Highly disappointed in this dealership . A few weeks ago I came in to purchase a GMC truck . Made an appointment with Brian to only be seen by someone else . Seen Brian once throughout for him to greet us and that s it . Got the run around after paper work was signed and lack of communication I was done . Went somewhere else where I was able to walk out with a Chevy truck I wanted . I decided to give Carl Black a second chance this time dealing with service . Made an appointment for Friday morning , dropped it off and It has now been 2 days and no update . I ve had to call and get an update and the truck hasn t been even been looked at or touched . Communication there is a big problem as well as slow service . I m very disappointed and will be taking my truck to another dealership to get what I need handled .

At first the staff was a little slow on helping. Once they begin to help you, they really go to bat to earn your business and try to get you the best deal possible. My salesman Anzu and John Palko were really great as did there best to get me the best deal. The reason for me giving 4 stars is due to lack of communication from the finance department. However if I'm a buying customer, I should feel like I have your undivided attention in helping me. Service dept is horrible. Well, the people are noce but the repair guys don't know what they are doing. My husband and I poured thousands of dollars in our 2009 Acadia to repair it to take it home and the check engine light to come on within a week. This happed on 4 separate occassions. I would continue to take it back to say nothing is fixed to be told they cannot replicate the problem. Oh and the best part is, the 3rd time, my car was stolen from their garage. They found it and fixed the physical damage from the robbery but returned it to me with the engine problem unresolved. By this point, I've had it. I called the GM corporate office. That call was the answer to prayer. Once i placed the call, i immediately received a call from the service mgr, who I had spoken to on the 4th return regarding my concerns. The 5th time is when they actually fixed the problem. It should not have taken months and a call to GM Corporate to have my SUV repaired correctly. The 1 star is for the nice staff and nice loaner vehicles I was able to drive while the repairs were being made.

Traveled 40 miles to this dealership in search of the deal/offer I found online. Sales consultant Ryan Sibble-Brice had the car out and ready for me to test drive upon arrival. He was also very knowledgeable about my car of interest and told me about all the features. He was very helpful and patient with all the negotiating process. I bought my second Camaro from Carl Black when my first one was totaled. My experience with dealerships, as a woman, has never been great. Carl Black wasn't pushy and they helped me go through my options knowing I was a student at the time. What really sold this dealership to me though, was the service department. I have been bringing my Camaro to Bryan in the service department for 5 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Bryan is extremely kind and I never feel as if he's trying to take advantage. The prices are pretty affordable as well. I had to get a tire replaced after running over a nail and Carl Black ended up being cheaper than Costco to replace it. My sister also bought a used Sonic and Matt and Lance in sales went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend these guys if you're looking to buy or service a car.

Bought a part online from CB GMC thru A*az*n and it was the wrong part (not their fault). Due to waiting for additional parts (from others) I missed the return window by 3-4 days. Within their legal right to refuse return of the item but beware. Would have expected to pay return shipping & a restock charge but didn't expect the 'eat it" attitude.
UPDATE: 08/02am sent a polite email to Mr Rodriguez and asked that he c contact me to resolve this issue.
UPDATE: 08/03am Called and did not speak to Mr Rodriguez but did speak to his administrative assistant detailing the situation. Assured me he would respond.
FINAL: 08/06 No email, no text, no phone call. The inaction's speak volumes. Per my initial review: BEWARE.
Congratulations, Mr Rodriguez (GMgr)/ Carl Black GMC, you have won, I'll just go away disgusted but NOT the least bit surprised.
UPDATE: Apparently the employee responsible for Am*z*n sales was finally able to reach me and the matter was amicably resolved today. A lot like mating elephants but its fixed. Kudos to K. Cloud at Carl Black GMC for going the extra mile to reach me.

I don't know what the hell these other people are taking about. This place is full of THIEVES! Don't take you cat here. Everytime I take it in I leave with a new problem! Just spent $650 to have my car fixed. Then 1 week later my battery starts over heating ( only problem take cold be is the alternator) they tried saying I had a bad battery, but they just replaced my battery! So I told them they don't know what they are doing and need to fix it.. finally they said it was the alternator... now $1400 later I'm hoping the problem is fixed

Went to look at a new Colorado today. Salesman was helpful and friendly. I advised him that I was price shopping, and they gave me a price above MSRP, on a base model with 2500 miles on it. Their prices aren t anywhere close to what they advertise online. He tried to distract me by attempting to discuss the monthly payments instead of the overall price. The price given was before any rebates were applied, however those come from the manufacturer, not the dealer. They should still be making a reasonable offer on their end. I won t be going back.

Shortly after posting this review I was called by Kyle, the service director at Carl Black. He seemed concerned and assured me that he was disappointed in his staff and that they had been admonished. He offered some goodwill service in the future to make it right. Assuming they follow through with the offer via email, I agreed to change my review, as I understand the importance of having a good reputation and that poor staff behavior doesn't necessarily reflect the values of the leadership. Looking forward to a better relationship in the future.

Made an appointment to do the Android Auto update on the infotainment system in my 2016 Camaro. The service advisor seemed knowledgeable on the phone and said they would do the update under warranty (the car was a week old with 1400 miles). When I arrived, the advisor I met with (not the one on the phone) didn't know anything about the update, the service manager did, but informed me that they'd have to charge me $115 + tax to do the update. I informed him that when I made the appointment I was told it would be done for free under warranty. The service manager informed me that the person answering the phone for the service department is just a phone answerer and knows nothing about the service department or its policies. I filed a complaint with GM service and was called back by Carl Black's service representative Richard, who very politely informed me that GM only pays them $10 to do the update, which takes an hour, and he wasn't willing to suffer that loss. Message received loud and clear! Carl Black has no concept of custumer service and doesn't see the long game; I would have gone there for service many times and they would have made plenty of money off of me. Instead, I will drive an extra half-hour and take my car to Autonation Chevrolet at the airport, who was more than happy to do the update for free.

I live out of state. I was attempting to purchase a low mileage lease on a vehicle on their site. Lilian, was the first person I texted with in regards to the specific vehicle. I asked her about the current offers, what they could offer etc. She came back with two options...she said they obviously apply to well qualified buyers. I knew my credit was great so, that wouldnt be an issue. I discussed the two options with my husband and we decided which one we would go with. Lilian, then transferred me to salesman Kenny. He reiterated the offers again yadda yadda. I told him which offer I wanted, he talked me into the credit application to start the process of the vehicle lease. The next day, he calls me back as he said he would, told me my credit was 793. At this point I've held up my end of this deal, he then proceeds to ask me additional questions about the qualifications to get this deal, non of which were spoken about by either Lilian or Kenny prior to this moment. Apparently I needed to be a current leasee and have a costco membership. So now that I am neither of those things, the offer is no longer available to me and my new deal is $150 more a month then originally stated. Talk about liars, misleading and withholding information just to get you to a point where they think they've got you! F that! We had every intention of being repeat leasers and I'm sorry but that's not good business. Kenny blamed Lilian and tried to say he was just the messenger but if anyone should know the qualifications, the salesman should. And he didnt disclose either! Now, my credits been ran, I was intentionally mislead and I am back to square one. When you're trying to earn someone's business, this tactic doesn't say anything good about you, the salesman or the business as whole. Buyers Beware!

With the issue that I was having from day 1 the experience was horrible. The day the issue was found with my car, I was in the dealership for 6 hours waiting for a loaner vehicle! This was a huge inconvenience for me to have to sit in the dealership all day knowing that the dealer was going to keep my car! With the issue that was happening with my car, I worked with GM and also expressed that I wanted to receive a new vehicle because I had a new vehicle that needed a new engine already! Instead of the manager himself from the dealership calling because he was the one with all the details, he opted to have the sales rep that sold me the car reach out to me. I appreciate the sales rep trying to assist me but he had very minimal details about what was going on and could not give me any options or answers! With this case, you would think that a manager would be the one to reach out to me with the seriousness of the case and my request! Carl black did not take my request seriously and that is very upsetting to know that for my first Chevy experience I choose this dealership!

I love my Chevy Silverado but my experience with the repair and service center at this dealership was insanely AWFUL. My truck was at the dealer for a new speaker, a leak, plug cover, visor and antenna for over a week. After I finally got my truck back they had only done one job completely and my antenna was not repaired only botched together to hide the LAZINESS of the crew. My antenna fell off when I went to check it s repair. The only thing an in intire week they fixed was the pug cover. Like I said I love my Chevy but I will never take it to this dealer again!

I brought an Infiniti Q50 from Carl Black Orlando. Very smooth process. The only real point of dissatisfaction is the mandatory installation of a safety device added to the "Dole" light that makes it flash a few times. It is pre-installed so you can't decline. It's an add'l couple hundred bucks that I'd rather not have paid. Other than that, it was good...oh, and they gave me a half tank of gas so I had to spend $35 on premium gas the same day I brought it!

They did provide a brand new rental but we re so meticulous about the condition that I was afraid to drive it! I was told , Don t worry about it-that s what insurance is for! When I finally got my car back, I was so disappointed to found out they did not even change the oil as they said they had!?! They had broken a piece (had to order a replacement and install), I found the broken piece left on my car windshield! I complained and spent a lot of time and effort to speak to the leadership to no avail. I do not recommend this poorly run dealership.

Went to Carl Black on Sunday because I saw a car on their website. I was greeted by a sale rep named Luis. He welcomed me and made me feel like I was part of the Carl Black family right way. By time I got there he had the car I was interested in already pulled up front so I could check it out. Luis and the sales manager Matt were very understanding with me and my needs and wants. They worked really hard to come to a final sale that we all would be happy with. I was hard to work with but both of them went over and beyond to help me out. I ended up with a great deal on a great car. A used 2016 Buick Verano is what I upgraded with from my 2013 Buick Verano. It was a great car and looking forward to continuing the adventure in the new one. Luis went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and when they could only find one of the keys he went out and find the other key and mailed it to me the very next day. THANK YOU Luis and Matt for everything you have done for me.
