The staff and the people here are nice but maintenance takes too long to respond to requests. My toilet wasn t working, when I called the front desk they told me I d have to try and see if I could fix it myself. 3 days after initially placing a request, investing in a plunge, and fixing the problem myself, maintenance showed up. On another occasion the A/C in my unit wasn t working so we waited 2+ days for it to be fixed
