Update: if I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. I had a slew of issues with my first sale due to faulty equipment and came back to them for help. They not only stepped up the challenge but they moved heaven and Earth to make up for the vehicular issues and solved every problem that popped up with due diligence and sheer force of will. I'm now a customer for life and will be sending anyone who listens to there direction simply because I never have interacted with a place that genuinely cares and tries to always make things right.

Was in Orlando on vacation and my 2013 Equinox was having light issues. Stopped in and the service department was busy. Young man named Bryan Moon was helping us. We just purchased our Tahoe in December 2019. We had a tire blowout in most likely what was a defect. We brought the vehicle in the day after the blowout without an appointment. The young lady who greeted us was great. The service manager looked at the tire and agreed it was an unusual circumstance. He replaced it for free and put the spare and all the jack equipment back. While we were there, the service department completed our maintenance. We were given a shuttle ride to the local mall while we waited. An overall great experience given we didn't expect to have a flat tire. When I purchased the vehicle, I was looking for a dealership that really valued me as a customer for the life of the vehicle, not just until the sale was complete. I think I have found what I was looking for with Carl Black! Thank you for a great experience in an industry that usually disappoints.
I've had the best salesman from the time I bought my new 2019 Chevy Equinox to a month after when I needed a service done to my car and get a loaner car! He always has answered me immediately and goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my needs are met and taken care of. I called the service department and it seemed like I got the run around but when I reached out to Josh, he handled it and made sure to include me in every step of the process. If you're in the market for a new car, make sure you stop and see Josh, you'll be doing yourself an injustice if you don't. He makes it happen!
I got my GMC Canyon from Carl Black. Be aware of the gap insurance clauses. I feel I was mislead in terms of being able to cancel it at anytime, as I was told. You actually have to refinance to cancel the expensive gap insurance. Also, I got my car serviced there today and you would think they would at least include a car wash with their service. One would expect this from a higher end car purchase.

Having recently moved here from Rochester NY, I needed to find a new dealer for service on my 2017 Malibu. My daughter moved here a couple of years ago and recommended Carl Black. She said they were excellent. She was right. I had a check engine light on and they were quick to diagnose it and make the repair. My service writer, Patrick, was prompt and helpful. Being a GM worker for 30 years and retired I can safely say that GM is lucky to have Carl Black Dealership as part of their organization.

What a horrible experience I had leasing from Carl Black. I attempted to turn my lease in 4 months early. I paid an extra $20 each month for the smart lease program which is supposed to cover excess wear on the vehicle. (Side note, the first sales person I spoke with about turning in the truck made a comment that I kept the truck immaculate ) Unfortunately one of the sets of keys was misplaced during my 3 year lease. Today, I was informed that a set of keys is not covered under the contract of the smart lease program and they would be charging me over $300 to replace the set of keys. I was Unhappy that I had paid extra the entire time and they couldn t help me with the keys, so I requested to speak with a manager. The manager advised there was nothing he could do to help me and made no attempt to compromise. I expressed my displeasure with his service and attempted to leave the showroom however the manager then blocked me from leaving by physically standing in the doorway. This forced me to request him to not block my path so that I could leave and he then got out of my way. One phone call to a key replacement company found that it would cost less than half of what Carl Black was charging to replace the key. I don t understand. Why can t they help me when I paid on time and even early? When I paid for extra coverage? And why does their manager think he can block anyone from leaving the showroom? Clearly they do not care about their customers. Due to the incident with the manager I attempted to get in touch with their customer service online. The online rep fielded my complaint and assured me another manager would contact me about the situation. 4 days later and no contact. Do not do business with Carl Black Chevrolet.
Customer service at the best. They do their best to get you the best deal. Advice...give them time to work with the deal, at the end it will be worth it!!! Trust me. Thanks to Matei, Hector and John Palko!!!

We just purchased our first business vehicle from Carl Black Chevrolet, a 2020 Silverado. Our salesman, Dan, was very friendly and attentive! He setup the installation of our running boards with the service department for the following week so all went quickly & smoothly.
The only reason I did not give 5 s is because I felt there should have been better communication in regards to the service package the finance manager sold us on. We really didn't want to purchase that but were told our application would have to be restructured & resubmitted and could cause us to lose the percentage rate we had been approved for. In the end, we just went with it but definitely felt the pressure during our time in the office.
Other than that, we were very happy with our experience!!
I had a really lovely experience at Carl Black today. I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time, especially by Kenny, who was fantastic. The rest of the staff that was a part of my afternoon (Alex, Hector), were really lovely as well. I expected shopping for a car to be really intimidating but they really made sure that from the test drive all the way to financing that I knew everything that was going to happen/going on and that I was comfortable. All of my questions were answered and they moved me through the process as quickly as they could, which was appreciated. Service department lacks customer service. I have been waiting for them to call me back to re-schedule my Trax for a recall issue. It s been almost 2 months!! I had an appointment scheduled, and when I showed up, I was told that I would have to leave it for 2 - 3 weeks. The service advisor went to check on a loaner he offered. No inventory on loaners to give. I was going to come back when the parts were in, but I had to sign a form that releases the dealership from any liability if it breaks down. The appointment never should have happened!! No one has called me back! Terrible service with a big oh well from them. The sales department tried to sell me another car on top of that. No Way!!!

I thought they were helpful and honest until I found out they had lied and sent the full check to my ex on a car that I made every payment on and brought all the documents to show. My ex even admitted to forging the check, cashing, and using it. They will never get my business, nor any friends or family after lying to me. How can I make this "no "?

Justin really went out of his way in order to get me the vehicle that I really wanted. John, the finance manager went out of his way to get me a better interest on my payment. Everyone was very cooperative. Justin still has to figure out why my car does not auto lock. That so far is the only issue I have with my vehicle. Looked for a part on internet. Lowest price was $35 plus $12 shipping. Got it at Carl Black for $50 and it is OEM. Parts salesman (Brandon) was great. The parts was not on stock. He ordered and it was there next day, no extra charge. Called me, as promised, to let me know part was in. Very cordial atmosphere at pickup time. Brandon ran the bill while a co-worker went for the part. In and out in 20 minutes. Great service!
I moved to Orlando after being overseas with the military. When I tried to register my Chevy, I was told I would need to take it to a dealer and get it appraised in order to pay the import taxes on it. I called Carl Black of Orlando and asked for their assistance in getting my appraisal done and was informed they would not help me. The only way they would appraise my vehicle was if I was trying to purchase a new vehicle from them. I am appalled by Carl Black's lack of customer service. When I am ready to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new Chevrolet, I will make sure it is not from this dealership. I will also endeavor to make sure that my family and friends take their business elsewhere as well. Many people claim to support our military but Carl Black only supports their bottom line.
I received excellent service from John Palko at the Carl Black Chevy/Buick dealership! When he inherited me as a customer I was somewhat disgruntled because of previous inaccurate information I had received - but John bent over backward to make sure I was taken care of. I had been a Honda customer for 3 or 4 leases and frankly I almost went back, but he really went out of his way to get me great customer service and a great deal on a lease. Also - the thing I most appreciated was he was respectful of my time. Everyone hates that it takes hours to get a car, but as soon as I mentioned that I was in a hurry, he had a noticeable sense of urgency. He always made sure I knew that things were being expedited, and he even helped me go turn in my Honda lease while the financial stuff was being done so we could save time. As a side note: on the day I was car shopping I went to every dealership on Colonial/50 and Semoran/436 - 8 or 9 different places in total. This dealership had one of the best customer service experiences.

Took vehicle I for a noise and rotate and balance. The noise is still here and you can clearly hear it, they said they could not hear it must be deaf. Also did not rotate my tires like I asked ( still has same tires on front ) and balance is worse than before.
Run!..worst auto repair experience in my life! Paid $2,000 and still not fixed.Mechanics don't seem to know what they're doing and just guess what is wrong and then charge you double what you would pay elsewhere..this is the 3rd time in for the same issue..never again.

If you want friendly service you can trust go somewhere else. The first salesman I worked with ignored my phone calls for three days, consequently the car I was trying to buy got sold before I could even make an offer. When I was paired with a new salesman and a new car the situation did not improve. He would not stop pressuring me into making an impulsive decision to buy a car I didn't really want, and when I refused to put down a down payment he told me, "You need to stop being so difficult if you want a car."

The most dishonest and misleading dealership I have ever encountered! When asked if they would apply GM's rebate promotions they where yes. yes. yes will not be undersold. Not only did they not follow up from my online request they removed all like vehicles from their web site within hours of my request.

Huge waste of time! Drove and hour twice in one day to try and make a deal to buy a new truck. Second time, I brought my husband to take a look and the "manager" Brian, didn't even come out of his glass box ( office) to come introduce himself or anything. Finally after the worst deals ever, he had the sales man show us something we werent even interested my husband just asked for the keys to our car back and said we will just go to Ford, which is when Brian yelled from his office " thats fine but ours is a V8". Not once did he get office his chair to speak with us. Never been treated so poorly. I guess if you don't have perfect credit you are not worth his time. Too bad our bank accounts are full and already went and bought our truck!
