We have bought several vehicles from Carl Black and have always had a great experience. The service department is awesome too. Bryan has always been our service advisor, he is very professional and knowledgeable at his job. Always making sure the service is done in a timely manner or he sets up for a courtesy car. We feel like part of the family with Carl Black and this is why we keep coming back!
Here's the honest truth...they've kept my car one too many times for some squealing brakes. My brother paid for my repairs totaling 2000 bucks and part of that was brake work. The brakes didn't make noise it was just time to get them done. After picking up my car the first time they let out a loud squeal. I took my car back and let them know it has a horrible loud squeal. They kept my car for a good hour and a half to tell me they didn't hear anything. I drove it off the lot and as soon as i reached the end of the road the squealing was back. Now I'm mad...i go back and tell them the issue isn't resolved they have me PAY for a rental (to be fair it's pretty cheap rental service that part didn't break my bank) for an issue they caused (the noise wasn't there when i took it there for a $2000 repair job). I order an oil change and they charged me 80 bucks on top of the oil change to install a side mirror...just to put the glass part. I wasn't even mad at that but after all that MY BRAKES STILL SQUEAL TO THE HIGH HEAVENS and it seems like they just don't wanna do it right like y'all kept the car overnight and STILL the squealing is getting worse and worse. For me to bring you a car for a brake job and no noises to now everybody hearing me brake down the street (SO EMBARRASSING AT TIMES) cause of an issue your mechanic failed to fix. Now i have to consider going somewhere else and even though they offer warranty i cannot trust it will get done cause I've taken it there twice and the squealing actually got worse just really hurts my heart and wallet cause the staff is outstanding but their mechanic is junk. End rant!
Luis R was awesome! I went in with a lot of knowledge and he came back with the price I wanted and more! Josh in financing was friendly and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I also got to see the new C8 mid-engine corvette in person! One day, I ll trade in the grocery-getter for a vette!
I have had multiple experiences with car dealerships and I can honestly say this was by far, hands down, the best! Once again Mr. Nelson Garcia exceeded my expectations with respect not only with the quality of service provided but also his professionalism and obvious dedication to his job. His can do attitude along with his honest concern for great customer service outcome in my opinion places him in top of all other Car Customer Service experiences I have been exposed to. In more than 40 years of driving and a owner of several new vehicles I must say the service received by Mr. Nelson Garcia has been my best experience. It obvious that when others look upon challenges with hesitation Mr. Nelson Garcia tackles them heads on. A good example is in a previous visit under a different service rep I waited almost 8 hours to get service on work that was covered under my extended warranty. With Mr. Garcia on a job that was larger in scope I dropped off my vehicle at 3pm and the work was completed by 10:30am the next morning which included getting the extended warranty approval. His efforts are amazing and should be pointed out to others service reps to include upper level management. Mr. Garcia continuously kept me updated on my vehicle service and went over and above by realizing I was going to be without a vehicle during work hours. I was totally surprised when I was provided with a loaner vehicle which assisted getting myself back to my work place. As a retired disable veteran I have learned that taken care of people goes a long way and even though I did not ask for any special services Mr. Garcia and your office realized the value of true customer service.
Bottom line as long as I am a owner of a Chevrolet or GMC vehicle I will continue to bring my vehicle for service with Mr Garcia as the service tech.

Earlier today, I was shopping at Walmart, and I was waiting a while for their employees to help me load a large item into my car. To my surprise, two of your employees, one with a long grey beard, asked if I needed help and loaded it for me. These two men represented your dealership and went above and beyond even on their spare time. They both deserve recognition.
My first review for a car dealership! George Smith did a great job in explaining the options, prices, and trim packages for a lease on a new SUV. We did our initial fact finding and then came back to test drive two options. George and Hector worked with our budget and we drove away in a beautiful new vehicle. I have to start out by saying that I had a reallyyyyyy bad experience at the Carl Black in Kennesaw, GA years ago so I was a little wary about going into this store. I went in to Carl Black today to see what my options were as my current lease was almost up. I worked with Leo Willis and he did a fantastic job getting me into my new lease (a 2020 Chevy Traverse). Leo showed me a couple other models but I only test drove the Traverse, knowing how much space I needed. Leo was great to work with, very pleasant and easy to take to. He was professional and made sure all of my questions were answered before I drove off the lot. I'm incredibly happy with my new Traverse!! Called the dealer last week to lease a new vehicle for my father-in-law. Spoke with Mr. Brown and explained what we were looking for and the price another dealer had quoted us. Mr. Brown called me back a short time later and beat the other dealer's price. He set up an appointment for us to complete the lease purchase.
To my SHOCK, everything was exactly as quoted and the price did not change. We arrived and were in and out of the dealership in right about an hour! We even had a great lunch provided by Carl Black.

I'm very dissatisfied with we this dealer a lady in accounting talk to me like I,am nobody like garbage Iam a veteran I give respect to received respect so this customer service, from this lady is like discriminatin agains Spanish people so I cant recomended this dealer to nobody because no one from the dealer contact me to talk about this and I made 5 phone call and lived a message to the accounting manager to talk about this 7 days and I still waiting for him so don't go to this dealer really is no good just want your money after you buy the car the customer service is OOOOO STAR

Three years after selling the vehicle I purchased from them I am still receiving 3-4 calls a week for extended warranty. They clearly sold my information and whether or not it was hidden in the contract (which I was rushed to sign and the salesman would keep repeating "that paragraph just states this...") it is extremely deceitful and poor business. Purchased my last truck through Mullinax Apopka and had a night and day difference.

Took several weeks to find a 22-in replacement wheel for Yukon XL Denali, but Sean Womer kept be updated until they found one. Gave me a loaner vehicle the whole time and detailed the vehicle before pickup.
Three years ago I had my car fixed here and I was so completely satisfied that when my car's cooling system broke down a few months ago, I never considered going anywhere else, despite living almost 1/2 hour away. Sadly, my experience this time, was nothing short of a nightmare. I am single, work two jobs, and needed to have a loaner while my car was being repaired. Three years ago, a loaner was provided for me immediately. This time, I waited three weeks for one. I called three times in those three weeks and each time was told I was on some imaginary waiting list and it would be, "just a couple more days." Finally, when I called the fourth time, the gal in customer service told me she would put in a service order for Wednesday and a loaner would be available to me on that day as well. Needless to say she did neither so when I showed up on Wednesday, there was nothing in the computer system, they were not expecting me, and did not have a loaner car for me. When they heard I had been waiting three weeks, they tracked down a car for me in fifteen minutes and this is the only reason they deserve one star. They had my car for two weeks. Just 12 short days later, the air conditioning went out again. This time, it took 4 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a loaner car with the same run-around about an imaginary waiting list. I finally talked to the customer service manager and demanded something besides lip service. The only reason I even bought the car back there was that I was sure they would stand behind their work and fix the air issue for free since I had paid $1200.00 to have the cooling system (including the air) fixed just two weeks earlier. Shockingly, they instead told me it would be another $1000.00 for the repair! I picked up my car and ran out of there as fast as I could. Will never go back.

Truly great experience at here! I was fortunate enough to get to work with Dwight M. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me as I went back and forth between the Denali 2500HD and the AT4 2500HD. He didn't rush or push me at all through my decision making process - I did end up choosing the AT4- AMAZING TRUCK! There were a ton of details they take care of here to make the whole experience a pleasant one. One particular one was when Dwight came to tell me he topped of the fuel in the truck. Having to fill up a new vehicle is normally one of my annoyances about buying a one, so I was really happy to hear he did that! Great place and great people to work with, I definitely recommend!

Classic shadey salesman tactics and lies. They ended up not honoring my first responder discount I was approved for. The Manager, Hector, refuses to return a phone call twice now because he knows I'm unhappy. Salesman told me he's busy. Once they get your money they don't care about you anymore. Wish I would have spent 80k for a truck elsewhere. I was told that the owner is a Marine Veteran but his employees treat first responders like garbage. Expected more. Also tomorrow will be a month and I still don't have ANY paperwork for my vehicle after several requests being made. SMH

8am appointment for an oil change. Two hours later I m still sitting here! Beyond ridiculous. Stingray Chevrolet did it in 15 minutes on the last oil change. This is the Last time I let these guys waste my time.

I bought a truck here recently, and it was overall a fantastic experience. I visited a couple times and spoke with both Dave and Dylan, they walked me around the lot and helped me shop around. I like to take my time with big decisions, which would annoy most dealerships, but Dave and dylan were more than happy to help me weigh my options and get me in the truck I wanted at the right price.
They have always been very professional in servicing our car so when it was time to upgrade and get a new one, we looked there. They were very accommodating and helpful in working with us to get us into the car we wanted. We definitely would recommend them.

My second time taking it for an oil change I had to pay, even though I fully explained to the service agent (not going to mention names because it s negative on his and your company) but whoever follows up on these reviews can look up my account and you ll know for yourselves.... my oil changes was covered for a few oil changes. I couldn t remember how many at the time.... I was still charged!!!
Now today I went back for another oil change, explained my situation again to another service agent ALEX, who TOOK THE TIME to look up my contact, explained everything to me and ANSWERED my questions....
THE OUTCOME WAS I NEVER SHOULD HAVE PAID FOR ANY OIL CHANGE AND I HAVE 8 MORE OIL CHANGE SERVICES AVAILABLE TO ME NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT MY OTHER WARRANTIES!!! (Yes I will be reimbursed)
THE TIME ALEX TOOK TO BE KIND AND HAVE SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANY OTHER AGENT THERE COULD HAVE DONE SAVING ME STRESS AND MONEY!!!
