Let me just start off by saying that the management has to be the WORST all around. I moved into my apartment in the fall and things were going okay. Maintenance was probably the best thing they have. On February 7/8th, the people above my apartment complex had a party and long story short the floor caved in which means we have a hole in our living room ceiling. No one was in the apartment that night but I did get back in the next morning and had no idea what had happened. The first mistake they did was not email NEITHER of my roommates to tell us what had happened reguarding the ceiling. I had to call them to see what was going on and then 5 minutes after the call they sent an email which was useless because had already gotten information. The next week on February 12th, all of my roommates had gotten a call around 10am to move our necessities out of the apartment for a temporary move while they fix the ceiling. They only gave us the rest of the day (until they close at 6pm) to move out before they cut our access to the apartment. (mind you that we all are full time college students and work) I was cool with the temporary move because of safety hazards. On February 19, we all had gotten an email that said the contractors were prepared to start on Thursday (2 days later) with a tentative (she said she would let us know if anything changes) finish date/move back in date of March 5th. That was also cool with me until I had to go back into the old apartment a couple days after the start date (we could go back in, just had to be escorted) and seen that NOTHING had been done & WE WERE NOT, YET AGAIN, CONTACTED! Apparently, everyone that should have been contacted were not contacted to fix the apartment and CC lied about the contractors starting on that day. We ve always had to contact them to hear things or get information, which is very unprofessional. Here I am today, March 9th, still out of my original apartment and no progess has been started to fix it. I have been out of my apartment way too long for them to not have any progress started on the ceiling. The only thing good about the inconvenience was that they lowered our rent from $470 to $270 for the month of March but that was only because we said something about the rent, otherwise it would have not been mentioned. The management has POOR communication and let me not forget to mention that there are ROACHES IN EVERY STAIRWAY EVERYTIME YOU WALK OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR! I definitely won t be renewing my lease here & cant wait to get out of my leasing contract.

The updated clubhouse is Amazing and a must see!!! You don t want to miss out on an opportunity to call Carrollton Crossing home! Also, you will not find a better management team.

Carrollton Crossing is a great place to live! The office holds fun events all the time with free food and things to do. The rooms are also nice and it s walking distance to UWG so it s great for students.

Carrollton crossing is the worst !! Do not sign your lease here, it s very bad. The manager is so rude and impolite. I moved here 2 months ago and it s been terrible !! There s a leak in my bathroom and my living room that have not been fixed. The A.C in my apartment doesn t work, and the manager told me to get a fan to suit myself. The work orders get closed before their even done.

i lived here for 2 years and im now going to ksu next semester , i honestly can say that the management team is very friendly and actually care about the people who live there. ill truly miss living here

I can't say enough great things about Carrollton Crossing. Both property and the management are fantastic. The staff either at leasing office / maintenance is very nice and helpful people and very organized. The apartments are very comfortable as well. Great apartment and I totally recommend this place! It is amazing!

This Apartment complex is very nice. The upgrades to the main office and the gym is great as well. They knock out work orders fast. The staff is great as well. I love Mrs. Faith she is a very nice and helpful woman as well as the other staff that work their! Living here has been great and I definitely recommend it. The price is cheaper than most everywhere else as well.

I would definitely recommend living at Carrollton Crossing. They have nice affordable prices for spacious living areas and rooms, and the service they exhibit in the leasing office is one of the best in Carrollton (if not the best). I would definitely recommend CC to a friend.

Very nice apartment complex for students, always provide events and food to the people who stay here and the people in the office are so nice!!

DON T BE FOOLED!!! These crooks BRIBE students to write positive reviews in exchange for money and gift cards!! Notice how most of the reviews are submitted at the same time?? It s all a bunch of planned out lies. Some of the staff even harass you and won t let you go until you write down a review in their presence. Talk about desperate!

Most of the residents don t like this place so please do not be deceived with these disingenuous comments. This apartment complex is absolute garbage. Overpriced with poor quality furniture that the management charges YOU to fix. WiFi runs slow at least once every day, and when you confront the office about it, they tell YOU to call the WiFi company yourself. Be prepared to wait on the line for 40 minutes while using your own hotspot to get homework done!

Maintenance barely ever fixes the appliances in the apartments. You could file a claim 50 times and it ll never be repaired properly. SO many people I know have complained about their washers and dryers acting up. Some have said their dish washer doesn't even work at all. It's an exhausting process trying to fix things in this place. What the hell are we paying almost $500 for if basic amenities don't work?

Monthly overages are also GUARANTEED! even if your apartment is empty and nobody had used the water or electricity for a while, you will magically see a charge on your account. All they care about is money and not the genuine welfare of the people living here. Rent prices go up every year but guess what? quality stays the same. Yea we have a new gym and lounge area but what really matters are your policies and how you treat tenants and their finances! Pure trash. When it comes to anything regarding MONEY, you see another side of them that is callous, rude and absolutely unfair! Never willing to hear your complaints or understand your situation. It's money or nothing for these people, that's why they use it to bribe students every chance they get in exchange for positive reviews.

It's a big shame and I cannot wait to move out of this place! Do yourself a favor and check out other apartments in Carrollton who don't think about money all the time. And once again; the positive reviews you see here are ALL FORCED AND FAKE !

I love the people in the office !! They are always very helpful and respectful with any problems at anytime of the day. And if the office is closed they have a help line if there are issues. Maintenance is also always good about getting back to you quickly !

A very good residential community and the employees' main objective is for every resident to enjoy their stay at the apartment complex.

I lived at Carrollton Crossing last year and I like them the best out of all of the apartments around campus. Management is competent and handles any issues that I have in a timely fashion. The community assistants that work in the office are friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered all questions that I had about the lease on the spot so it made me excited to sign with them instead of having buyers remorse after I was locked into the contract. I stayed there for 4 years and was very satisfied. I have recommended many of my classmates to move into this apartment complex and they were all happy with my referral. Sign up today.

The staff in the leasing office are very welcoming and helpful. Anytime there s an issue they are quick with helping.

When I first moved into the apartments I noticed that their were many improvements that needed to be made. Now they have made new improvements and I must say I am very impressed.

I believe the people that work at the office are very nice and try their absolute best to help you with any problem or situation. The internet is very strong and works fast way faster than the schools WiFi. The office also has computers that you can use for just about anything with updated software. The maintenance crew takes weeks to come out to you and fix an issue but they are also very nice people. The appliances within the apartment are brand new and heavy duty appliances.

Overall, Carrollton Crossing has been super convenient, given the walking distance from campus and its close location to the Carrollton town square. Unfortunately, I am outgrowing the area of Carrollton. I've lived at these apartments for almost 2 years now and my time here has been well spent.

The staff and service is very top notch. I don't experience too many problems here but when i do, I can always count on the staff to help me out!

Carrollton crossing has been a great place to live and it s affordable! We did have some problems when we first moved in but the way they handled it made it totally okay! The customer service and response times are unbeatable. I have loved living here and they have made it so that wherever I live next has some high standards to live up to!

Carrollton Crossing's office staff and events stand out the most. They have the best events with FREE FOOD and it actually feels like a community. You can actually tell the staff really cares about you, and for the price and location I'm not sure you can get much better. It's Walking distance to class as well as all the places to eat on Maple street, I'm not sure why you wouldn't live here, especially if you're just moving off campus this place has everything you need.

My visit to Carrollton Crossing was very pleasant. It was a nice place to visit and seems to be a great place to live. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends alike.

The staff are very nice, but the handymen can take eons to get a hold of. The rooms also have little to no means of airflow, and can get very, very hot, very, very fast. The wifi/internet is definitely the strongest out of any of the other apartment complexes I visited, though, so that s a plus.

I took A tour of Carrollton Crossing not too long ago. Curry Was an excellent tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the property. He s pretty funny as well .

I've lived here for almost a year and so far I've really enjoyed it. Sometimes it can be a little noisy at night on the weekends, but I've learned to sleep through it. The free high speed internet is not the best, but I've opted to get my own Charter service. I live on the top floor and have only seen one or two bugs in the entire time I've lived here. Maintenance responds quickly to every request. Every interaction I've had with the front office has been well mannered and pleasant. The only reason I've rated it very good instead of excellent is because the bedrooms are somewhat small and it is very easy to go over your utilities allowance. The living room and kitchen are an adequate size, however. Each bedroom comes with a desk, bed, dresser, and bathroom. Having separate bathrooms is a great thing, especially if your roommates can be somewhat sloppy.

Maintenance was top tier by Larry Warren, very professional and got the job done.

I ve lived here for three years and I absolutely love this apartment complex! The staff has always been so helpful and kind. Any concerns or maintenance requests are never ignored. They re always taking care of their residents with urgency and care. The best apartment complex I ve lived in, since I ve come to UWG!

They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home. I have lived here for three years and I have not regretted it. Really close to school as well, so you don't have to drive and worry about parking.

This is the best place to live. They always have events that give you free food, the rent is very affordable and it is within walking distance of campus and many restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and helpful when it comes to resolving issues and things of that nature.

This property is very bad! I am a resident here but I will not use my real name. Regardless, there are spider webs and bugs everywhere on the stairwells that someone needs to clear up. It makes the place look really tacky. The residents put their trash any and everywhere. Management needs to start giving out fines for trash. Residents will host parties in their apartments and by the fire pit which are very loud and prompt police to shut down the activity. Also, there are people in the leasing office who do not wear masks every day at all times which is why there was an outbreak in the office. There is poor communication between residents and management and total unprofessionalism! I highly do not recommend this propery to anyone!

Carrollton Crossing is a phenomenal place to stay I took a tour and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to my friends and I staying here in the near future

Affordable off campus student living in Carrollton, GA. Newly renovated apartments and leasing office. Not to mention great staff like James. ^-^

All of the LPs are great, especially Zee. She is super sweet and always available to help with any and everything I may need. She has definitely made my time here easier and stress free.

The clubhouse is amazing. It is decorated to make the residents feel at home. The staff is also very nice.

This complex is amazing. I ve lived here for two years and they literally know all of their residents by name. They make you feel at home and they have amazing FREE events! I would definitely recommend.

Great staff, they are responsive and take time to know the residents. Issues we've had were addressed quickly, and everyone is friendly and cares about the community they've built here. Units are good for the price and come fully furnished, perfect place if you're trying to get out of the dorms.

First off, I do not even live here, but I wanna do my part and try and keep anyone else from living here. If you have an emotional support animal of any kind, it's best to not even try. Is it illegal to keep someone from having their emotional support animal? Sure, but that doesn't seem to matter to these people. They try and do everything in their power to keep you from having an animal, and you apparently get harassed by the maintenance people even if you do get the animal approved because they are so TERRIBLY informed about what goes on with their residents.
Also, if you wanna have a guest over for a few days and all of your roommates are cool with it, it's best to just not try. Apparently, they aren't allowed to be here alone even though you kinda pay to live here and should be in control of someone you trust staying in your room while you're not there.
The toilet in this room had the most disgusting tank that I have ever seen, and it has broken multiple times. On top of that, there is no source of internet in this apartment except for the network that is available to everyone that lives here. Therefore, it really starts to get congested and slow during the night time hours, and they do not have anyone in their office that can help you with getting internet inside of your apartment. What they do is give you a cable box that has a LAN port in the back that is completely useless and claim that that is what is supposed to give you internet.
Long story short, this place is pretty terrible, and I would never choose this apartment complex over some of the other ones that are here.

Just moved in the other day with my friends and I love it! The apartment is very spacious and nice!

The closness to campus is amazing and the LPs and Managment gives us a very family oriented feel. I feel very comfortable living here.

The staff and the people here are nice but maintenance takes too long to respond to requests. My toilet wasn t working, when I called the front desk they told me I d have to try and see if I could fix it myself. 3 days after initially placing a request, investing in a plunge, and fixing the problem myself, maintenance showed up. On another occasion the A/C in my unit wasn t working so we waited 2+ days for it to be fixed

I currently live at Carrollton Crossing Apartments. I must say that I am very satisfied with all aspects of living here. Management is awesome and all employees are very kind and helpful. Whenever there is a problem they are happy to help out! I highly recommend this as a wonderful place to live!
