Don't believe their online "trade-in evaluator"
My car is 4 months old, perfect condition. Their trade-in evaluator said $38,333. When I get there, after waiting for about 30 minutes, they tell me $32k is the best they can do, or around $35k if I bought a $58k corvette unseen and without a test drive. Not really their fault because they had to ship in the one I wanted, but the offer for my car was ridiculous in comparison to their online estimate.
Their Director, Ramon, was very nice and courteous though.
Service is pricey at $145 an hour for labor. Cost me over $300 in labor to replace a $44 outlet valve. Trust me, the location of the part to replace is easy to get to with no difficulty. Told me it would take 1.5 hours. It takes less than 20 min to replace this part. I wasn't informed of service progress at all or what was wrong with my car. I had to keep calling. They use a new technology called iService which is junk at best. First they send you a video of someone just walking around your care saying everything is good. Ok, thanks. Then they send you a link to an app that allows you to accept/decline recommended services. Great idea but they lump in things that need to be fixed in the "Recommended" services. So I have a list of recommended services like transmission service, water pump, coolant flush, outlet valve, steering fluid. I decline all except the water pump because it was free. The others had $150+ fees assigned as values. 2 hours later I get a text saying that the outlet valve needs to be replaced in addition to the water pump. Well, how was I supposed to know that? It was all "Recommended" services. They never told be what was wrong with my vehicle. What they need is an app that says what is wrong with your vehicle, list the needed fixes (which you can accept/decline) and recommended services (which you can accept/decline) and keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle. If a Dominos Pizza store can make hundreds of pizzas an hour and keep me informed of the progress of my pie in real time, then why can't an auto service center? Thank you for reading my review.

I took my car in for a tire to be replaced. Although I verbally requested the tires be rotated and assurance they would be, an alert was received that 3 of my 4 tires we re under inflated.
The only tire with the recommended psi was the one replaced.
My experience has continued to go from bad to worse since day one of purchasing what should've been my dream vehicle -- a Yukon XL Denali!!!! I was sold a car with huge electrical issues and Carl Black GMC of Orlando has continuously disappointed me in their "it's not my problem" attitude! I would never, ever, recommend Carl Black GMC of Orlando or any GM vehicles to anyone and would encourage everyone I know to go somewhere else! I even gave Carl Black GMC of Orlando the opportunity to make me a trade in offer on my vehicle and my intelligence was further insulted by the pittance that was on the table. Their continued lack of taking ownership of a problem has led me to the conclusion that their bottom line is profit, at the expense of their customer satisfaction, quality of their products, honesty and integrity!!!!

We made the decision to purchase a new vehicle a few days ago. I was looking at the Chevy traverse to accommodate my family and went to the Carl Black of Orlando dealership after placing an inquiry online. One of their representatives Sam reached out and set an appointment with me. He was extremely nice and helpful. Upon my arrival I was promptly greeted by Jeff. He helped me along the whole car buying process which took a few days to finalize, but he worked very hard to get my payments where they needed to be. I was a little disappointed I couldn t get the traverse but he got me into a Buick Enclave which is the one I purchased. It s very nice and accommodates my family well. Buying a car is a little stressful but Jeff was very down to earth, friendly, upfront and honest with me which I appreciated. He made it as stress free as possible!

I recently bought a new blazer from Carl black and the best part of the whole experience was my customer sales associate Jack. He spent the better part of the complete day with me while I shopped for a car. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars I test drove and was fantastic working out all of the details of the deal. The service advisors are equivalent to the Genius Bar at Apple. Darryl, the service advisor that helped me was nothing but friendly. Other staff members are are qualified enough to call themselves service advisors . Previously, I have worked with Anthony who was working on prices of a part for me then conveniently retired. I called back to confirm pricing on a part and spoke to a women for 10 minutes on 4/15 from 9:00-9:30 am, who confirmed the price with the general manager, was still valid. After spending 2 hours for an oil change, I was informed that there was nothing they could do about the misleading and misinformation of the price. All Daryll could do is shake his shoulders for someone else s mistake. With this review, I expect an explanation of why I have been mislead for since 2018 by the general manager who confirmed the price.

It has been 15 years since I bought a car - not because I couldn't, but because, based on my last experience, the process was awful. I went to a different Chevy dealership in central Florida last week, and while the salesman was very nice, the floor manager, who came in to "seal the deal" was as shady as I remembered. My treatment was condescending and bordering on rude. Now - for my experience with Carl Black. I have to give all the credit for this car purchase to my salesman, Will. He listened to what I wanted, and guided me to the perfect vehicle. I am still amazed at how well I was treated and the absolute respect Will showed toward me. I have my husband's vehicle which I will trade this summer. I will do one stop shopping - Carl Black - and this is 100% because of my salesman Will.
My Chevy Cruze Eco has been regularly serviced at the Carl Black dealership on Colonial Drive in Orlando for the last three years. Overall, Carl Black's organization has kept both my car and me very happy. One spectacular attribute at Carl Black is Sean Womer, Service Advisor. Sean does it all--he ensures the work is completed in a quality and timely manner, and he is a wonderful communicator! During my recent visit at Carl Black, I made a special effort to work with Sean. As in the past, Sean was attentive and addressed every detail on my vehicle's "to do" list. When I was advised that my vehicle was ready for pickup, I knew that would be the case--even though my vehicle is three years old, not a top-of-the-line model, and was not purchased from the Carl Black dealership. I went to take a look at the Encore and they had a great selection of the exact one I was looking for. I was helped by Leo. He was very friendly and explained to me everything about the vehicle and showed me a few models. Not pushy or anything like that. I'm still in the process of looking around at other vehicles so it was a very pleasant experience without the stress of regular sales people hovering over and trying hard to sell me something on the spot. I would definitely recommend them.

Service is ok, they always try to sell you extra things. Service department doesn't know who works there, so when you call it's a tag game until someone decides to hrhe you instead. You get to waste a lot of time. unfortunately they are the closest dealership.
Update: 1/4/2019: I gave them a new chance and again lying about business hours and no updates about my car, I tried reaching even managers and nothing. I'm going to have to go personally to see what's going on. Don't use this Place!

Great buying experience so far. They gave us a more than fair valuation for our trade-in and we had a no hassle negotiation. They stayed a couple hours late to finalize the deal and the entire process from walking onto the lot to choosing a vehicle to driving our truck home only took a few hours. I ve bought dozens of vehicles in my life and this was one of my best experiences. Our salesman Jack seemed to be very well trained and competent given that he had only been with the company for a couple months. The Finance Manager Raheim was incredibly efficient and helpful. It seems that they must invest a lot of time in their staff to ensure that people have a great experience.

Seriously, where do I start? Carl black of Orlando has the most helpful staff. From the second you step foot on the property you are properly greeted by a welcoming staff that is well dressed and represents the company greatly. Although there are many people who are there to sell you a car, truck, or SUV; I recommend seeing Josh Castaldo. As a first time car buyer with semi-decent credit he worked his butt off to get me into a new vehicle. I drove onto the lot with a 2003 Chevy blazer that was on its last leg. Josh made sure I left with the SUV that I wanted, and I left with the brand new 2019 Trax. I took advantage of the employee discount sale that happened at the end of 2018, but I m positive that if you see Josh, he will do 1000000% to get you the best deal for the car you want! Just purchased a 2020 Buick Enclave from Carl Black Chevy in Orlando. We traveled 50 miles to find this deal, dealership and sales person. Just as with any car purchase,the negotiations for a price we were willing/able to pay was intense . A lot of back and forth, but once we neared the magic number, I believe the the sales mentality morphed into one of service and satisfaction. I can say this was perhaps the most pleasurable car purchase I ve experienced, even though they all are like pulling teeth sometimes.
As for the dealership, this is a very pleasant atmosphere, maybe just a touch more privacy would have been nice, but really wasn t that big an issue. I m hoping I have no future comments on service, but to say the oil changes and scheduled maintenance went well.
Bruno Blanco was our sales person. Couldn t have been nicer. Was there for us every step of the way. Reached out to us with updates and info before we had a chance to ask the questions. He s a very personable and professional young man and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a Chevy our Buick.

Started out looking on the internet for a used car. Carl Black called me and i made an appointment to come in on Sunday;I was so blown away that they were open on Sunday...i was even more impressed with Joshua N. and everyone else there. they treated us like family.needless to say three hours later i drove off in my new 2013 Chevrolet EQUINOX...everyone at Carl Black was AWESOME. I have told all my friends and family to go check them out Thanks Jeff,Joshua,& Scot.
DON'T EVER EVER EVER have your car serviced here. I've been here on two separate occasions and both bad experiences with two different advisors. I had an 8:30 A.M. appt. To have my a/c checked. My wife dropped it off and was told we would be updated in 2hrs. They didn't have any loaners available but did shuttle her back home. At 12:00 I gave them a call to get an update and left a message twice but no returned call until after I left the service manager a voicemail. Tony called me at 3:30 P.M. only to inform me my car hadn't been touched, it wouldn't be looked at until friday and they don't have any loaners. (in that order) I'm still in shock. Unacceptable. We had an appointment. If they couldn't handle the workload they shouldn't schedule the appointments. My wife's day went to waste with no car for no reason. This place doesn't deserve anyone's business. Tony had 0 compassion. Unbelievably dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.
