car to detail it. Every time you call, you have to keep repeating yourself and the receptionist barely speak english and you constantly have to keep explaining why you are calling. Every time you try to speak to someone it s always a problem. Regret buying from this dealer.

First of all, the professionalism in this place is nonexistance and I need of serious hospitality management. I purchased a vehicle and they didn t let leave with the car I purchase; unless I gave them a 2000 dollar security deposit on insurance when I had my own insurance with geico. And then they said they would give it back once the car was insured with Geico and they refused to give me back my money once I showed them proof of my car being insured. And then I was escorted out with police because I refused to leave the property. And now they are getting sued by me. So unless you want to deal with the same problems and headaches I m dealing with. Stay clear of this business. You have been warned!!!!

Well they did it again. Called last night about an hour before closing and asked about a car. Yes sir we have it it's here. Not a scratch on it. And the price on the internet is the price you pay minus tax and motor vehicle. I take off work to go first thing in the morning and NO Car. It's not there but its internet twin mileage and price was there. $10k more!!!! Than the internet price. Bate and switch!!! Stay away from this place!!!!

I already had in mind the vehicle I wanted to see because it was listed on line. When my wife and I arrived at 21st Century Auto group we started looking around and found the Mercedes ML450 I was interested in. As we looked, we were approached by sales person, who introduced himself and opened the car for further inspection. I was impressed with the friendly and unassuming demeanor of Igor. We not only looked at the ML450 but as other cars caught my eye, we checked out those as well. To make long story short, I chose the car I originally wanted to see and purchased it. I was pleasantly surprised that all purchasing process went as quickly as it did. Finances, warrantee, credit and related issues along with all questions and concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with the process, but especially pleased with the owner - Dmitry Zeldin. I would definitely recommend 21st Century Auto group to any auto buyer and suggest them as specifically for.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL. AND DONT EVER GET EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY SAY IT COVERS BUMPER TO BUMPER ITS NOT TRUE

After buying the car, I feel like this dealership is no longer concerned with assisting me with anything related to my purchase. I had to buy a brand new battery three days after the purchase. Now I need an oil change and they are telling me that it is not covered under warranty. I got the car 3 weeks ago. The one star that I am giving them is for the quality of the car. The customer service is horrible.

Bought a car from here on Thursday and was told to come back Monday for a second key and a touch up on the paint. When I drove an hour to come back to the dealership I was informed that there is no second key and that the man who was supposed to touch up the paint was not there that day and I needed to come back at 1pm the following day. The salesman also said that he would have someone remove the remote car starter from my previous car and return it to me on Monday as well. I was then told the car was sold and that the car starter was not removed and they said they could not reimburse me in anyway. What seemed like a good experience at first ended up to be a very poor experience overall.

Don t let their inventory fool you. Called ahead to look at a 2017 Subaru WRX STI and drove over an hour from NYC just for them to tell me that the engine was blown. Tried buying a different car same model and they weren t willing to negotiate at all, kept me waiting way too long, plus didn t have keys for me to start the car.
