I came in for a oil change and had my grandmother meet me at the dealership since I knew she was in the market for a new car and since she doesn t speak English I would be able to help her. I saw Matt Miller who actually sold me my Equinox in March and I knew he would be able to help my grandma out since he did an awesome job when I was getting my car. I explained to him the cars we were looking at and the features she wanted. (Trax/Encore). I felt he went above and beyond to help my grandma and make sure she understood all the features she wanted. He even took the time out to connect her phone to the Bluetooth and change the navigation to Spanish so she could try every little thing out. I appreciated his patience and everything went great. She now is a proud owner of a Buick Encore with all the features she wanted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I have leased three vehicles from Carl Black and have purchased two vehicles from them. Leo in sales and Matei as a manager treat me like family. They legimately look out for my best interests and are always 100% honest. I know this because I am a terrible person to sell a car to and am not quick to make a decision. I shop across the state whenever I m in the market and EVERY SINGLE time I ve done that, Leo and Matei have always had the best price and also everything they told me I would encounter at the other dealers was always 100% accurate.

In addition to the sale, Leo and Matei have always made themselves available for anything related to the cars as long as we own the cars.

Louis has been the Financial Manager we work with and not only is he very friendly and likeable, but he is very efficient. Closing out our sales has been a breeze with no snags, surprises, or delays.

I have referred many others to this dealership and to these individuals. My neighbor purchased two vehicles from them and my brother recently purchased a truck from them. They will be lifelong customers as will I.

I purchased a Hyundai elantra in 2015 from a dealership in Orlando. At the time I was rebuilding my credit score so the sales guy talked me into it. I really wanted the Santa fe so I was told to come back in a few years and they will get me in that suv. I did just that and they DIDN'T work with me. I was so upside down on that car I refused to purchase a Santa fe at the price they wanted. I decided to go to Carl Black to see what used SUV's they had. My sales guy Anzu Kromah and the entire team was AWESOME!!. They worked with me and got me out of that hole with the car and instead of a used SUV I left there with a 2018 Equinox. I will recommend them HIGHLY!!!!.

I had a recall on my trax so when I made an appointment to take it in they asked if I'd like to look at new cars. Figuring I had time to kill I figured why not. I told Dwight I Loved my Trax and needed to keep my payments where I had them. He suggested an Encore. I truely LOVED it. It's more of a luxury car and has more features than I thought I needed. Dwight Listened to what I wanted, found something even better and was able to get it to the price I could afford! The experience was positive from the sale to finance to delivery (I was happy Dwight thought to take of my UCF Licence plate holder)! 5+ Stars all the way!!!!

Honestly by far the best experience I have ever had was greeted before walking into the door by David and from then on it was like I was the king of Carl black for the day we sat down talked numbers I test drove the 2020 Malibu smooth by the way by 3:30pm David tells I am now the owner of a 2020 Malibu no money down trade in I was so happy to hear it I actually ignored his calls and contemplated about coming to the dealership because it sounded to good to be true he actually called me by mistake and was looking for someone else he asked me if I was in the market for a vehicle I said yea 3 weeks later here I am but he is a man of his word and got the job done with ease beat dealership in Orlando if you go there look for David judovits he s the man!!!!

Made himself always available to answer all the questions and concerns I had over time although my decision was not made right away. At the end, I was able to obtain the payments and car I wanted. I would give no stars if I could. A. They are liars. I bought a car in Feb 2014 I was told by my sales rep that it had new tires and breaks and i was good to get at least 40k miles. I got 6k before the car was considered unsafe. And now they wont stand behind their word. Not only has my car been repaired 2xs for other items it is in the shop again now as we speak. DO NOT BUY from them ever., Lance the head of Used car sales is by far the rudest person I know. His sales rep just hung up on me. And " said i am a sales rep you shouldn't believe everything we say"

Well, we did end up purchasing an auto from here, but it was not a quick, nor pleasant, experience. It took 6 trips to the dealership to finalize the purchase, they took so long to pay off our trade, we had a 30 day late report to our credit (about 5 weeks for them to pay), and the wife has 14 credit inquires on her report (granted they only pull one bureau). Not saying don't go here, but definitely keep them on track and have them keep you informed. Also, ask a lot of questions!

Love the customer service from Raheem, Shami, and Louis. If anyone needs help looking for a dope ride, and need help with financial assistance look them up

I went to Carl Black recently to trade in my 2013 Ford Mustang for a 2015 Chevrolet Colorado. I met with sales adviser, Chris Callander, who was awesome to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all and felt more like I was dealing with a friend then a car salesman. They did not have the Colorado I wanted on the lot at the time and there was one being shipped to the dealership, but they gave me a vehicle to drive in the meantime. When my Colorado arrived, Chris walked me through the features of the vehicle and sat with me to set up the OnStar system. I only wish there had been a twelve pack of Coors Banquet, given they are based in Colorado, waiting for me in my 2015 Colorado. Other than that I was happy with the service and will be back to use the service center for any scheduled maintenance in the hopes the experience will be just as good as when I bought my truck.

If there ever were a "difficult" customer to grace the doors of Carl Black Chevy in Orlando, it would undoubtedly be me! With as many obstacles and flaming hoops that Raheim Brown (highly recommended by the way!) had to overcome to achieve my sale... there is no question that he and the team at this location are nothing short of the best. I was beyond thrilled with my service and the level of communication that they had with me every step of the way. I wholeheartedly recommend buying from Carl Black, Orlando. Every person I dealt with at this dealer were professional, helpful, friendly and above all, trustworthy. We bought a car from them, sight unseen (we live on the opposite part of America!) and they were honest about everything. There were no unpleasant surprises once the car arrived (and I am pretty meticulous about cars). The paperwork they sent to our home state for registration were 100% complete and in order. Our salesperson was Bryan Levitt. But we also dealt with Kamau and Trevis at different stages of the process. 10 out of 10!! If only every car buying experience could be like this one....

Bought two cars here even though we had some of the worst customer service in the history of auto sales. One rep tried to sell us a car by writing a monthly price on a napkin in sharpie with a line and wanted us to sign. When I bought my car, one rep said to my sales rep, "Why are you working so hard when you won't make any money because they have the GM discount." Way to treat the GM family.

Whatever you do, don't give these guys your phone number. They will call and call and call even if you ask them to stop. So far I've had 9 calls in 3 weeks, even after I've asked them to stop calling. I had to report them to the do not call list.

I have purchased cars before but never have I had a more personal experience as Wisner gave. He went out of his way to make sure i fellt comfortable and not pressured. He went over every warrently, service, gadget and gizmo that he could find and showed me how they worked. He made sure that what ever car I purchased I would have all the facts. If you want to purchase a vehicle go in and see Wisner. I also have to thank Mr. Wilson in the finance dept. for such a friendly encounter. Bryan the manager for taking the time to say hello and work with me. Also the two gentleman who worked on making sure my car was clean, waxed and protected before I left. Worked with Chris Holland. I came in originally to look at a Chevrolet truck I saw online. Ended up not liking that truck due to lack of space in the rear seat. Chris took the time to ask questions to know exactly what I was looking for. We walked the lot (in the rain) and found a GMC version of what I was looking for. Drove the truck and loved it. Then the negotiations began. We started off pretty far apart as far as what I wanted and what they offered. And to make this long story short, we came to terms and I left with the truck. Chris went above and beyond, not pushy at all and no BS. I would highly recommend asking for Chris if you are looking for a vehicle at Carl Black.

I purchased a vehicle there,not only did I loose money. The person that I purchased the vehicle from promised me three free oil changes. Today I took my car for it's first oil change and I made the inquiry and found out that it wasn't true. Why lie, not cute at all.

I bought my car at Here . I used to go have all my maintenance done here. Recently I brought my car cuz my battery died. And have the oil done as well . The receipt stating they did multi checks on all fluids. But a week later my brakes fluid lights come on. If not too much to ask, perhaps to let me know. And I will pay for it. They don't forget to tell me how much the brakes cost for replacement. You should be ashamed of your self . By they way my cap for my windshield wiper is missing. Never buy car from you again. Perhaps Karen brown have a better personality taking care the customers

Other then the fact the transmission had to be worked on at 22k the service went fine.

For starters if I could leave split stars on the same review I would. My husband and I bought a car from Ben and he was fantastic and he deserves 5 stars. Ben was very patient and allowed us to test drive several different cars over several days until we found the one that was right for our family.

On the other hand the service department is a disaster and deserves 0 stars. I scheduled an appointment online to get my car fixed 3 weeks ago and requested a rental car. When I arrived they told me they didn t have a rental car and there was 26 people ahead of me to get a rental car. Long story short I ended up not being able to leave my car to be fixed because obviously if I requested a rental car it s because I couldn t go without a car for several days. I was told by the service department that I should never schedule an appt online. Then why do you have online scheduling??? Why do you allow customers to request a rental car if there isn t going to be one available??? This seems like a faulty system! I ended up adding my name to this long list for a rental car and they were suppose to call me when they had a car available for me to drive so I could bring my car back in to be fixed. This is week 3, I ve called twice to see where I was on the list and the receptionist told me no one was available to speak to me but they would call me back. I haven t heard from anyone.

So for my future purchases I will take my business elsewhere because even though the sales team is great at Carl Black that doesn t do anything for me when I have a problem with my car and the service department is terrible.

I could not select anything below poor, otherwise I would have. Was there one time, and I am not ever going back nor recommend anybody to. I would not even wish upon my worst enemy anything so awful. The experience was horrible!!!! I only wanted a price and some information since I was not ready to buy a car yet. I had being in other dealers looking for the best car, price and service for me, and that is all I wanted at the moment. I explained to the sales person (which was already on top of me even though I was still getting out of my car in the parking lot) that I was definably no buying a car that day, that I only wanted prices and information. He did not care to respect this and kept on pushing a sale, even asking personal information about me and my family. They would not want me to leave and tried anything in order to make a sale...arguing, bargaining, not returning my car key to me, you name it. Several people came out to convince me to buy a car right there and then, even when I explain time and time again that I only wanted a price and information. The only thing I was certain when I was able to leave that place, was that I was not buying anything from them. Hell has to be a better place.
If you like professional good service, a smooth and nice experience, in what it is the biggest buy you will make after a house, don t ever go to Carl Black!!!!
I ended up buying from another dealer which respect and professionalism, was above and beyond anything I ever expected. They cared more on offering me their services and did not treat me like a wallet they could not wait to sink their fingers into.

Bad customer service. Had to bring my pontiac vibe in for a recall on airbag. Was told 4-6 hrs. Was told they needed to take the dash and front part of car apart. Complete rubbish. Took it to another dealer and he said i dont know why they would tell you that. There's no need to take it apart. They had it done in an hour. Wont go there again. Incompetent staff

JR was fantastic. The process was extremely simple. He delivered the truck to me. Went through all the features. Made sure I understood all the technology and most importantly did everything in a timely manner! Everyone I have dealt with at Carl Black has been outstanding but JR truly deserves commendation. He has a bright future for sure!
