When I first walked in they didn t think they could help me as it was a 3 day wait for service, which we d like to have a huge thank you and shout out to Brent W who took my concerns very seriously I can t thank him enough, we are currently from out of town and our AC stopped working and we have a special needs baby who can t get to hot for a risk of having a seizure. Brent was exceptional not to mention he helped with a loaner & got our car fixed in 24 hours which was amazing! It s a great place friendly service and exceptional all around. If I have any more issues while I m in Orlando I will not hesitate to call Brent again.

I advise EVERYBODY reading this to stay away from this dealership. I am specially referring to the service department. Last month I brought my corvette grand sport there because I heard some odd noises coming from my brakes. I made an appointment online and when I went in for the appointment I was told they were booked and had to reschedule. I said ok fine let s rechedule then. Upon arriving to my 2nd appointment the service advisor who helped me was Tony Little. He seemed nice at first and within the hour the tech who looked at my car approached me to tell me the noise from my brakes was normal. I said ok cool but he went on to give me a list of things he felt were not normal. I bought the corvette certified preowned 2 months ago so at first I was glad he checked everything and listed me things that supposedly needed attention. Everything was going to be covered by warranty so I figured why not knock it out from now to be safe. Well this is where the nightmare starts. After sitting in the waiting area, Tony tells me I ll need a rental because it will take 2 days. At first I was surprised it was going to take 2 days for a few hours worth of labor. However I didn t have a choice because I need a car to commute. 2 days later and zero communication from Tony or anybody, I called in and was told by Tony it ll be another day or two. I then called 2 days later (now 4 days total) and cant get ahold of Tony. Apparently he was on lunch but they left him a message to call me back when he returned. Well no call back from Tony. So I call myself yet again and apparently now he s busy outside. They leave another note for him to call me back tho. Time passes on by and I get no call from Tony. Now they re closed at this point. Next morning I call and finally get ahold of Tony Little, he then proceeds to tell me it ll be 2 more days. At this point I m very upset because not only was his communication extremely poor but he s been lying to me about the status of my car. Now weeks pass by and I am fed up with the lies and horrible communication with my so called service advisor that I go in person and ask to speak to the service manager instead. His name is Jimmy Wilson and he left to speak to the tech working on my car to see what was going on. Apparently he was backed up because of another car he was working on. My thing is why has my car just been sitting there then? Why not just call me to drop it off when he d be ready to work on it? Seems all too logical right? The day after this I got my first ever call from Tony but only for him to say yup it s gonna be 2 more days . He showed zero interest in helping me out and didn t care at all about the situation. Not even a single sorry in his choice of words. 10 days now pass and my car becomes ready for pickup. I pick it up only to now notice my brake rotors are in horrifying condition and my corvette drivers side door sill is heavily scratched up. At this point I go on to email Jimmy the manager directly because I didn t want to even deal with liar Tony anymore. After a couple hours he calls me to tell me the brakes will only look bad for a few hundred miles and it ll go away, that it s normal when rotors are resurfaced, he also gave me a set of door sills as a courtesy for the uncaring employees from scratching them up getting in and out of the vehicle. I go about my day and also notice now a very audible whining sound coming from the engine bay area. Nothing I ever heard before and after doing some research online it appeared to be from the belt tensioner. Now I m confused how this would suddenly fail on a practically new corvette from one day to another, coincidentally the day after finally picking up my car from Carl black. At this point I m furious. I email Jimmy again. Got no response so I called his cell. No response. So I call his cell again and leave a voicemail. Now over 3 weeks later I ve yet to ever hear anything from Jimmy. He went MIA. I ve now driven almost 1k miles and my rotors still look awful too. Maybe the better business borough can help me since Carl Black is MIA now

I recently traded in my Silverado and purchased a 2015 chevy silverado taking advantage of the year end rebates. I dread the process of buying a new vehicle even without trading one in. My sales rep Angel was very easy to deal with as he wanted to discuss my needs rather than a high pressure " Good cop bad cop" sales situation that most dealers use.
I had a very tight budget and was able to get a better model than I would have at the 2 previous dealers I had visited. The sales manager was very helpful as well and everyone was polite and NO BS at Carl Black. Not like the other dealers.
The staff had several members that served in the Military and I am always a fan of people who are willing to protect my freedom. So for me it was a great experience and I buy a new vehicle every 4 yrs. I also love trucks and they had a lot more inventory the other dealers I went too. Terry Tyson was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Throughout the entire process he never stopped fighting for what I wanted. I was treated with respect, and I felt like he had my family and my best interest in mind at all times. I went into the situation asking for the impossible on my trade and on the new truck and I was set on a price. Terry understood what I wanted and went to work for me non stop until I go the deal I wanted. If you need a vehicle stop by and ask for Terry he will do everything possible to get you where you want to be.
The manager Bryan was also a huge help and went to bat for me with Terry in order to make the impossible happen. They were willing to lose a little bit of money in order to keep a promise they made to me at the beginning of the deal.

I went in looking for a new car with a few ideas in mind and he was very friendly and knowledgeable to help me find just what I was looking for. The entire staff is friendly, and made the car shopping process fun and smooth by answering any questions or concerns I had. William worked to find all the extra features I was looking for on my car. Overall, they offer a wide selection of vehicles and are knowledgeable about what they have to offer. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
Sales guy.....Jeff (pre-owned vehicles) is very good and knowledgeable. Everything else was AWFUL!!!!!!!! The process is ridiculously SLOW. Add-on fees are not acceptable and are over-the-top. Had an appointment to negotiate and close a deal, only to wait for 2.5 hours until being called back. Constantly told, "Your next. Be right with you, etc.". Definitely would not recommend. Jeff was the ONLY positive.

Had a scheduled appointment for a recall on a commercial vehicle that is used for business and it wasn t honored. I show up on time and had to wait 5 minutes just to talk to a service advisor. After being told by the girl who set up my appointment that the repair would take 20-40 minutes, the advisor tells me it would take about 2 hours and the mechanic was not available yet. So why would they schedule an appointment if the mechanic was not going to be available at the time of the appointment???
Because of the 20-40 minute time that I was told, I planned to take it there and wait and have the truck back to the business in time for scheduled work. Scheduled because of what I was told. But instead I wasted 1 HR round trip and my gas on a 18 ft box truck. On top of that, the service advisor Alex was rude and acted like he wasn t concerned about my wasted time. Never again. I would not recommend.

Don t recommend taking your car to get serviced here. We made an appointment to fix the antenna on our Tahoe. Our car wasn t looked at until the following morning, so it just sat there for a full day. We also couldn t be given a loaner because they were out. Worst service. Choose another Chevy dealer in Orlando
We had an awful experience at this place. I had called in advance and got a quote. Once I got there, they would make us wait for 1 hour to then asked us a much higher price than offered online. The guy who showed us the car was very friendly and helpful, but it seems he was asked to use the usual tactics they still try at the worse dealers. I was ready to buy a Buick but this experience totally ruined it. We ended up buying another brand.
Ok here it is, I'm a former BMW owner. With multiple problems with this car I went on the internet hunting under reviews for dealership's. My choice according to the reviews was Carl Black Orlando. I pulled into the parking lot expecting the worse as in hungry sales people. Immediately Matt Miller approached me and I'm thinking here we go..... Story short I got what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Matt is very impressive and his knowledge of this vehicle was way beyond expected. When you're buying the car it's stated that if any factory warranty issue comes up, they'll give you a loaner while your car is being fixed, in reality they never have a loaner available for you, those are always fully booked.

My boyfriend & I bought a Camaro at Carl Black a few years ago, we had car trouble tonight. I called my salesman, Josh Neville, and he was there within 15 minutes and fixed the problem within 20. I would highly reccomend this place, ALL the staff is amazing and super friendly.
Let me start by saying that I've never had an issue with this dealership until this time. I am highly disappointed with the service department as well as how I was treated as a customer. Owner reached out and asked me to contact Omar the GM to discuss my concerns. I called twice and left a message for Omar and have yet to hear back from him.
Very disappointed with Carl Black dealership. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to be helped while waiting outside, advisors were comparing stomachs. I was charged a shop fee even though I provided my own key fob (was charged $35.00 to cut the key plus a $9.75 shop fee). Every time I go there for service my car comes out dirtier than it went in. I should have said something to them but I was thoroughly disappointed and I left and washed my own car. I also went for an oil change and specifically asked for Mobil One but was given a different oil that "met the standard". I will not be going back to Carl Black dealership for service again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who asks me about them. Sorry for the bad review but you earned it.
Always gets good service here. Prices are a little high but in line with what you'd find at a dealership mechanic.

I came in for an oil change and was recommended for a tranmission oil change. The car came out of the shop and started making noises; brought it back in, couple days later got a call and they said the transmission is broken and need replace...total came out almost $4.5k

Leo Willis (aka "the Aussie") is the salesperson I had been looking for since moving to Florida. As someone who grew up in The Motor City and loves cars, I need to work with a salesperson that knows the products, understands the priorities I have in a vehicle and is willing to advocate with the dealer on my behalf. Leo does all those things with ease, even when a GM recall disrupted our sale, he stayed in constant contact keeping me updated on the status of the repair parts and readiness of the vehicle. We did the majority of the work via phone and text, and on the day I came in to close the sale on the vehicle he had everything prepared and waiting, he filled out paperwork other dealers made me fill out and he made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. He is the first dealer salesperson to earn my repeat business in Florida and I look forward to working with him again.

Got new brakes on my truck here. Had to come back because my brake fluid was leaking 500 miles later. They told me it would be $400 to fix that problem. They quoted me $750 to replace my radiator also. I went to Caldron and got my radiator replaced for $500 and the fixed my brake leak for no charge.

We are the proud owners of a 2015 Chevrolet Spark and a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. The journey to finding these cars was no easy feet. We searched the web tirelessly for weeks and went to several dealerships. Each one had their downfalls, rude sales representatives, outrageous pricing, and ambiguous car histories were a few of the turnoffs. For years we had heard about Carl Black, due to my attendance at UCF. They sponsor many events and even helped expand the football stadium. From day one they treated my family with respect. I went in, alone, and was greeted by Ishmael Saddler and Joseph Mojica. They didn't attempt to haggle or trick me because of my age. Joseph took me on a test drive and Ishmael talked honest pricing with me. When my parents and I went to the dealership, the same curtosey and respect was given to us as we discussed financing options and warranties. We are very involved customers, wanting to know where every penny of our money is going, Joseph and Ishmael answered every question thoroughly. Once all the numbers were solid, we headed to financing with Kamou Wilson. His patience was incredible, allowing us to read all of our paperwork and comprehend the transaction.
Unfortunately we had a problem the first day with our brand new Cruze, a check engine light came on. Right away we contacted Joseph and he told us to head on back. There, we spoke with Ishmael and he exchanged our car with the exact same one, minus the check engine light. All of this was done free of charge and with a smile on their faces.

I found the Acadia I wanted and got an appointment set up. The sales man Leo was waiting out front and got me settled. Since I knew the exact vehicle I wanted there wasnt any need to go over what I was looking for and matching up. Instead we started right in and he asked me financial questions and gave me pretty darn accurate estimates on a monthly payment. We bith understood that miracles would had to have happened in order for me to drive out with the new Acadia. I was very upside down on my previous vehicle. Once we test drove the car and sat back down he came back with the numbers. And they were overwhelming too high. And he understood that there wasnt a chance we could come together in this vehicle. He offered a trim level down which came in 8k less and would get us significantly closer to the numbers I wanted. I reluctantly said yes and we went and drove that one. It felt very similar only lost a few things here and there but for 8k less I honestly thought I was getting a steal. Never once did he pull that "well we are just talking about 1 bottle of water a day" or "just cut out that morning coffee 3 times a week". I hate when salesmen try and relate it to you losing out some daily convenience just to get you into the car. He avoided anything like that and we remained focused on the 3 numbers in front of us. The manager John came over and asked for a written promise if he met certian conditions in the deal. He came back and had met 2/3 of them. The one being the monthly payment but we were only $15 off. So i signed and here we are! Great experience all around, never felt pressured into signing something I would regret. Will be coming back here in a few months or years with the wife sonshe can buy a new car too :)

A young woman entered this business by herself because she was lured in over the phone with promises of trading in her car for the same rate she pays currently. Immediately they asked for her keys to which she agreed. After the first hour it was clear the salesman Josh had no plans of meeting the price that was originally agreed upon. When she stated that she was no longer interested and wanted to leave they withheld her keys from her for THREE more hours, in an attempt to convince her to sign a contract. Every request she made for her keys to be returned was met by yet another swift exit by Josh followed by a 20-30 Minute wait. Followed by a firm charge to convince her to sign her name on the dotted line once more. She felt Cornered, Intimidated, and trapped. Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC; your staff and the way it provides its services is DEPLORABLE. This woman was my wife and if I was able to accompany her there this situation would have gone much differently. This place represents every terrible stereotype that is associated with car dealerships. If you are reading this, take your business else-where.

Never have I ever dealt with anything like this at a dealership. Was referred by a friend to go try out Carl Black, even though it was a lengthy drive, I was taking a friends word. After going back and forth for awhile I ended up speaking with the sales manager directly a few times. And finally we came to an agreement. The sales manager then tapped the salesman on the shoulder and told him to go get the vehicle ready, then walked inside, I would assume to get paperwork going on the deal. Then the manager comes back outside maybe 30 seconds later and says no we can t do that and said it had to be $100+ more a month and waved off the salesman who was almost pulling the vehicle into the shop to be detailed. Unbelievable. Never even heard of something g like this happening, never mind experiencing it. Absolute waste of a whole day. Buyer beware.
The entire presentation and experience I had while hesitantly stepping into Carl Black Chevrolet was hands down by far my best car buying experience yet! It was a rainy day and while running into the dealer with my toddler I was so respectfully greeted by Dwight Mccombs Let s get you guys in here out of the rain, Can I get you something to drink? Let me tell you that his welcoming gesture alone made me wanna sit down to listen to whatever he might have to offer! I literally told myself I was just gonna look and I really had no intention of purchasing anything at all! However, I test drove the Traverse and was convinced my family needed it! Dwight made the whole process friendly, understanding, I felt like he really listened to my needs and even put himself in my shoes to help tailor this purchase just right for me! I couldn t say no! I left my car for service. It took more than a month to fix it. In top of that, they charge me more than it was told at the beginning
Carl Black is my family and my go to place for the repairs to our GM/Chevy vehicles. Brian Moon in their service dept always treats us like family. I highly recommend him for all your service needs.
Horrible customer service through the service department. They promised to get back in 1-2 business days on an issue. I had to call multiple times days later to get an answer. Service director Kyle is arrogant and seems to have no concern for the customer. Buick is a luxury brand for GM and they offer economy car service. I will not go to them for anything, then I get told "go to your selling dealer" seriously...
I got better service buying a used Kia from an Audi dealer in the area than from Carl Black. When I am ready for new car purchase again my decision will be clear I will go to another luxury brand.
They take foreverrrr to fix your car...literally days smh...n give you false estimate times...I'm not upset about it, but it's still not cool n very inconvenient

My wife and I brought our car into Carl Black for an oil change and tire rotation as we always do. When we got the car back some of the service was not up to Carl Blacks usual standards. I let the service team know and a manager named Kyle Cloud called me minutes later. He was very genuine and apologized for the mistakes. He took care of all the problems I had and then some. I have never met a manager so humble. It's people like Kyle and the usual amazing work Carl Black does that keeps us coming back!
Had a bad experience with the warranty company and the finance dept at Carl Black walked me thru the whole thing and the matter was resolved in my favor. Highly recommend this dealer:)
Thank goddess for Nelson! He was very helpful and sympathetic. Highly recommend going to him as your service advisor. He ll make sure that the job gets done! I m lucky to have had him as my service provider! Please give him a raise, promotion, or something!! He truly deserves it!
Excellent Sales department, but horrible service department. It's always a reason why your car can't be serviced. They seem to push you away rather than trying to do all they can to fix your car. Wish they had more diversity among their service employees as well. Some employees are helpful most are not. I found a new service place for my car.
Have been shopping around for months and finally found a great place to buy! I worked with Ryan Reagan today on the purchase of my new truck. He was extreamly nice, knowledgeable, and genuine. Leo Willis, Aussie, was one the nicest car salesman I ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I hate dealing with car dealerships but this guy made the whole ordeal worth it and painless. We bought our lease at the end of our contract because this truck is worth every penny.

My two experiences:
4-5 Stars:
My service rep was great and kept me in the loop while my car was there (6/9/20-6/16/20). Really the only thing I would have hoped would be better is a) I scheduled an appointment and it took a while for my car to be looked at (Volt) and b) they didn t have a loaner they could offer me (I was told the loaner fleet was reduced). I felt more like a valued customer this time than a nuisance.

I know that 1 stars and 5 stars tend to be very opinionated, and I really thought a while about whether to post or not...
It literally took 7 weeks (10/21/19-12/9/19), $1850+, and the best answers I could get was that there was no idea when parts would arrive. I had to beg for a loaner car after my car sat for two days without being hooked up to the diagnostic machine.
I do want to give kudos to Katie with the rentals. She was very pleasant and took good care of me when I was there the first time.
