About 2 weeks ago my husband and I decided to purchase a new 2020 Tahoe. Once our new vehicle was at home (garage kept not driven much) we Noticed a small hole / dent in the front grill. After calling and explaining all this to our sales Associate DAVID J. He was on TOP of my concern/car! I was very upset and somewhat in panic mode on how to get this fixed on my brand new Tahoe, bc who wants to drive a new car with a dent right!?

Worst service ever ! I made a appointment for service on my car dropped it off last Wednesday today is Monday no one has called me to update me on my vehicle . I have called them 5 times this morning and get hung up on or transferred to someone else and sit on hold till it hangs up on me. Not professional at all . Do not take your vehicle here for service .

I went to this dealership to trade in my car and purchase a new one. I was frustrated at first but I am glad I was able to leave with a car. I highly recommend asking for Jackwon, he was extremely nice, personable, and helpful. He pushed for me to get the deal I wanted. There were other staff members including managers that did not have good attitudes and were not helpful at all therefore I m glad Jack was there. If it was not for him, I would ve probably left and not gone through with the deal.

Poor customer service and communication. This was my second bad experience here. I figured I would give them a second chance. That was the wrong answer. I should have trusted my instincts.
Service rep and mechanics had me in and out. Great service when I was acknowledge when I first walk in the door.
Waste of time. My car was randomly making a grinding noise so I brought it to get serviced. They had it for over a week before it was returned because they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I thought I was SOL but I took it to a repair shop just in case and the shop I took it to had it fixed by the next day.

The service on Sales side was excellent. I was presented vehicles that I wanted and they worked with me to fit the truck I selected into my budget. Brian Castaldo was my sales rep.
Service side, I had a hard time getting answers and was being sent to individual voicemails. After waiting about 30 min. I called again and everithing went very smopth. Billy in padts and shawn in service were excellent and we scheduled an appointment for service. The GM Parts (bed liner) was less expensive than what I found online. I scheduled.
Leonard Willis and Chris were excellent reps that I felt were honest and fair. I appreciated their professionalism and passion for their job.
I would highly recommend not going to this dealership for sales, as they are incredibly pushy and would not let me leave yesterday as I stated many times I didn t want to pursue business with them. Then they proceeded to blow up my phone with calls/texts/ emails shortly afterward until I finally called and told them to take me off their list. Will not be coming back here and for anyone who wants honest sales experience, go to Car Max in Lee vista.
I made an appointment for my AC to get serviced. The appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. When I arrived it was explained to me that the scheduled appointment was only to speak to a service representative and not a guarantee that my Terrain would get serviced that day. I asked for a loaner and there were none. Once I was seated in the Courtesy Transportation and gave them the address I was told can t go to Casselberry. Luckily, it was just under 10 miles and I was transported. I called back this afternoon to check on my SUV and was again told that it may get worked on today or it may not, and that the appointment I made wasn t a guarantee of service.
So now I m without a vehicle for I don t know how long with a group of people coming in town Thursday.
After the experience I received from my sale professional Brandon Morris I know I ll be back to get my next vehicle. Had it not been for Brandon I was going to go somewhere where I had a less than desirable experience. Yesterday we purchased a new Enclave with the help of Luis Rogas he was with us all afternoon. We started with Omar. Rodriguez and then Luis went and got cars for us to see when they were lined up to see the difference in size, color and details on the insides. Luis couldn t do enough for us making sure we had drinks and were comfortable. There were others involved but Luis took care of us up until we were ready to leave the dealership. Our ride home was great we really enjoyed it. We would give out Luis s name to any of our friends because he really cared and all the other gentlemen were just as helpful. Recently had my 2013 Chevy Cruze serviced here with Ray. The diagnostics took a little longer than expected but Ray kept me posted and once it was in with the technician the actual work was very fast! They used every rebate and coupon they could find for me and set me up with a great courtesy car while I waited. My car is running better than ever and I am very happy with the service :)

Not a good experience. Spent 3 hours sitting around waiting for them to tell us if we were approved or not. Sales rep didn t seem very enthusiastic about making the deal happen and would disappear periodically throughout the process, only to keep coming back with no news or information.

Service department is nice, prices are high as to be expected of a dealership, wait times feel exaggerated and sales people are pushy and will make ridiculous (not cheap, but weird. I've never had any work performed at this dealership yet, but by chance we ran into one of their mechanics named Junior. Super fellow, and while discussing vehicle problems, I mentioned a nuisance problem that our local dealer has not been successful in fixing. With his information now in hand, when we get the money to finally get this fixed, we'll know exactly if the service group is pulling our leg.

Worst experience ever. I was in contact with someone on the chat site. They did not know anything about cars. They lie to you to get you in the door. When they found out that I wanted a $60,000+ car. I receiver text messages from the sales manager who said he would personally take care of me when I got there. Upon arrival he had no idea who I was. Walked away to research and came back with a young kid that knew nothing about the car and said he's busy now so this kid would take care of me. They did not have the color I wanted and said they could get it from a sister dealership. I left and came back another day to purchase the vehicle and they said they didn't have it. That's why I came back, because they said they had it. They could not show me a picture and did not know what dealer had it. Then they said there system went down so they couldn't research it. They offered me the black or white one that they had there. I immediately walked out. They were all a bunch of liers. Please don't go here. I went to AutoNation Chevy and left with the car I wanted the same day.
