A month ago I bought a 2019 red truck which was not in perfect condition. I'm really extremely unhappy not only because of the vehicle I bought that is completely "New" and I feel it is worse than a used car. The truck three days after delivery, when it started to rain, the water was inside it took it and I was three weeks waiting for it to be revised and solved the problem in the same way disappointed by the bad service and the bad attention of the Staff that I was finally given the van, which has the same problem. It is not about the seller wants to make SALE and if so it is to sell communicate the conditions in which the vehicle is located and one as a customer decides and accepts but it was not, I think they must have extremely honest staff since the investment that one It is great now I continue presenting the same problem and paying the first installment of the car that I have not enjoyed because for me it is a complete disaster I hope to solve this problem soon !!!

I recently purchased a chevy Cruze from Carl black of orlando. My sales representative was Nick Teal, he greeted me right after I was walking into the dealership. He asked me what vehicle I was looking for. I told him what I was looking for and what payments I was trying to have. He got all my info and he and the chevy manager worked out a deal. He came back to me and said I was approved!. So I got the car i wanted with no hassle. Thanks Nick Teal!

Leo and Dwight helped me get into a new Malibiu after mine was a total loss in an insurance claim. USAA gave me 7 days to find a new car (even though they won't have settled my claim by then), so getting this over with was definitely a huge relief. They both were a huge help.

I have recently purchased a new vehicle from a different dealership and had phenomenal service there, so I was expecting the same here. However, I have never had a worse customer service experience than I did with Carl Black's service center team. I had gotten a nail lodged close enough to the sidewall of my tire that I needed a new tire. Upon arrival (4:40PM), I was not greeted, I was not smiled at, I was not even looked at. Two employees chatted it up at a desk while a third and fourth were helping customers. After five minutes, I was finally acknowledged and was told "we'll be right with you, just let me put this up" only to have another customer return from around the corner and be taken care of before me.

When I was finally asked what I could be helped with (approximately seven minutes after arrival), I was told there's nothing that can be done. No explanation. No checking anything one way or another. Just simply "We can't do anything about that." Angered, I walked back out to my car and began calling other places to get a new tire. The associate eventually showed up at my window and asked again what I needed. When I explained again that I needed a new tire, she told me the techs go home at 5P and there would be no way for her to do anything. But I could leave my car here and she could "try to squeeze it in in the morning."

Because I had no other way of getting home, this was not an option. The associate showed no care or any sort of customer relationship effort. While this was occurring, my boyfriend had gone inside to see what he could do. When I was told that they didn't have the tire in stock, couldn't have the tire until Monday, and would have to charge me to put the spare on, I was done. After spending $30k on a brand new vehicle, being ignored (probably because I'm 22 and "just a kid"), and then the zero effort made to solve the problem, I had enough. I told the woman my boyfriend had been speaking with that I would not be paying any money to this awful customer service experience and that I would find someone else who was better equipped to handle my issue.

Discount Tire Co. on Alafaya had my tire in the next morning and even let me leave my car in one of their bays overnight so I didn't have to worry about a flat tire in the morning. Carl Black would get no stars from me if I could.

Great buying experience. We got the right vehicle for the right price! The competition had a no haggle price on an identical vehicle that was higher than the Carl Black price. Raheim was a very knowledgeable and courteous salesman and delivered on what we agreed to and more!

On Wednesday evening, my car began to smoke and smell like burning oil. The next morning, I called Carl Black and made an appointment: Friday at 8:00 am. I took it in on Thursday at approximately 9:30 am. Tony (Anthony W. Little), a service advisor, met me. He came outside with me to look at my car and was very condescending as I told him the problem. He poked fun at me, asking if I had even looked under the hood, and when I said that I was not sure what was wrong, but I did not like the smell of the oil, he said something like You don t say in a very condescending manner. It felt like he was trying to make me feel like an idiot.
We went back inside and I gave him my keys and signed some paperwork. I told him that I lived across the city and I would like a courtesy car if they had one available. There was not a car available at that time, which was fine. He assured me he would get me a car by the end of the day and would call me as soon as one became available. At that point I went back to work, waiting for a call back from Tony about a courtesy car. I stayed at work until 8:00 pm that evening because I was waiting for the call about the courtesy car, but it never came. I assumed I would hear back from him the next day. I had to miss work the next day because uber is $30 one way.
I expected a call on Friday morning once my car was assessed. I did not receive a call. At this point I was still being patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt. At 4:00 pm on Saturday I called to hear about what they had found. Tony was away at the moment but a message was left for him to call me back when he returned to his desk. I expected I would get a call back soon but did not hear back from him.
On Sunday, I was getting concerned. I should have heard back at that point and I did not want them to start a large job without letting me know beforehand. I phoned again and found out that service was closed that day. The receptionist said she would leave a message for him, but I told her I had already done that once and I was concerned about my car. She told me she would email the manager with my name and number and he would get back to me.
On Monday morning I called in at 8:32 am, expecting them to tell me the car was finished and I could come pick it up. Once again, Tony was not available to answer my call, and the receptionist said she would leave him a message. I told her that has not worked before so she texted him. Tony called me back at 8:41 am and let me know my car had not been looked at yet. He said that I only had an appointment . I think our definitions of appointment differ. I was not happy with the lack of communication and service and broken promises from Tony, so I called back quickly after and told them I would come pick up my car and take it elsewhere. Within fifteen minutes, Tony called back saying that the car had been looked at and the problem was the gasket, which would cost ~$800 to fix. He told me it would take until 4:00 pm.
I arrived at ~4:30 pm and Tony was not there, but Sean had me pay and sign more paperwork. The price was the same as what he had quoted me: $809.83. Sean was also quite condescending, saying that he added a 20% gratuity for Tony. It was clear he was aware that I was unhappy with my service and he found it quite amusing. On the receipt is a cell titled: PROMISED with the date and time 17:00 06APR18 (Friday).
The main issue with my service was a lack of communication. Not once was I given a call about a courtesy car becoming available, even though he had promised he would get me one. I was not given updates despite my appointment time being overdue. The manager also did not contact me when I requested a call. The definition of appointment at Carl Black differs from my expectations but this was not made clear when I dropped the car off. Perhaps Carl Black should hire a communications specialist. Either way, I will not be returning to Carl Black if my car needs work done again.

I was treated with respect at Carl Black and the buying process was quick 1.5 hours and fair! I love my Buick SUV and I get many compliments. I have been going here for my Chevy LTZ service since 2014. I knew Service Manager, personally & as a work colleague for years. My advisor, Tony was terrific. I had used Brian on occasion as well. Recently when taking my car in, everyone I had known was gone??? I know this job is high stress but I wondered if I would ever get good, honest service again. Well I did indeed. I luckily found Corey Roe, Service Advisor. He did a remarkable job on every level: communication, answering all my questions and even providing the tech for consultation (who was excellent). Corey was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Kyle, SM, also treated me well. I applaud on every level.....I only wish Carl Black owner/service dept. leadership would do the same. Your company is only as good as your employees. Pats on backs, proper praise go a long, long way. Thanks Corey.

NEVER do business here for parts or accessory orders. We did an online transaction for an accessory for our suburban. They never shipped the merchandise (tracking number for proof) and refused to refund the charge. After countless hours of attempting to have them refund the charge we disputed the transaction through our credit card company. Without our permission after we won the disputed, they re-charge our card again without our permission. I have since called back to have the refund issued and they have refused. The lady in accounting has been rude and disrespectful. She has talked over me, told me I don t understand how banking works and refused our credit. Never order parts orders through this dealership! I will gladly remove this review if they credit our card with the money due to us.

Wow. Can't say enough. They blew me away by the deal they were able to work out for me when no other dealership would approve me (unless it was at a ridiculous 25% interest!) Everything in the loan was in plain black and white, no hidden fees, or random add-ons like some places.
My dealer Evan Easterling went above and beyond in many ways including getting me a loaner car while some details were being worked out and even putting a bow on my car because it was my birthday. Super friendly and fun atmosphere, and I am so so happy with my pre-owned Honda Accord purchase.

Buying the car was a breeze. Of course they treat you like royalty when it comes to taking your money but to service my car? Nope. I took my car in for a recall plus my steering wheel horn/buttons stopped functioning. Got the canned response of it may take a few days if parts have to be ordered. A day goes by with no phone update. And as usual there is never a courtesy car to use so I can go to work. About a month later on Tuesday my steering wheel makes a grinding noise and small piece of metal falls from inside. Take it in the next day, husband has to miss work, they say they can t see it until Monday and no courtesy car for something they probably broke in the first place. Found an appointment online for today Friday. No called to say hey guess what there s actually an appointment for Friday! Husband lost work Wednesday through Friday (today). He takes the car in, it ll be a couple days, NO COURTESY CAR. I m so done with this place.

Great experience from start to leaving with a new Silverado. Josh Neville and Dwight McCombs were fantastic! We worked the deal over the phone and when the paperwork was ready we went to the dealership and signed the paper's and left with a beautiful new truck. He was very honest, knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions regarding my new car . Very smooth transaction, the only negative was the wait from the financial department but it was expected. The finance manager was very helpful , friendly and professional as well . This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review but I feel compelled considering the incredible service I received on the evening hours of 7/20. The Salesperson, Will Watson was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to explain the entire car to me, my husband and at times, my 6 year old. Will was very patient with our needs which were mostly surrounding our payment and how we were going to make it happen. His positive attitude and willingness to make this happen for us is just not something you see everyday especially when it comes to buying a car. Prior to the 20th I absolutely dreaded stepping foot into a car dealership and would force my husband to go so that I didn't have to be bombarded by salespeople or begged to stay because they could make one last change after sitting there for hours! As of the 21st that has changed due to the professionalism that Will conveyed.

I already had thought it was an incredibly positive experience and was headed over to the always exciting finance room where you are thrown paperwork to sign and initial as fast as possible. However, this was not the case, it actually continued to get better when we met Luis. At this time it was about 9:15pm. My husband and I did not feel rushed or pushed in any way. Luis explained everything in detail and provided our options. He is absolutely great at what he does and his customer service is a 15 out of 10.

I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to meet these incredibly friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. I look forward to my next purchase....in a few years :)

Went to purchase new Yukon Denali. Dealership was a little chaotic. Two separate trucks blaring 2 different types of music and plenty of salesmen milling.
The selection of cars was good. Large quantity of vehicles. The salesman we had was good, not overbearing, except for the potential trade-in. Be aware that if you have viewed their inventory online and obtained an Internet Price from their website, they will not honor that price. You will be told that price is only if you are eligible for all rebates and discounts and no one is so that price is not valid. Waited 2 hours to see the "finance" guy to pay cash, no financing. Either understaffed or incompetence to cause waiting that long to pay. READ the paperwork. They gave us paperwork transferring our vehicle which we were NOT trading in. You also get a disclaimer concerning 3 after market items that they put on all the cars whether you like/want them or not. It is a dealer markup: aqua shield coating ($99), an extra brake light that blinks ($399) and a paint coating that was about $100. You get an Agreement to Arbitrate which waives your right to go to court if you have an isue. Now aside from this potentially running afoul of Florida's Lemon Law, I found it absurd to sign such a document presented to me at the last minute and I was not financing, I was not obtaining an extended service plan, I was handing them a check to buy a car. Why would anyone waive their right to go to court for product defect or Lemon Law? After going around and around with the finance manager and then some sort of manager, no business card was presented to us, we were told "You would never have to go to court anyway because we would always work it out, that is what we do" and the agreement doesn't require arbitration and he knows this because, "If you look we get sued all the time." Ultimately, we were told he did not have the authority to accept our purchase without the arbitration provision and we left. 4 hours of my life I will never get back-- think twice before going to Carl Black.

Extremely pleasant experience from the whole team, Raheim and John sales associates that treat you like family and Louis from finance, they went the extra mile to get me into a deal I felt comfortable in a truck that fit all my needs, when I purchase another car for my wife in the future or if any friends or family ask, this is the dealership where they get it done and they get you in and out in without running you around and stressing out. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Bought some parts to repair a car. Richard from the part department promise me that I can buy with confidence. Any part that I don't need I can return it within 30 days. Pass 3 weeks and After I finish the car I need to return 2 parts. I call Brandon and he said NO you can't return them, but anyway Im gonna ask Richard and he will call you back. They never call me back. Few days later I call them back asking what happen and why days never call me back. I they just say "sorry its over 30 days now its nothing we can do about it". After going to two other dealerships who were ridiculously pushy and even criticized me for wanting time to think about purchasing a car, I was relieved with my experience at Carl Black. I went in with 2 vehicles in mind and left purchasing a different vehicle that I had no intentions of buying, but that I love! My salesperson, Antonio, suggested a different but similar vehicle to the one I came to look at because he knew it would be closer to my price range. He came back with a reasonable offer and did not try to rip me off like the other places I went to. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was not too pushy. Though I didn't really deal with him, the manager seemed super nice as well. If I'm still living in the area, I would definitely lease my next car at Carl Black!

After driving an hour to this dealership.This guys are shady. 1st you advertise a vehicle and then try and mark it up a $1000 then discount it to make it seem like your giving me a discount. then the salesman is very pushy. trying to push me into a monthly payment that was well over the max that I told him from the beginning. these guys are just worried about taking your money instead of making a customer for life. do your research this dealership before going.

He was extremely knowledgable about all the cars and trucks on the lot. He then took me through some options on buying and had great ideas on how to keep some money in my pocket and still get the monthly payment right where I needed it to be. I have been bringing my truck here for service ever since I bought my truck here in early 2018. Had I not purchased the service package I wouldn t have been back from day one. They have zero respect for appointment times. I schedule an oil change and it takes a minimum of two hours and usually longer. Like today as I m sitting here typing this I ve been here since 12:30 waiting for an oil change and a recall fix, I was told this would be a total of 2 hours, it is currently 3pm and they told me another hour. I am missing a work appointment because of them and all they can say is sorry it s taking so long . I worked as an automotive service manager for 6 years and would never have gotten away with treating customers this way. Oil changes should never take more than one hour (I can easily do them in 15mins with a lift) don t bring your vehicle here ever, they also charge way more than most mechanics.

I came in 2 days ago for a oil change and I honestly felt uncomfortable in the beginning due to the Corona but they have it set up so conveniently within 2 mins I was greeted by Alex Calcone he asked me what was my needs and addressed any other questions that I had. I bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado one of the salesmen was Luis Rojas on 12/5/2018 in 5 days it rained and he got water from the roof to the truck, the next day he took her to services attended by Cristina Luna there determined that the water it was put through the back glass, to change it was a long and complicated process with information failure, Luis Rojas as a salesman hid me and did not answer a couple of calls then he did not want to answer I felt no support, between visits and bad understood spent the days until the day 12/30/2018 that I delivered it with the replacement of the glass for then they solved me with a car rented to date to yesterday 1/4/2019 it rained again and it was returned to put the water in the same place and in the same way, take it today 1/5/2109 for review and I could not leave it in review because they could not lend me a car I hope to take it on Monday and be faster at the time to solve problems with the new cars that they sell until now I have had very bad experience with carl black Orlando in colonial E there is very bad organization

I tried a Chevy dealer in the area and it was just standard meet and greet. I then went to Carl Black and instantly knew it was different here. 1)Huge Chevy/GMC selection. 2)music playing like a party was happening 3)sales reps lined up shooting hoops laughing looking like they love their jobs.4) Then I meet Ali Mahmoud. Ali was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met on being able to compare trucks. Even trucks from several years back to now. Most importantly he was not pushy, very conversational, and listened well. As a salesperson over 20 years I admired his skill set because Ali truly understands the art of selling is listening not talking. Needless to say I will come to him first everytime I buy a vehicle and so should you!!!

As with all car dealerships, buyer be aware. They will lie to get your business. Watch the fine print and do not trust what they say. Especially when closing and they offer a service plan. They will say it includes maintenance for 5 years, ie. Oil changes and tire rotation and that it will pay for itself. It is just an extended warranty. Also, the car I wanted was not im stock...they said it was but then had it shipped from another dealer. I waited longer than they said.

We bought a Corvette Easter weekend. They were doing a special drawing for anyone that bought a vehicle. Our salesman David Selden could not find the handbook or second set of keys. Told us on several occasions he would call us back and only called back after many calls from us. Told my husband when the items were found that they would be delivered to the house instead called me while my husband was at work and told me to come pick them up, while there we discussed the drawing and he told me we had won (there was to be 10 winners). Assured me we would receive a check in the mail. It never happened, I contacted the sales manager Sam Brutus
who told me he would look into it etc. and that a check would be issued. Never heard from him again. I called and left him several more messages and to date never received a call back or the check in the mail. Very, very disappointed with this dealership and their lack of honesty and poor customer service.
