Always received excellent customer service from MITS whether in person or online, the best service on the whole campus. They resolve password issues very quickly, are almost always available online, and can install antivirus software and Microsoft Office suite free of charge for its students.

They really try their best to be helpful and can sometimes do minor repairs on your computer, however they are really good at just helping to resolve connectivity problems to SASS and changing the passwords. Moreover they can install the (legal) version of the office suite for you if you're unable to do it yourself.

Ps the WiFi is really great here.
