First and foremost, is been a tremendous pleasure to be a client of Carl Black. Carl Black have come through in so many way for me and my family, I believe this is the 6 vehicle that I have bought from Carl Black and each experience have been extremely positive and professional. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Louis and Junior (JR), for their professionalism and going above and being to ensure I purchase a vehicle for daughter.

They sold me a car that they knew was damaged and ...

They sold me a car that they knew was damaged and didn't tell me. According to the body shop and my insurance appraiser, they say the damage looks like it was just covered up because the bumper (what was hit) was just repainted in the area that was damaged, and that it was glued back on. When I called them about it, they are now refusing to speak with me. Do not buy from them.

I brought my car in for a vibration. A week later I receive video text message showing that all four of my wheels are bent. I asked if it is going to be cover by my 3-36 warranty since the car only has 17500 miles and is 26 months old. I then told NO and to repair it is $3610. The parts are on back order and no idea when they will arrive. I told the service adviser I found GM OEM wheel at House of Wheels can the dealership get them, NO. So I purchase the wheel took them to the dealer to mount my tires and install, align the front end, $583. more. And to boot be told they won't be covered under your warranty, REALLY, you won't cover the ones that came on the $85000 car now. Time to start looking to Porsche and say "Good Bye" to my beloved Corvette. This is my third and last all because of warranty issues.

Zero rating for this dealership!!! We purchased the Chevy Traverse about 3 weeks ago and the transmission is out! We called the service department and received the worse service! Long story short David Maus came to the rescue and towed our car immediately and gave us a loaner. After 2 calls to the GM (Omar Rodriguez) I'm still waiting to hear from him or someone! GM Financial is closed today so waiting to call them tomorrow.

My experience was nothing short of phenomenal with your dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Hector, I walked in on a Friday morning and had a new car purchased in less than a week. Hector went above and beyond and I am sure I gave him a run for his money. I know what I want and met each expectation! I leased a 2015 AWD GMC Acadia Denali that had to be brought in from another location, my running boards were installed and other options ordered so that I was able to take delivery of the car the afternoon it came in. Hector respected my limited time and my desire to not sit in a dealership all day. He responded quickly to all calls, texts, and emails and every reply ended with let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. I even called after the sale to say I was having a hard time getting my IPOD hooked up and he walked me through the process.

Nothing short of a first class act...thank you for the time and help in making this a smooth transaction.

I we in to Carl Black this weekend to see what my options were as my current lease was almost up. We worked with Leo Willis and he did a fantastic job getting me into my new lease and he also sold us a family car, Leo was great to work with, very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was professional and made sure all of my questions were answered before I drove off the lot. I'm incredibly happy with both new cars! Absolutely horrendous customer service, do not was...

Absolutely horrendous customer service, do not waste your time! I came in today for a scheduled appointment, which I had called and verified the night before only to be told I wasn't in the system. The gentleman working the desk insinuated I was lying and even made me prove that I had called the correct location, which I had done multiple times the day before to verify my appointment. Once I had proven I called, it continued to go downhill as they told me they didn't even have the part they needed to fix my car and it would take days for them to even look at! The manager did apologize but proved to be just as incompetent as the rest of the staff when he allowed a claim to my warranty company to be filed incorrectly, making the potential repair not covered. I took a day off of work and drove almost an hour with the promise of having my car fixed in a 30 minute appointment, needless to say I will never be back. Please save yourself the frustration and avoid this establishment at all costs!

Saturday 7/25/2020 4pm Parts Manager was very rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain that GM has issues with the Buick part that I needed they were being bagged and tagged wrong at the plant. If GM has issues with their parts due to all the strikes and parts arriving wrong and the customer needs to order them 2 or 3 times it's not the customer's problem. Don't give him a hard time that he paid a lot of money to get the part and why I don't need one of them because they are incorrect. We just need the right parts. Why this part person "Professional" is giving the consumer such horrible service? I have no idea. I hope the General Manager will contact me to get him up to speed on the situation on how bad his "Manager" Employee Culture is.... Maybe he was having a bad day and he got stuck working a Saturday. There is no excuse to treat a paying customer that way. Especially when GM, Buick parts plant is causing the parts problem.I tried to explain the situation and I recieved no empathy. And he got even more nasty after a called him out on his behavior what a example of leadership of this organization.Very sad that a local business has to buy all there parts out of there area because there local dealer couple of miles dow the road every time we order a part from them we get the same unique treatment this is why we have Carl Black Buick as our last vendor to get our GM parts and we order thousands of dollar in parts every month.

I have 2014 GMC Sierra that literally shuts off causing a loss of power steering and brakes while driving down the road. This is an obvious safety issue. My vehicle has approx 30k miles and SHOULD be covered 100% under factory bumper to bumper warranty.
This dealership refuses to accept my vehicle due to an incoming storm and refuses to put me into a loaner vehicle.
So should I need to evacuate, I do not have a vehicle that is safe to drive. I will NEVER go to this dealership for any reason and will never purchase another Chevy or GMC vehicle as long as I live.

I had set up an appointment to go there and I spoke to 2 different people and not 1 person informed me that I would have to purchase the vehicle before I can even drive it. Complete Trash. Why is the part they replaced January 2017, going bad May 2018? When the AC motor should last welllll beyond that time frame. But it's longer than "12 months" so nothing is covered, so to even have them check it is $130. Thanks for doing a trash job! I really apperciate it!

He was the most helpful person and spent all the time in the world helping me. He changed my life for the better good. Worst experience I have ever had with car service. Arrived 10 minutes before my 10:30 appointment for oil change, lube and tire rotation. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes to complete the service. Finished the service at 3:00, 270 minutes later. I was told Carl Black was short handed causing the delay. I should have been told that when I arrived. I would rescheduled. Terrible

The entire process was very relaxed. We never felt like we were being pressured. Our sales associate Ben F was very patient and personable.
We test drove one car with him. He provided comparison data (e.g., price, mpg, standard vs optional features etc) on a second vehicle before we ended up buying a completely different car. Ben was very pleasant throughout. After the purchase he assisted with setting up the mobile app, Wifi and OnStar.
I highly recommend Carl Black, especially Ben Fordham, to anyone in the market for a new or quality pre-owned vehicle.

We bought a brand new Silverado in November. Turns out that when it rains the third brake light leaks and wets the headliner inside. I took the truck in for repair and they stated they didn t have a loaner vehicle to give me so I was with out a car. My truck was just sitting in the parking lot for about a week since they needed to order the parts for it first. It was imposible to get around so I asked them if I can pick up my car and they can notify me when the part was ready so I can come back with the truck. It is February and I still haven t received a call. I wish they had better customer service.

make an appointment to get 2015 Chevy Truck an oil change, recall fixed, and to have the Chevy truck looked at due to truck stalling . Chevy truck is stalling when turning and dash board flickers after driving for 15-30 minutes. I explained to the lady that answered the phone that I was in Arkansas and that this was my son truck. He is going to college in Orlando. I explained that is a safety issue and needed to be addressed. I received a phone call back, front desk lady said we needed $1100-1200 of maintenance done on the truck. 45,000 mile maintenance. I explained that I would need to know what was wrong with the truck first and how much it would be before committing to the 1100.00 right now. She really didn't have a lot to say about but that the recall should fix it and we needed to do the maintenance on the truck. I gave in and said ok. the next day my son drove his truck to school and turns into the school truck stalls and dash flickers. He immediately took the truck back to the dealership service dept. A mechanic went for a drive with him to see what was going on. The truck didn't stall nor did it flicker. My son called me from the dealership and I spoke with the mechanic. He said he did the recall and the maintenance on the truck but the ticket didn't say anything about it stalling or flickering the day before and apologized for nothing being done the day before. He listened to rant and rave about the lady that I had spoke with. He was very professional but the lady that took my info orginally put my son in danger with a truck stalling. SHE NEVER PUT ANYTHING ON THE TICKET ABOUT WHY I CALLED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
They are still trying to figure out what is wrong with the truck...it is showing low voltage. In fact there is 2 chevy trucks at the dealership with the same problem but no solution. It seems to be a big problem with 2015 Chevy trucks Its all over the internet!! same problems with ours and thousands of dollars later it nothing is fixed. Please pray that ours can be fixed for the safety of my son.

My wife and I even arrived in two different cars and looked around for about 15 minutes until we noticed employees looked at us and not a single person came up to ask if we needed help. Bad car service! This dealership is where I bought my first car with good deal and I expected more from the company. When I took my car to the services I expected the same way when I had it and when they return it to me. Back home, along the way either I clean the car or put things in the car, some things are missing in the car, one is tire inflator kit which it belong in the trunk when purchased the car and later, took the car to service, got the car back home then sudden the kits is missing or should they say misplaced it . Two is there are screws is missing to hold on to the air filter intake in place. It wobble, shaky. Not so great service I received from them.

Called Carl black and ask if I could bring in my corvette for a crankshaft sensor relearn (literally just plugging a computer in) and told them the car didn t run and they said yea bring the car in. After I DROVE 45 MINUTES they tell me they can t work on my car because my car has the radio out. The radio has NOTHING to do with the crankshaft sensor. The manager said the car was too much of a project?? The only thing missing was a radio. THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE MY CAR TO ANOTHER PLACE TO GET WORKER ON. I will NEVER bring another Car to Carl black Chevy and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER TAKE ANY CAR TO CARL BLACK CHEVY AGAIN.

Took my 2017 GMC Denali in for service at Carl Black Orlando on April 12,2018, whereas I was greeted by serviceman Brent. Very polite young gentleman, who even though was attending to another customers issues was very apologetic and would get to me shortly. As soon as he was done he came and did the paperwork to get my vehicle right in. I was leaving the truck for them as I had a ride, seems in no time I received a call from Brent my vehicle was ready for pickup. Amazing how sufficient everyone was. Brent included most of all. I left a very pleased and happy customer of Carl Black. Oh by the way it makes two of us. The lady before me that Brent was assisting, and myself. I got there on a raining day. Ali came to me without hesitation offering his help, few minutes later the manager came out of the dealer with an umbrella!! What amazing customer service!!!
They made me feel like they care about me and my car needs. I wasn t just a number or a sale for them.
I was so pleased with all their attention and the most important thing Ali s knowledge about a car he was showing me. I was sold not only price wise but also because Ali touched all the key selling points.
I ended up buying it!! He knew all the whistles and bells and I was able to teach my kids all the features and functionality of the car.

Outstanding Sales staff. I usually hate going to dealerships and having to deal with sales staff. I'm currently a tire kicker that's researching a lot of different vehicles. Ranging from BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Infiniti, Chevy, GMC, etc. Either looking to get a fast car or a loaded truck.

I'm the kind of customer I would dread having to deal with if I was in sales. At least I am self aware that I'm a pain to deal with. Sometimes you just want to educate yourself before making a purchase.

All I can say is that [[["BRUNO"]]] did an excellent job!!!! Showed me all the vehicles I wanted to see, explained the differences between the packages, wasn't pushy, and still had a great attitude when I left without buying a car. My Husband and I experienced great service! For months, we had been going through an oil consumption test process with Autonation Chevrolet on SR 436. Everytime we would go get the oil level checked, the service members would write full, top off the oil and not accurately record the actual oil level. We were previously told our car was burning a lot of oil during an oil change. We were aware that naturally the car is supposed to burn one quart within 2,000 miles on a properly driven and maintained vehicle. After a few visits of getting full written on the oil consumption sheet, we decided to check the oil level before going to another oil consumption check. We decided to check out Carl Black Chevrolet after hearing from an O'Reilly associate that it would be better to take the car to that dealership. The first visit Corey Roe advised it was definitely burning oil. He recorded the oil level and advised to bring it back the following weekend to see if it was burning excessively. Next visit it was burning a lot more than recommended. Corey was able to get our extended warranty company to cover the repair and he kept us well informed on any updates of the repair. We did have to bring the car back (after our engine was rebuilt) for an unrelated battery issue, but overall, our experience was great and we are glad that Corey and his service team were able to resolve oil burning issue.

(I spent 10k in parts, and service in the last 8 months at this dealership) After leaving dealerships my intercooler pipe kept blowing off. I called the dealership from the side of the road. They told me to come back to the dealership. I returned to the dealership were I was approached by a lot porter. Saying " Do we have a have a problem?"trying to physically fight.

He did not push me to look at other vehicles as I had already done my homework on the type and features of the vehicle I purchased. The process was efficient and moved along quickly. And also they car gave me a motor problem after a year call them they said they will send me someone to get the car to look at it they never did , now I am stuck with the loan and a crappy car that I acne even trade .
