Oh yeah! One of my favorite places in the whole town. Not only are you in a waterfront setting right by the cruise ship terminal, but it's super casual, affordable dining, that just so happens to be from one of the premier chefs in San Diego. I suggest the pork belly appetizer if your looking for a quick bite, any of the sandwiches (triple threat ftw) for a meal, and if you want to share something, the carnitas queso fries are bomb. Ask for the pickled Serrano peppers. They're the perfect bit of sweet heat on anything they serve.

Lack of 5th star because of awkward ordering process. They now have table service (rather than order in line and hope to find a table) which may get them their last star next visit.

A great place to go and have a drink by the harbor. The times we have gone on Saturday's lunch time they have live music which is always a blast! We usually have lunch and a drink there then walk to the end of the harbor. It's a great day!

A bomb carnitas torta...great toasted bolillo, carnitas seasoned very tastefully and the guac...yum! My hubbys burger was gone before I noticed! Must've been good!

Generous portions, especially the carnitas tacos. Tasty, moist, and a good value. Also a really nice bartender who customized one of the standard drinks without skipping a beat.

Cant say enough good things about this place. Love their burger, and if u come during SD burger week, burger, fries and drink for $10! Awesome. Also my personal favorite here is the pork belly app, its amazing, melt in your mouth yummy goodness. Will definitely be back again soon :-)

Great views and prices. The food is creative and tastes great. Actually has very decent prices for its location.

Got stale french fries but they were immediately replaced by fresh ones when we brought it up. They have live music occasionally and it's nice to sit by the water.

Great hamburgers and the triple threat is awesome. 3 kinds of pork on one sandwich.

Food isnt very good. Both of our burgers were burnt. My burger had carnitas on it which gave it an odd, sweet taste. Service was slow (even though you order at a counter and they bring it to you).

The food was good. A little overpriced. The fish tacos had way too much cabbage.

Wasn't a fan. I ordered the chicken sandwich, which actually looked pretty good when received (two chicken breast; breaded and fried). Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the looks.. The meat was not seasoned at all, and the sandwich came with almost nothing on it (dry; no sauces). I didn't finish it...

... I tried the carnitas taco, which was also surprisingly big. However, I found this one overly salty (waaaay overly salty) and it flavors just didn't work. There's not a lot of food there, so if in a jam, I might try them again, but 0 - 2 in my book.

Have loved Snack Shack since their first spot in North Park. They are amazing. I do not eat meat anymore, but their carnitas has always been delicious. Family and friends love the steak sandwich, pork belly appetizer and burger. I like their beet terrine when it's available, and the soft pretzel is massive with great mustard. This Embarcadero location is amazing though, right on Broadway Pier. Great food, great location, friendly staff, and quality beers. They nailed it.

This place is super cool. You can choose to dine or drink. Hard to beat the surroundings. Drinks could be better, but hard to complain.

I work in the area and this is easily my favorite lunch spot in terms of price vs quality. I ve tried pretty much everything on the menu. Drinks aren t cheap but I don t typically get drinks during lunch anyway. Food is great though!

This was my first stop after landing from Seattle and it hit the spot! I had their bloody Mary, which is better than most because of the green chili vodka, and also the delicious breakfast quesadilla.

It was the best Margarita as well the Carnitas taco. Great view

I have to say the steak sandwich and crispy chicken were very tasty and above par. The only negative is they came with no sides whatsoever and for the price I would expect at least a pickle.

Was some great food with a cool view of all the cruise ships.

Our server was pleasant. I liked her. The fish taco was cold and dry. The shredded pork taco also cold. It was more like a sloppy joe in a flimsy corn tortilla.

As a favourite restaurant the service was, as always, welcoming, relaxed and the food exquisite. Fine dining at its best.

The carnitas taco is great. Really like the embarcadero location as it is outdoor by the water. Good place for a quick beer and food.

Drinks are okay. Only outdoor seating. Fun and friendly staff. Didn't try the food.

Still good overall, but no steak sandwiches or PORKBELLY!!! Lost a star on that one, but still a loyal customer. Burger and breakfast burrito was good

This place has great food and quick service. Located right on the boardwalk and adjacent to Broadway Pier and the downtown area, this is a very good place for grabbing something to eat when visiting on of the attractions on San Diego Bay. I highly recommend this place and any of the offerings on the menu.

The food is spectacular. The building is right at the Pier, where the cruise ships are. So once you park, take the liberty to walk.

Full bar. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The DJ and sax player combo on the weekend nights is a great touch.

Good food, their NP location is better. Food was good, but it's the location that makes this place special. Prices are fair although drinks are on the highend. Recommend the triple threat.

The food is a bit pricey but I guess you're paying for location too.

Ordered delivery. Showed up absolutely ice cold and looked a complete mess. Hamburger was soaked in grease. Fries had become mushy, cold, cardboard. Very disappointed. Didn t eat a single thing from the order.

Quick service. Love the fries. Wasn't too impressed with the fish tacos.

Not a place for vegans. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Nice happy hour as well.

Touristy spot... Charging a pretty penny for food that one could get at their local taco shop. We did not enjoy the craft rootbeer. Must be an acquired taste

Awesome totally outdoor bar / eatery ... SD has the weather.....in the middle of the tourist zone...live music, people watching....great vibe....so much to see and do on around the marina and embarcadero....go!
