Went there a few weeks back to see about trading my Mustang for an SUV. The salesman assured me we could to the deal, I brought paperwork with figures from a rival dealership. I was there for hours, before they would even give me my car keys back. They do high pressure sales tactics, as well as bait and switch. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

2 hrs for an oil change? Need to hire more techs! I kniw you provide donuts to cutomers but I arrived during opening and watched employees eat most of the donuts! Also coffee has horrible taste! Detail coffee pot! Great customer service but I think if you have been sitting waiting an hour Someone should come to you and tell you whats the hold up especially an oil change!

Recently had transmission problems on my 06 Corvette... Took it in to have it looked at bc I bought an extended warranty on the car... Well turns out the warranty company was only going to warranty one part but not the other and it was going to end up costing me 1800$ I was dealing with Tony in the service department... This man went above and beyond my expectations, he told the warranty company that he wanted a supervisor to come out to the dealership or that they needed to call him bc there was no way both parts shouldn't have been under warranty... (let me add that Zurich themselves told me that he requested to speak to a supervisor before he even told me, so I know he wasn't just feeding me a line) Finally a supervisor from Zurich called him and told him that they were wrong and that both parts would be under warranty... He called me to let me know what was going on and that they were able to fix the car under warranty, they got my car fixed and had it back to me in a timely manner... I was and still am, very appreciative!! He could have just said ok Zurich says it's not under warranty and been done with it, but he took it the extra mile and fought on my behalf!! I walked out the door only paying 100$ I will DEFINITELY be a returning customer even long after my warranty is expired bc of this man!! You couldn't ask for better service!! Completely satisfied and completely taken care of... Thanks Tony!!!!!!!!

The team at Carl Black was amazing! The were able to find the exact car I wanted (2013 Chevy Volt, Premium). They gave me a a fair price for my trade in (2010 Kia Soul)and a great deal on the Volt. The team there makes you feel very welcome. Even the owner checked on me to make sure all was well. Recently we visited the service department. Was not happy with the turn around time to run a diagnostic on the car. Brought the car in on a Thursday afternoon. Wasn't diagnosed until Monday. Dealt with a lady named Christina. My husband has prior experience in car sales for Chevrolet so we know how long it would of taken to run the diagnostic. Don't see us going back for this reason. Understandable we probably came at a busy time but Thursday afternoon, all day Friday, Saturday, and then Monday for a diagnostic was just way to long to keep the car in my experience with a Chevrolet dealer.
Parts Department review only. The old guy at the parts department is so RUDE!! He was throwing the phone and he had a bad attitude. I ordered a part he said it would work for my vehicle and it didn t, I went to return it and he said that the part was installed, SURE it was install because IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE RIGHT PART for my vehicle, he told me that since it was an electrical part they couldn t give me a refund and because It was been more than two weeks, I understand, but my question is ; Why they say the part would work for my vehicle and it was the wrong part? I asked for the manager and instead of trying to understand the mistake of the employee he back him up and told me the same thing, I still asking myself, why they sold me the wrong part and why they didn t admit it and be responsible for they re mistake.

How embarrassing I visited your dealership a little bit before 3pm today. We pulled in and parked. Music was roaring out of the unit parked out front. We walked over to the front pad checked out the traverse that was open. For about 5 mins then we spotted the black Chevy blazer that we came to check out and test drive that was right behind it on the pad. We walked over and it was locked so we saw the one inside. We headed in and played around with that unit for 5 mins. Then checked out the Colorado then looked at yellow ZL1 for a quick second and then To the Tahoe that we sat in for about 5 mins, opening all the doors, sitting in every seat adjusting them. The Sales staff was walking one had a guest right next telling them the finance was almost ready for them, 2 other other guys sitting on the golf cart out side still we yet to be greeted or asked if we need anything. We then walked back to the blazer and sat in that unit again for about 5 mins. And still no help. We then walked aimlessly around the showroom with no one yet to say hi. We decided to leave, But before we headed to our car we walked back to black blazer with a sales guy still on the golf cart and yet again nothing.
My question to the general manager.
How do 2 people spend almost 25 minutes on the lot and Showroom with out being acknowledged by any of the staff on duty that day. That is extremely embarrassing.
The desk manager on duty that day should go spend a day out on the sales floor because he obviously has no idea what is going on in his showroom.
