Best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Dillon Pellegrino was my salesman and he was very patient with me from the test drive to showing me how to get familiar with my new Enclave. Louis Leon, Finance Mgr, was also great to work with. He was very informative as far as my financing options.

The service was excellent. Ish and Justin worked very hard and dilligently to get me the best deal for the car I really wanted and loved. They definitely have my future buisness as they made the process of buying a car so simple and painless.

This dealership experience was pretty awesome. I found the exact specific truck I wanted, drove there and was greeted by their team but never once felt like they were swarming me. I explained which vehicle I wanted to see and the rest is history. The finance office can be super intimidating to me and this was not. The guys and gals at Carl Black were great. We bought a 2019 Traverse on 3.24 19. The finance managers did not hide anything from us. They gave me a fair amount for my 11 year old trade that was shall I say, well loved. They did not have an obnoxious amount of dealer installed add ons that normally jack up the advertised price by a couple thousand dollars. There was no back and forth with the guy behind the glass. The guy behind the glass came out shook my hand and openly presented everything they were looking at to get us a safe reliable ride. They did not park a more expensive car next to ours to try and intice us into something we did not ask for. We were not at all pressured and they gave my wife and I space and time to make our decision. Everyone there was genuinely excited by us saying yes to them and not another dealer. I know they have quotas and goals to hit, but you can tell they all care enough about their Image as a dealer to truly make buying there more pleasant so in the end they benefit from another sale. This was by far the best experience I ve had purchasing a car. From the beginning Jeff was friendly and listened to all the things that I liked in a car and pulled the perfect vehicle. I sat with John to do all the paperwork. He explained everything and made the final part of the purchase super smooth and quick. Loved this place and can t stop telling everyone about it!

With a google search, I found what I thought I wanted at Carl Black Orlando. Upon arriving Saturday morning, was met in the parking lot by Matt Miller who asked a variety of questions to determine my driving style, needs and wants. Matt brought around the make & model I had requested for a test drive. I very quickly determined that vehicle was not the right fit for me. Guessing Matt already knew it, but was patient in letting me come to that realization myself. Matt showed me some slightly used makes/models that fit more of my wants and needs, but prior searches had initially found to be out of my budget. Test driving confirmed it was a good fit for my needs and wants, and Matt worked very hard to make it fit my budget! Great showroom atmosphere, Great Sales rep, Excellent experience!

Josh Neville was the sales representative who assisted me at Carl Black Chevrolet and it was a great experience. I was upside down on my current car and Josh worked hard to help me get my previous car taken care of and put me in a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Malibu and I love it and my payments are where I asked them to be. I didn't have to go back and forth negotiating the price. I went in and told Josh my issue with being upside down on my car, the reason I wanted to trade it, the payments I wanted and he was able to get it all taken care of in a day. Josh was very professional and I could tell he had my best interest in mind and wasn't just trying to make a sale to benefit himself. As I was puling out his manager Matei walked over to introduce himself and let me know Josh worked hard to get me the deal I had asked for and also thank me for my business. Upon deciding it was time to get a new vehicle, my husband and I visited Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC and met Luis Rojas. My husband and I were looking for a specific vehicle, a good deal and had lots of questions. Luis was not only patient in answering every question we had, but also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Because the vehicle I wanted had just arrived and had not been cleared for a test drive, we assumed a test drive would not be possible. Luis, however, went back into the office, and managed to make it possible for me to drive the vehicle in a nearby road. (I knew at that moment, that was DEFINITELY the vehicle we wanted!) When the wait to begin processing our paperwork seemed to be taking too long, Luis made sure to find another member of the financing department in order to complete the process in a timely manner. Luis made what could have otherwise been a lengthy, monotonous process, and turned it into a positive and memorable experience. After a 7.5 year history with Carl Black, our family is ready for 7.5 more, thanks to Luis.

What a joke to start with. Got talked into a 40,000 truck, being a Chevy owner for all my life, I didn't think I was getting into anything bad. A little after 250 miles I noticed a vibration at highway speeds, I immediately took this in for service and was turned down because Carl black doesn't work on cars without at least 500 miles on them. So when my truck hit 510 miles I took it back. It sat on the lot for 8 days before even being pulled into the shop to be looked at. I was told the tires were bad and they replaced all 4 tires.. according to the DOT NUMBERS they only replaced 3. The 2nd time I brought it back for the same issues it again sat on the lot for 5 days this time and they finally drive the truck and determined it was one tire this time. After test driving the truck I realized the concern was still there. Upon the 3rd time back they told me nothing at all was wrong with the truck. Low, and behold the problem still exists, after embarrasing Carl black and thier associates , the so called GM calls me and goes on teat drive with me and personally tells me he can see and feel my problem, tells me they will fix thier problem. After 7 days this time they told me they changed 3 tired when I was told all 4 tires would be replaced by CERTIFIED GM TIRES.. I come to realize only 3 had been replaced.. And here is the kicker.. When I asked for proof other tires had been replaced I.E. THE DOT NUMBERS... THEY SAID THEY NEVER WRITE DOWN THE NEW DOT NUMBERS FOR THE TIRES THEY INSTALL. IT IS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW THAT DOT NUMBERS BE TRACKED. I HAVE BEEN A TECHNICIAN FOR 10+ YEARS AND THEY KEEP TRYING TO GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND LIKE I DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. PLEASE PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A DODGE OR A FORD. CHEVY WILL NOT AND CANNOT HELP. WHAT A JOKE FROM START TO FINISH. I HOPE THIS WILL HELP SOMEONE ELSE FROM GWTTING RIPPED OFF AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND

Had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2020 Bolt from Leonard Willis. We had been treated very unprofessionally at our local dealership and drove 2 hours across Florida to purchase our Bolt here. Leonard was extremely knowledgeable about the Bolt, which is definitely a car that will take some time to learn! They had the exact car we were looking for. My husband contacted them and they were super fast to get back to us and have the car ready to go. Great price and no hassle at all. They didn t have the fast charger we needed for the car, but Leonard printed out specific paperwork with part numbers and price for exactly the part I needed, so I could order it closer to home. I will say when I went to get the part locally, they wanted to charge me more, but because of the paperwork I already had printed out from Leonard, they agreed to match that price. Wish this dealership wasn t so far from me. Would definitely purchase there again.

I have recently had my second experience with this fantastic dealership. First in the Fall of 2015 when I first signed my lease, and just recently when I decided to buy out that same lease because I love my car. On both occasions I had stellar service from everyone involved. They helped me get my payments right where I wanted them and helped me pick out a new car that was clearly ideal since I still don't want to give it up yet.

I recently moved and live hree hours away from Orlando. I thought I would have to head back into town in order to finalize my loan and paperwork but salesman Matt Miller quickly and professionally expedited the entire process over the phone and within an hour nonetheless. The entire process was seamless and he was fantastic to deal with.

The customer service at this location is exceptional. The culture seems to built around professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. You leave feeling like you have been treated well and fairly, which unfortunately these days, is often difficult to come by.

They have decent cars at decent prices but I found another deal elsewhere and the lady on the phone wouldn't take no for an answer. I kept telling her "We already submitted a credit application for another car, we are happy with what we are getting but thanks anyways."

Well sir we can normally beat our competitors blah blah blah... No means NO lady.
She called me back twice after I hung up on her and keeps leaving me voicemails. I ended up just blocking the number. WAY too pushy.

I have bought two vehicles from Carl Black and have always had a great experience every time. They treat you like family and always get you the best deal possible. Raheim Brown was my salesperson and took the time to show me everything my vehicle had to offer, please ask for him when you come in. Will definitely recommend and come back for my next vehicle.

Watch out for a guy named Lance Martin, he is a crook with a huge temper. When I didn't accept his junkyard value for my trade-in or the new car price for his used truck, he threatened me and then laid his hands on me. I refused to engage in a fight over a truck or get strong armed into buying something overpriced. Lance Martin is completely unprofessional and is a desperate used car sales man. Orange or Fountain GMC will definitely treat you better than this mental asylum. Its also comical that the "owner" only replies to the 5 star reviews on Google, that alone should tell enough... caveat emptor.

For a year, I've been stuck with a car that left me on the side of the road, overheated just going down the road, and every time something was replaced, something else broke. I came here and spoke to Matt Miller and he made it happen, even after a few months of not being able to get me approved he was persistent. I had no credit and very little money, but he worked through it and got me a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. Highly recommended!

I found the GMC Sierra I wanted with low miles at Carl Black. Ali and JR were very helpful and attentive. It was a pleasant and easy experience. I am giving 5 stars, but was slightly disappointed in the wait time to get to the finance department, considering it was a cash deal. However, I understand it was a Sunday and only 1 finance manager was on duty. Once in that office, all went smoothly. I believe 5.5 hours could have been 2-3 on another day with 2 finance managers present. Love the truck so far! Would definitely recommend Carl Black.
