The biggest problem I had was with the bill. I was not told that for each problem that there would be a separate charge for the diagnosis, and the price for the headlight bulbs was twice what I was told. None of this was told to me BEFORE the work was done. You need to be more up front with your charges. This bill was 150.00 dollars too high for what was done to my car since most of the work was done under warranty, and I was told two different times that if the parts were under warranty, then so would the diagnosis would be also. So I believe I was sold a bill of goods and will probably hesitate before having work done again.

***8 Months Later June 2019***
I changed my rating due to the service department. I went in today at my appointment time for an oil change and 2 service recalls on my 2018 GMC. I was told by the advisor Corey Roe that it would be 2 maybe 2.5 hrs. Which I expected. I waited just over 2 hours and then asked Corey for an update on my vehicle. He went to check and said that the oil change was done but the technician hadn't even started on my vehicle for the recalls. This was a total waste of my time because it does not take 2 hours to do an oil change. In conclusion, after you buy your vehicle you will not be a valued customer. I will not be back for anything that has to do with servicing my vehicle.
Worst service experience I have ever had. Never been told by a dealer to drop it off at 0730 and theyll get to it when they can and then a full day later say they dont even have the part. Ridiculous. All for a recalled airbag. I will drive the extra 30 minutes to another GMC dealer. The incompetence and idiocy here is unmatched at any place I have ever done business.
With even a bit of a troubled credit score, the Team at Carl Black worked tirelessly to get me into the vehicle I wanted with an affordable payment!

Unfortunately the service department is less than delightful. They are rude and extremely dismissive. "John" was one of the most impolite people in customer service I think I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Sales - awesome! Service - terrible. Do not buy into the loaner vehicle situation; there is no guarantee regardless how far in advance you make your reservation, request, follow up request and confirm availability.

Ordered a new 2020 Traverse Premier with Travis. When the car arrived I was called, text, and emailed for two days 5 or 6 times a day until we could get in there. We set an appointment time and came in at the scheduled time it took almost an hour for a fantastic kid named Xavier to take over for Travis since he wasn t there. He helped the best he could and answered as much as he could. With a fussy baby it still took 5 hours for them to close the deal. In the meantime the dealership still and hour or so from closing and the entire staff was partying with Louis Vuitton gifts and expensive liquor bottles (including Travis). The deal we feel as if we got taken to the cleaners and to boot the calling and hassling to get us to come in was so they could have the car detailed and ready for us when we arrived instead we got a dirty car and an empty tank. Next time I need to buy a car I m going anywhere else. Do not shop here!!!!!!!

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I was sent here by Chevrolet after my local dealer never actually addressed an issue with my car. After driving an hour to get here they tell me they need my car for a couple of days before they can even look at it. When I made the appointment they knew I was coming from out of county so one would think that if you knew you would need it for a couple of days that you would have a solution in place to be able to keep the vehicle. I was told that all 80 of their loaners were out with no idea when any would be back and given no kind of solution to how I could even have my vehicle looked at. Keep in mind this entire time they never even pulled up my details to even know anything about me, at least the previous dealer I dealt with PRETENDED to care which these guys couldn t be bothered to even do that. So in all I wasted 2 hours of my time and miles on my car both of which I ll never get back and I still have the problem. Thanks for nothing.
Carl black is the reason I will not purchase another Chevrolet in the future. My family had a terrible buying experience with another vehicle and I still brought my new Camaro for service, couldn t duplicate the issue I have DAILY with my transmission.

My experience began on December 26, so I m a little late in posting my review, but I couldn t be happier with my choice. Let me make it clear that buying a vehicle is worse, to me, than going to the dentist and I absolutely hate going to the dentist. When I pulled onto the lot I was greeted by a very polite young man by the name of George Smith and after about 10 minutes sitting down and talking to him I felt fully confident and comfortable that George would take good care of me. He was very tentative to what I was looking for and not once did I feel I was being pressured to make a decision. I definitely put him to the task. Before I left that day I told George if he could get me in a used vehicle and also trade my wife out of her current vehicle into a new vehicle keeping my payments where I needed them that I would be very interested. The following day I received a text message from George telling me that he was excited to meet with me that he thought he had something to present and wanted to know the best available time. My wife and I ended up going back on that Saturday and through the process we worked with not just George, but two other courteous and very helpful individuals Matt Miller and John Palko. Matt and John worked hard to not only get the financing but get the best deals for my wife and I. Long story short I drove off the lot with a beautiful 2016 Chrysler 300 and my wife was in a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. We couldn t be happier. This was our first time at Carl Black and I would highly recommend them.
I am disappointed with the price of the service, When I called Carl Black to ask what was the price for Transmission flush I was told 249.00. When I bought my car in Karin was charging me 249.00 and also I was getting 10%. When it was completed I was charged 258.20. When I sent Karin a text asking why the charge she said it was because I needed 12 quarts for my SUV. I should have been told it depended on the quartz for price I was never told this. I always go there for service and never had a problem.

They took advantage of the fact that I m a 22 year old female buying their first car alone and charged me $10K more than what my 2014 Chevy Cruze is actually worth!! I come to find out after that it s only worth about $8K. But I m paying $17K over the next 6 years and when I tried to trade it in for something else AT THEIR DEALERSHIP (thinking that they d at least attempt to take care of their existing customer) they told me no you have negative equity we can t help you well OBVIOUSLY! When you re making it impossible for me to make a dent in the total that s obviously going to happen! If I didn t absolutely need this car I d set it on fire and leave it at the dealership! I ll never recommend any of my friends to get a vehicle from Carl Black Orlando because all they do is take advantage!!
