The Carman Ford salesman Jai and Dan were terrific. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the leasing process.. Both were very kind and patient with me as I went from one decision to another they understood the reasoning behind each change and were very supportive along the way.
Jai has a super personality and made me feel very comfortable and both he and Dan were the ultimate professionals.
Jai was very knowledgeable of every aspect of this sale and seemed to know every little detail to bring to my attention as I was contemplating my decision.
Their kindness and patience made my experience at Carman Ford very pleasant. I love my new car and feel my purchase is one of quality and value thanks to Jai and Dan and also thanks to Bob who compiled and processed all the paperwork as we chatted and reminisced about our memories of days gone by in Old Wilmington. First time buying a car and Dan Shine made it a very easy, painless transaction. Taught me how to use all the high tech gadgets in the car and made sure I was comfortable with my new car before driving off the lot. I would suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. This is definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Frank and Dan are kind, friendly, helpful and transparent. After they quoted me, I independently validated the quote with a close friend of mine, who is also a car dealer in NJ. My friend advised me that I couldn't have gotten a better deal from a dealer and confirmed what I already felt: Frank and Dan were very honest with me so I went back and just closed the deal.
My wife and I really love our new 2015 Lincoln MKC and we are very pleased with paying almost as much as we were for our former car, a 2012 Toyota Camry:). Carman Ford Lincoln definitely deserves its FIVE STARS rating!!!!

Customer Service was excellent. Every person we came in contact with remembered our name. They answered all of our questions honestly. We had spent months looking at different cars at different dealers. Even went back to 2 Chevrolet dealers since we were trading in a Tahoe and our 2 cars before that were bought from them. They had nothing on Carman. From the customer service to the incentives they worked with us to ensure that we got the car that we wanted at the right price. We love our new Nautilus!

Always readily available to help, and Christina kept in touch and followed up with all my needs.

A quick shout out to Greg & Erwin for working with me to get me in the driver seat and out the door with my new (to me) 2017 F-250. To those that read this review, I can honestly say that I personally recommend that you contact, Greg Carraway-Futch, if you re in the market for a new or used car or truck. Very easy to talk with and he quickly responded to all my emails. In less than 24-hours, I found the F-250 online, sent an email to the dealership to see if it was still available. Received an invitation from Greg to test drive the truck, negotiated the price via email with Greg, drove 2-hours in the pouring rain to set my eyes on the vehicle, took a test drive, processed all the paper work, and drove the truck home within 3-hours after having arrived at the dealership. Folks, it just doesn t get much easier than that so go visit Carman Ford Lincoln and let Greg put you in the driver seat of your new or used vehicle. Another shout out to Erwin Lee for making the necessary evil paper work job so easy that I thought I was sitting with an old friend that I had known for years. Buying a car is a lot like buying a house. You sign your name a million times before they give you the keys, but Erwin and I shared a lot of laughs during the paper work process and that made the time go by quickly. Oh, I don t work for Carman Ford Lincoln and I m not in the business of selling new or used vehicles. This review is real....5-stars!

LOVE this dealership, Dan and his team are AMAZING!! Vince was our sales consultant and he was honest, extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles they have, and easy to talk to. My husband and I were made to feel like family, Dan even got us coffee!!!! Bob the finance guy was so funny and a joy! We love our Explorer and will return here for all of our cars from now on!

I bought my Jeep Commander at Carman over a year ago and its been the best purchase of my life. A combination of exceptional service from the sales team (Scott Henning) as well as a beautiful detail and tune up from the service department before i slid off the lot made for a top notch experience.

So I purchased a 2016 Lincoln Navigator about 3 months ago, I started to notice different things about this vehicle for instance the paint job is two toned meaning the front end is one color and the back end is another, also there was water More

He personally drove and dropped off my new car to my work place after needing to be checked out in service for a half day, so that I wasn't inconvenienced. He also took my calls on his personal cell phone for weeks after the sale to answer trivial questions about my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they should be lucky to have such a stunning sales associate. He is truly willing to put the customer first ahead of anything else.

I purchased a 2012 GMC Arcadia in the summer months. Nice ride, good customer service. I now have a problem with Traction Control system that is causing my engine light to appear. I called the service department and was told to take it to a GMC dealer.I Was told they did not have a proper diagnostic machine to find the problem with my car. They would not even look at my car. What kind of car dealership sells cars and the service department will not service. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchased a car from Carman Ford again. The service department lacks professionalism and customer courtesy.

Salesman Chris B was great, he made sure our needs were met. Service was great and friendly. NO HIGH PRESSURE. I will recommend Carman to everyone I know.

Had a good experience with Scott. Was very knowledgeable about the Lincoln MKX that we bought. We were set to look at several other cars that day...but Scott presented his product well...was low key and low pressure. We had a car to trade and I believe we got a reasonable value. Overall our experience was good and I would certainly recommend Scott to friends and family.

Took my car in for a recall & asked them to look at the trim with my keyless entry & passenger door as they re coming off my 2016 Ford Explorer. Mind you a brought a bumper to bumper warranty 100,000 miles. First, they tell me it s not covered under the warranty, even though when I brought the car, I was told everything would be covered except the actual key. I go to pick up my car and there s a $75 diagnostic fee . This was NEVER communicated to me. I called to schedule the apt for the recall and they never said there would be fee for them to look at the trim nor did they tell me when they called to tell me my warranty wouldn t cover it. My family members have purchased cars from there and taken their cars to the service dept with nothing but issues as well! I do not recommend Carmen ford!

Bought a 17 ford edge at 22k miles needed transmission told service after 3 times finally got it resolved now the same issue has shown up and due to the fact that I'm a previous employee and gave a bad review they refuse to fix my vehicle

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Charlie Smith, my sales guy, made it a great experience. He listened to what I asked for and picked a car that met my car expectations and financial expectations. If you can purchase from Charlie, you won't be disappointed.

Dan Miller was also a great person to work with. He did the financing, and it's typically a horrible experience to go into the financing room of a car dealership; you're in there forever and they try to sell you everything you don't want. Not Dan, he knew what I needed and everything was explained before I went into financing. Took 10 minutes, tops, to sign the paperwork.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. You won't be disappointed if you purchase from Carman.

Scott Henning made finding a car easy. I told him my price range and what I was looking for and he helped me find a great affordable Ford Focus.

My salesman was ok.. The service isn't too good... I brought a car 2 1/2 weeks ago and the check engine light is on already... And it's a 2015... My car is at the service center AGAIN due to the part wasn't available. I have a appointment tomorrow and I can't make it because my car isn't ready today as I was told it would be ready yesterday. I'm so disappointed because I was told it was a CERTIFIED INSPECTED VEHICLE (NOT) I'm stuck with NO RIDE TO GET a car until mines is done. The shuttle isn't available. I can't do nothing..07/03/2019 IN THE SHOP AGAIN.. FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. AND MORE PROBLEMS. THIS CAR HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE FOR REAL

Never told us about the issue with the 2014 ford focus transmission. I am stuck with a car that could seize up anytime and they don't even have a fix for it. The staff are rude when trying to book an oil change. Never leasing from here again

He appears to care whether or not I am pleased with my purchase. Everyone - the Sales Manager - Frank Azan, and the Finance Manager, as well, have all treated me with respect.
