As I pulled into the lot Leonardo immediately approached me and greeted me with a welcome and a handshake. Then we went inside to where he introduced me to Hector. Hector Hector explained that Leo will be taking care of me then he will do the rest. Spent a lot of hours in the dealer but it was due to finding what fits perfect for me. Leo gave me different options and explained every vehicle in detailed. Of course I wanted what my budget couldn't have lol but needless to say I walked away with a 19 Chevy Trax all because Leo & Hector worked hand in hand to make it all possible. Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication!!

Caution.. predatory service sales practices. My 19 year old daughter took my car to them for service. She provided a written list of things to be done to the car and the written list stated that NO other service or maintenance is to be done without my express approval. She ended up with over $200 of unneeded service items such as two fuel additives, oil additives, wheel alignment and other stuff plus NOTHING on my list of things to do was done. Now they refuse to respond to my emails or phone calls. I'm overseas and cannot go there in person myself. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

My husband and I went to look at trucks this weekend and ending up finding the perfect Silverado. Joshua Patterson was the sales person that helped us and he was amazing! We 1st stopped buy on Friday evening to look We had our baby who was tired so we really couldn't stay we did not feel pressured at all. Josh helped us and printed out the car facts for two trucks to review at home. The next day we went back and bought the Silverado, we had an amazing buying experience unlike other dealerships that push you it was kinda the other way around they would do anything for our business. I high recommend coming and talking to Joshua Patterson if you are in the market of getting a new vehicle. He truly is looking out for the buyer we feel.

I had my car serviced ($1,500 bill), which included rotating tires. Driving home, I noticed the "Check Tire Pressure" light was on, which usually happens when tires are rotated. But the service tech should have noticed, and the Service Advisor who drove my car to me should have noticed- none did. So I called Karen (my service adviser), 6 times and a voice mail. No return call, always away from her desk or with a customer. On 7/5 called the service manager, Kyle, told he was here but not at desk & left a voice mail. No call back. Who has time to make an unnecessary trip back to dealership to have them clear the warning over something that should never have been allowed to leave? Where is the customer service? Oh, and please fill out the customer survey and give us all high marks! Ugh!!! (Alex Bell is an alias).

I went to Carl Black with no expectations especially to leave with a new vehicle. My car had a lot of mileage and was going to need some work soon. I wanted to look around the lot and see what type of car I want. I was greeted by Jeffrey Johnson who was extremely professional, patient and accommodating. We walked the lot; where he asked many questions to determine the best car for me - The Chevy Equinox. I did the test drive and fell in love. From there we figured out the best one for my budget. He worked for ME to get me the exact vehicle, color, extras etc with not a lot of back and forth. I highly recommend going to Carl Black and ask for Jeffrey Johnson - you will not be disappointed!!

Well this review is over due. It first started when the new Camaro came out. I'm a big car enthusiast so I spend some of my time brushing up on the latest and greatest cars. I knew the specs and details of the Camaro so I just wanted to see it first hand and check it out. I arrive at the dealership and don't see the New cars anywhere. I see an employee sitting in a golf cart by the building entrance and walk over to him. when I get close he asks "what are you looking for" in a tone as if I was bothering him (guy had blonde hair and probably early to mid 30's). Usually moody people don't bother me but this instance is different due to what unfolds next. I asked if I could check out the new Camaro and he told me jump in. He took me to the back and said "there you go" in the same tone. I get out and start looking at the car all while he sits in the golf cart. I noticed it wasn't the V8 so I automatically knew it was the turbo 4cyl model because at the time the V6 had not been released yet which I had literally watched a GM press conference earlier in the week about the V6 camaro debuting later in the year. I ask the employee if they sold many of these 4 cylinder models and he says "no that's a V6". Not trying to seem snooty myself I say "Are you sure I'm pretty sure it's the turbo 4 Cylinder which he replies with "Chevy doesn't make a turbo 4, your mistaken with the new mustang"... Of course this was very wrong. I asked to see the engine and low and behold it was the turbo 4 model and I again said I'm pretty sure it's the turbo 4 and he snarkly said "nope". He then insisted I come with him to the building so he could show my the "wall of camaro sales". It was a wall with a paper of each sale they made and I was shocked to see that it said V6 camaro! They were literally lying to people and telling them they were buying the V6 model when in fact were not! whether it was intentional or not it is literally their job to know the details of the vehicles they sell. That incident cemented the fact that I will never buy from them.

The reason I'm finally writing this review is because I decided even though I will not buy a car from them maybe they will do fine at changing my cars oil. I call to ask about the price for an oil change and the first person answers the phone politely and transfers me to the service dept. After being on hold about 20+ min I give up. I call again today and service dept picks up after about 10 min of waiting and I ask "how much do you guys charge for an oil change?" Lady tells me hold on while I find out that information" and I waited on hold for another 15 min before I decided my time is more valuable. Some thing as simple as the price of an oil change shouldn't be so difficult to find out for the service dept.

One problem we do have is how your management chose to not disclose more information on pricing. This seems like there is something to hide and left a bad taste in our mouth. If we choose the traverse it will not be with Carl Black.
Orlando is a big place with many Chevy dealers. Unfortunately we will be going to a different location.

first time at this dealership, for service and it will be our last. I have never been treated so rudely by any other dealership. We did call to let them know we would be 15 min late for our appt which we were told no worries - no one is there. Ok so we pull up and sit there. No one comes out so we assume we go inside to check in. Customer service to me is key and Most guys are so eager and pleasant but not this place. They didn t greet us and then when we walked inside we waited before we were greeted. One said he wasn t waiting on anyone because he wants to go home. Mind you - no one else is there except for the 4 service employees. Really? So when finally greeted and were told someone would be right with us we felt better - ok maybe we missed the rush. But then to wait while 3 are sitting staring at their screens we wondered what was going on. Finally all said and done and initially told it would be about an hour and a half and asked if we wanted to wait we said yes. After going to our vehicle and coming back he said he just spoke to
Someone and it will be more like 2 1/2 - 3 hours. We said forget it. My rating is really a negative 5. Zero customer service.

I am SO beyond frustrated at this point with Carl black Chevrolet. We bought a 2016 Camaro there and had problems from the start. First it was an issue with the payment. My bank sent them a check, they deposited it and then come to find out it was the wrong amount. They were mailed another check for the right amount. Then i was being charged for 2 loans because they didnt return the money at first. Needless to say the issue was finally corrected and carl black chevrolet apologized. At that point all was well and I was confident that we purchased from a great dealership. After this however, we began having problems immediately with our vehicle. I was told to bring it in so I did. They looked at it and claimed to fix the issue with the motor. There were also problems with the carpet, windows and other things that they claimed to eventually repair. After driving it a few days it was obvious that it didnt get repaired. I again brought the car back for repair. This happened over and over again. I have been trying to contact The owner or Manager Omar there. I do believe that it isn't his fault as he seems to be a fair and honest person however the employees seem to not be relaying my phone calls to him. I have spoken to multiple people and left numerous messages to relay to Omar. I dont think he is getting them at all! I have even documented every call and over the past 3 months I have spoke with them over 25 times to try to resolve the issue. My vehicle has been in their shop about 10 times if not more and is still broken. Now the rear window is even coming off! It is clearly a LEMON vehicle whether it was their error or not! We were even told to give it 3 times for them to try to fix it before returning it as a lemon car. All i want to do is return the vehicle and get my money back!!

On my last phone call to one of the managers, he told me "Why don't you just trade it in?" To me this is absurd seeing as we paid 38,000 for the car and they would not ever give me that. I still owe over 30k on it and I have basically been paying for a broken car and continue to do so. I am very disappointed in the way this has been handled. over 10 times in the shop, over 25 phone calls and no resolution leaves me in disbelief.

Have enjoyed purchasing vehicles from this dealership for a long time, in fact, have purchased 8 from them. However, I can no longer recommend that anyone gets their vehicle serviced here. Scheduled an appointment for my first oil change on my new vehicle and 3 hours later I m still waiting in their waiting area as I write this. What a complete joke, about 2 hours into the appointment my vehicle wasn t even on a lift yet, total BS! If you like and enjoy wasting your whole day, this is your service department to bring your vehicle to. I d recommend avoiding them at all costs. This will officially be my last visit.

Last week I called the service department and explained to them why I neede to come in. I told them that one of my tires had a big screw in it, the person on the phone was kind enough to find me a spot early on Saturday. I arrived at the dealer to find out that they didn t have the tire in stock. Being an full time assistant property manager and a part time landscaping business owner I depend on my truck a lot since my work schedule consist on 7 days a week. The service advisor Karen Brown asked me if I needed a loaner while they checked the tire witch I was appreciated of since I had a busy schedule that day. I could only drive the car 40 miles and was asked to bring it back the same day and take back my truck with the same issue I brought it in for. She told me that the tire was going to be in Tuesday due to the holiday to witch I understood. Not that is the dealer problem I had to work that Saturday not only half a day due to the time they took with the truck but putting air on the tire every 30 minutes. Then again on Sunday and Monday being a huge inconvenience for me. Today Tuesday I walked in around 7:30 am and went right to my advisor Karen Brown who right away got on the phone and foiund out that the tire was still not in. I asked if there was a loaner for me to be able to get to my full time job and she said they didn t have anything, she did offered a shuttle that unfortunately won t work for me since I need to constantly drive around due to my responsibilities at the office. I explained to her the importance of me having the truck ready letting her know how much I depended on it since it was the way I make my money as a landscaper and how bad I needed to be at the office. With her passive aggressive tone she questioned me about me working as a landscaper and needing the truck and having to be at an office. I m a professional with more thank 12 years in the customer service field and also a business owner for some one to treat me like I was lying or a dumb person. I asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise he was listening the whole time and came over with the same pasive agresive attitude, not intending to have and answer but just listen. I told him that I was paying for an extra warranty on my tires not expecting anything but my issue to be resolved and his answer was, that it didn t mean anything but just having road assistance. All I expected from them was a solution witch I guess he figured that the least they could do was to installed the spare tire on my truck for the inconvenience but It was too late for me since I had a job that I needed to be at. Im very disappointed of the service and the way I was treated and will not recommend anyone to service their vehicles here.

I mostly heard about them at the UCF KNIGHTS games and I respect a local business supporting UCF and their local community. I will be honest I was a FORD guy my entire life so my hopes of finding my dream truck was slim. I asked for Josh Patterson who was referred from a friend. Josh was great. He took me around the lot and showed me the different trucks they had available. The thing I liked about Josh he was honest and I did not feel like he was pushing me into something I did not want. Other dealerships did that. He listened to my needs. We drove the Silverado 2500HD diesel. I could not believe I found my truck. It drove like a car, so my wife could drive it. It would pull my current soon to be future bigger boat and it was spacious and luxurious inside. The process was great and Josh went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Beyond disappointing experience to say the least. Sales man did not even bring the key or show me the car I drove 30 miles to go see and potentially buy claiming "you can't drive the car until we talk numbers." We're talking about a Camaro not a Ferrari. They went on to give me a price significantly higher than what was advertised on their own website and the salesman appeared to not have a clue. Then, I asked if they obtained the payoff on my current car and the rely was "GM Financial is not picking up the phone." Disaster visit. I recommend you stay away from this mediocre dealership. Waste of time.

Trey met with me as soon as I arrived and we got along amazingly for the first moment. Dude. This review is specific to their service department. My drop off time was scheduled for 7:30 In the morning. At 8:15 someone finally got to me to take my key. During that time countless service advisors looked my way but carried on about their business. There were at least 15 cars ahead of me. Why bother with an appointment time? So then I return to pick up my car three advisors once again look my way but keep on carrying on conversations. The office is locked due to covid so you just stand outside staring into the window until someone acknowledges you. I finally became short and rude and asked loudly if anyone else had been helped yet as several others were just standing around waiting for someone to give us our car keys and help us check out. Honestly like am I invisible??
