Inexpensive place to be, Good for college students who want to live off campus! With a couple friends all in an apt, it could be a very fun experience. Staff communicates very well on calls and email updates as well. Your Own space and not having to share a bathroom is ideal for any body especially any college student.

CC Is the best place to live. When i had any type of questions about my apartment that where concerning me the staff helped me figure it all out. Especially, Zarriyah she was very nice and had the answers to all my questions.
I like it here it's pretty good for under $500 from what I've seen in other apartments. When classes are in its low-medium noise outside much quieter than other apartments. The bonfire they have outside does have the occasional small gathering other residents use it's fun.
Since your close to the off-campus strip (dominoes, Sammy's, waffle house) food is only a 3 minute walk away, however, there will be small house guest crawling around. But some ortho home defense keeps them away pretty good. Thick walls so you don't hear your neighbors. The office has small events sometimes (free stuff)
Maintenance & the front office communicates with you pretty well, their handling Covid pretty good. Living here is safe too, local & campus police are often passing through to get to the strip but they are usually cool
It is such a beautiful and comfortable environment to reside. Great WiFi connection. Great working staff and a new social event every week. I' m happy to be a resident at Carrollton Crossing
Carrollton Crossing is a GREAT place to live. You can walk to campus and save yourself the struggle of finding a parking spot. The staffs are friendly and assit you when you need help. I love the events they host for the residence!!!! Overall, great place to live and save money!!!!
I recently moved into Carrollton Crossing in November. It has been a good experience so far. I moved here because I heard good things about the apartment and Carrollton Crossing has definitely lived up to my expectations! The Management is great and very professional. Great place! Internet is a little iffy sometimes, but they always take care of anything you need. The kitchen are nice and the office has free coffee and free printing so that's pretty nice.
This place is borderline unlivable. There are constantly roaches everywhere in the apartment and there is literally mold everywhere. We had a shelf fall out of our pantry wall because mold had grown half way up the pantry. I've had to throw away clothes because of mold in my closet, put towels down because of water leaking in the back door when it rains, and had to move everyone's food to storage bins because the pantry burns your lungs when you open the door. The staff is nice and does the best they can with the resources they are given, but whatever "corporate" entity exists above them needs to give them more because these units are falling apart.

I've had so many problems in regards to rent here, it's ridiculous. I rather pay more and stay somewhere else, then get continuously lied to.

This establishment is by far one of the best in Carrollton. It is great for students who are transitioning to adulthood and the managers are always super friendly and interacting with the residents. It genuinely feels like a family
When I first went on tour for Carrollton Crossing, I knew this is where i wanted to stay. It immediately felt like home! I felt comfortable and secure right off the rip. I've been staying here for two years now and I just renewed my least for my last year(attending school). The management team along with maintenance are very cool people, helpful, and good spirited. Just like anywhere you stay there will be issues but they ALL put their best for forward to help you. The longer you stay, the more you get you know everyone in the office and build friendly relationships. Did I fail to mention they give out free food, have events and social meetings?! Well they do, almost every week. There is always a prize to win probably because they see us as a prize they don't want to lose. I love how everything is around our apartments. We basically have our own gas station , with two other surrounding gas stations and places to eat that are in WALKING distance AND the school is right across the street (again walking distance). If you are looking for a place to stay at a reasonable price, Carrollton Crossings is the place to be.
The apartment complex is clean and so convenient to the school and other places in town. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. Great Location and Great Staff! I would recommend to anyone!

I love living here. The CA's are great especially Nyisha. Its really close to campus, all inclusive. They have so many events that feed the residents. I'm glad I moved off campus. Maintance is really quick even though i'm still waiting on my Tv in the common area.

The first time I called the rep assured me that everything was taken care of. But I keep receiving emails about it. So I called them back five times within two months with the same response that someone will call me back, I also sent emails with no response.

Carrollton Crossing has been extremely helpful during COVID-19 by allowing me to set up a payment plan without late fees for rent. The payment plan kept me on track with my rent payment.

I have lived here for a few years now and it has not been a terrible journey at all! This apartment complex is a little older so I give it leeway to some of the issues I have had such as plumbing and beaten down items. The staff is always friendly and assist you everything the best they can; they also connect with residents through social media which has been important in these COVID times. I do wish the cap on electricity was a little more especially with not having a full apartment but I appreciate what is covered. For the price, location, and staff, I say this is one of the best complexes in Carrollton that is considered student living.

I have lived here for 3 years, and have already renewed for my 4th! The staff has made me feel at home since I first transferred to UWG three years ago. I have only been disappointed a couple of times in certain personal situations, but management has been sincere in their apologies. For the price and location, you truly can't beat it! I have to say Ms. Faith (property manager) is the best. Her customer service is just outstanding. She responded to all of my concerns within a timely manner with clear and concise information and/or instruction. I really respect her for it too.
Management is nice, helpful, and they do their jobs well. Maintenance is top tier! When there is an issue it is usually resolved quickly. The clubhouse offers a lot which actually comes in handy. Coffee, printing, gym etc. Very close to campus. Overall very satisfied!

This complex treats the tenets ok. I had bees in my room from June till October they never did anything about it until it started getting cold. I was stung three times and they didn't care.

I love living here! Your room is fully furnished so there's no need to worry about heavy lifting when moving in. The staff is super friendly. Everyone in the front office will know your name and that makes a big difference when you live in a new community. I also love the events! You will never be bored and makes getting to know your neighbors easy.

Overall, pretty good. Very convenient as a student at West Georgia. Often times I feel maintenance doesn t do its job very well since we put in work orders and very little of our problems are fixed.

I don't understand what they're finding to charge. They've pulled charges of $60/room in my unit since November. $240 in overages??? We aren't even there enough to get $10/room overages but CC -I'm sorry, GA Power is pulling these charges out of their butts

Excellent property. I have been a resident here for about 3 years and I do not have many complaints. Great place to live as a college student and there are events and free food in their clubhouse each day. There is a firepit, fitness center, and free printing.
