How does a 2017 Chevy Colorado have 2016 tires and dry rot after 2 1/2 years. They don t care. Don t bother trying to talk to Carl Black s service department. Poor customer service. We were told that happens when you live in Florida. Never in the 40 years of living in Florida have we ever had dry rot tires.

I came in for the second oil change on my 2018 Terrain Denali. My appointment was at 10am and I left just after 12pm. Although this is much better than the first service appointment, I still think that an "express lane" oil change shouldn't take over 2 hours. However, the dealership offers a very comfortable lounge while your vehicle is serviced. It is clean, there was coffee, I was offered water and popcorn, and there is a TV and a phone charging station. The service advisor, Karen B., was friendly and helpful and I would be happy to see her again the next time we are there for service. Thank you Carl Black GMC !!

Dropped off the third vehicle I have purchased from Carl Black in three years for service. I had left a DeWalt hammer drill in the back seat if my truck in the bag it came it. This was on a Thursday around 10am. I realized the drill was left and returned to Carl Black at ooening the next day. When I went to retrieve my drill from the truck I think had been stolen. Not only did Carl Black not seem to care about it at all they insisted on charging me a $167.00 diagnostic fee for looking at my truck. I understand it's my fault for leaving it in the truck but come on. Less then 24 hours and it was stolen? Not to mention only the drill was stolen and the carrying case remained.

I will never return to purchase a car here.

Let's also address that my truck was 2k miles over warranty and the HVAC lines had begun to leak from the welds. According to to the service writer this is a very common problem in GMC trucks. SMH........

We had an amazing shopping experience at Carl Black! Our salesman was Raheem and he was the BEST! He was super knowledgeable, patient and worked with us to get the best deal possible. I would not only recommend Carl Black, but would also recommend you specifically ask for Raheem! He rocks! Service with a smile!

-Unfortunately, as the business owner has replied with inaccurate information I must clarify so other potential customers will have the opportunity to see what this business truly is about; upon calling to ask about said repair and a potential appointment I conveyed that another business was afraid to work on Corvettes and I inquired IN DETAIL about the repair work I was requesting and triple verified that they were willing to attempt to repair the tire. I made it clear it had small a nail in the center of the tread, not a slow leak. Simply put, for the feeble minded owner, you don't waste over three hours of someone's day and expect them to smile about it. You earned this review - Original review follows:
I called three days ahead about having a tire repaired. I explained in detail what I was needing and etc. An appointment was made and I drove over 50 minutes to go here specifically and and waited over an hour then I was turned away by the owner because they said they couldn't do the work. Normal Corvette tire and normal patch job. Took it down the road and it was no problem. Take it as you will but it speaks for itself.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado Z71 4x4. Iv'e been to a lot of dealerships... but, I will say your salesmen and staff are top notch!
My Day was filled with kind and courteous people everywhere.
I was asked several times through out the day by different people If I Could be helped or needed anything..My sales by Reggie Weams was very very pleasant along with Bob Yokes,even the financial manager was pleasant to deal with..which is usually one of the most stressful parts of the deal...lol....Overall whats happening at this dealership with the people running it and working there...Don't change a thing your people are top notch!
Will definitly be driving over an hour and returning for my next Chevy Purchase ...

Long distance purchase for my son's vehicle. Basically everything handled via email. Dealership sent someone to meet my son that lives in Orlando to test drive vehicles. That was very helpful, since he did not have transportation. Response time for quick and communication very professional and courteous.

I had an appointment for an oil change. I was there over 3 hours.

All my years owning different makes of vehicles, this is by far the worst dealership I have had to deal with. Luckily we have a extended warranty, nonetheless we have been four different times to just get our power windows fixed and it is STILL not working. Our engine light keeps coming back on.. poor mechanics. This is to the point I am writing the board of directors of Carl Black Orlando for the worst service possible.

Overall experiance with service was great ! Kyle Cloud especially showed himself a valuable asset to the dealership.

Just want to give a quick shout out to Matt Miller. My mother was recently travelling from out of state and had an issue with her Malibu leaking antifreeze. When she drove up to the dealership she wasnt sure where to go initially.
That's where Matt came in to help. He not only listened to her issue but led her to the service area where she was introduced to Tony. Tony took over from there and it turned out to be a simple water pump under warranty repair. Thank you.
What stands out was that Matt was busy selling a car to another customer and after turning it over to Tony he could have just checked out and disappeared. He did not. He not only checked on her while the car was being worked on but made sure she was able to get on her way safely afterwards.

William Watson at Carl Black GMC has been my salesmen during the process of purchasing of my 2017 Terrain. His professional demeanor and eagerness to help during all phases of the experience have been nothing but exemplary. He has answered all my questions both technical about the vehicle and things required to attain the available rebates. During the course of the transaction it was required to create a We Owe as I needed to have a trailer hitch installed. William worked with Bryan Levitt in the service department to set-up all the required paper work to make sure that my hitch was ordered in a timely and I had no effort involved in making it happen. William is truly very aware of the sales area and additionally the support areas needed to make an outstanding buying experience! Horrible service Department and would not recommend to anyone. Was told they do not
make service appointments in fact they are behind on service. So even if you are told you have an appointment it s not an appointment . Spoke to Service Advisor and to Manager and they state this is standard in the industry. In fact they are days behind so your vehicle will generally not even be serviced the day you drop it off for the appointment. I can tell you it is not standard. Reading from all the other reviews I m not the first to experience this horrible treatment at their service department.

This is my second vehicle I purchased from here and I have to say this was by far the best customer service I've ever experianced. Full of little punk frat boys. Rude and horrible salesmen. Completely disrespectful to potential buyers. Throwing up in front of customers outside, instead of running to a bathroom, disgusting! I highly recommend not wasting your time or money there. I sure as hell wont!

We had changed the battery in our Fob. Then the Fob wouldn't work. We called GMC and obtained the security access code and the Fob worked great. But the next day the batteries were dead in the Truck nicknamed (The Beast). We charged the batteries and again over night they drained. We called GMC and we were instructed to take the Truck to a Certified GMC dealership. We called around our area where we live and no one was Certified GMC. We Found Carl Black. We bought New Batteries for the Truck and drove to Carl Black it was after hours but Sean Womer was still there working. Sean programmed the Fob. Both the Fob and the Truck were working. Hey!!!!!! we left the truck over night to make sure nothing else was draining the batteries. We knew we had a small leak in the Power Steering. Gave the OK to inspect and give us a quote. Everything was in line Fair and Reasonable. We OK'ed the repairs and picked up the truck the same day after we finished working. Sean offered to stay late so we could get the truck. Luckily we were there before closing time. GREAT JOB SEAN !!!!!!

A reasonably quick and hassle-free vehicle purchase. Staff, Raheifm Brown in sales and Hector Jimenez in finance, were competent, courteous and quick in getting the deal done. No problems, no complaints.

Seriously do not understand the sales technique of this Dealership. How can you advertise an auto at a certain amount all over the web, and when you get
the trade in value of your own car for that advertised
vehicle, they add on $ 1296 to the total sales price
for the so called finish upgrade that they do for all cars before they put them up on the web. Would you not think they would add that amount to the listed
price when they advertise the vehicle? We are not
happy, and we will be pursuing this after being ignored by a so called sales manager by the name of Brian, who shouldn t be in any customer relations
job.

At first some typographical errors made my experience uncomfortable, but the situation was cleared up by the finance manager Bryan and Jack, our sales rep. Was told to bring my vehicle in for appraisal for a better estimate. I scheduled an appointment and was asked twice to confirm. As soon as I got there they told me the appraiser was out for the day and then they didn't even make me an offer! What a waste of my time!

i had an appointment for an oil change and it took almost two and a half hours to complete.The representative,however, did make an accomodation for the wait with an offer of a discounted service bill. I appreciated that.I do like the walkaround video that is sent by the technician upon completion.

At Carl Black Chevrolet everybody has a red carpet experience as far as I'm concerned which entails respecting each customer and each guest with honor and integrity. My husband bought me a brand new 2016 Chevy Tahoe for Christmas... A surprise as you would see on a commercial.
