"Best customer service" I started using Carl Black a few years ago for service on my Chevrolet and always had great experiences. Bryan Moon took care of me and always had my best interests in mind. When I finally decided it was time to replace my car, there was no other dealer I wanted to do business with because of the way I had been treated at Carl Black. Meeting Chris Callander and Rodney Whitt in the sales dept proved to be the same great experience! Chris was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and his product and making sure that I was well informed to make the right decision. Both Chris and Rodney made me feel like I was the most important person there. I love my new 2016 Canyon and have already recommended Carl Black to two co-workers who are looking to buy. I bought a Colorado from Carl Black Chevrolet last night and it was an amazing experience. I've been to several Chevrolet dealers over the last couple of months and this was the first place dedicated to getting me the truck I wanted and not selling me what they were trying to get off the lot. Two people stood out and deserve a ton of credit. Lizzie went to the ends of the internet to find all the features I wanted in one vehicle and Matt Miller worked tirelessly to get me a good deal and the job done. Returned back to Carl Black to make another truck purchase. Picked up a used 2016 Denali HD from Raheim Brown. Not only was he extremely helpful and made the process quick and smooth, but he got us the truck for the price we wanted and the monthly price we wanted. Carl Black was the second Chevrolet dealership that I have gone to looking for this purchase. The first dealership played a lot of games when it came to making a deal. Carl Black and our salesman, Tom Metzger, were a dream to deal with. I left happy with my purchase and feeling like I had made a good deal.

I am usually ok with bad service, it happens. But this is by far the worst dealership I've dealt with. Bought '16 Camaro from here, only because the salesguy was actually decent. I do my services though at Starling Chevrolet- they have better customer service here. I DO NOT recommend this place, unless you want to leave angry.

Deception with car prices on the internet. When you get there the price is higher and the photos of the cars are photoshopped.

Hardly any wait time when I arrived at Service, Alex was very friendly and helpful. It was lunchtime when I arrived and I asked about a Loaner to go get some lunch while my car was being serviced and he suggested I use Carl Black's Shuttle Service. After speaking with Adrian in Sales BDC, he made an appt for me with Matei the Buick Manager. When I arrived to the dealership salesmen were available at that very moment seeing if I had any questions. One salesman in particular was extra helpful by helping me find Matei and became my Salesman, His name was Raheim. He walked me to Matei's office, helped me go over the paper works, took me around looking for cars and also took me on a test drive. Matei did a wonderful job as well with getting the perfect car, rate & monthly payment that I wanted. Matei and Raheim were both very friendly, professional, and helpful while picking and buying my 2013 Buick Verano.

Ali was very helpful. Answered all the questions I had and helped me secure a great deal on what I wanted, rather than save me money by offering something less desirable. Was serious about making a sale, but was never pushy.

My husband and I just bought our third vehicle from Carl Black Chevrolet. Will Theiss took excellent care of us as expected. It took us less than 3 hrs to choose, design, test drive, and walk out with two vehicles. Not to mention the complimentary sushi, drinks, and snacks while we waited. It was a pleasant experience.

My husband and I went to Carl Black yesterday (2/15) and my husband left with the Equinox of his dreams. Our sales consultant was Walter who was amazing! He approached us when we were looking at the models, we did not have to go looking for someone. We can tell Walter truly bent over backwards to help us get what we wanted. Our finance manager was John who also was great. We got through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. He also was super knowledgeable on warranties and worked with us on adding great coverage at a cost we could afford.

I ve been coming to Carl Black for a few years now and they have supplied me with my last 3 cars. Each time I ve gone, the staff has been great and I always feel like they ve taken care of me. Recently I was looking to get a larger car, and Dwight was my salesman. He was knowledgeable, friendly and worked to get me a deal that worked for my family s needs. I really appreciated him taking the time to talk me through the pros and cons of each of the cars in relation to what we were looking for, and making the experience enjoyable overall. If you re in the market to get a new car I HIGHLY recommend coming to Carl Black and asking for Dwight specifically. Two thumbs up from me!

They wouldn t honor a recall because we missed it by a few miles, even though we had proof the tail light was out before the 70k miles from our 60k oil change done at Pep boys receipt (This was late February right before COVID). We weren t able to get in earlier bc there is a PANDEMIC! He told us it was our responsibility. Anyway, Danny at Starling GMC in St. Cloud went out of his way to help us and get our tail light covered thru the recall! He saved us $700! How can two GMC s be so different in customer care?! Don t waste your time at Carl Black for service.

I had a great purchasing experience getting my new GMC Sierra from Carl Black. I rolled in 20 minutes before the dealership opened and ran into Michael Elder. He hadn't even finished his breakfast yet but graciously and immediately took me around the lot to find a truck. I told him what I wanted in a truck and what I wanted for my trade and we made it happen without too much back and forth. Michael also went out of his way to handle all the boring stuff I didn't have time to hang around for making the paperwork process much easier and faster. No issues with my experience and recommend to buy here from Michael.

Salesman aggressively pushed a lease. We told him no, spent the rest of the time telling us how leases are way better than buying and we would make a mistake if we didn't lease. They blocked our car in with one of their pickup trucks and when I asked how we were to get out, salesman said just drive around the building.

Got car serviced for oil leaks and came back in 2 months because the car was leaking oil again. Waited 4 hours in the lobby before being sent home in a loaner.

Was told by the former and Alex that my car was under warranty for the repairs and would be ready the next day. Four days later I get an invoice for $4,000.

I have been a Chevy owner for the last 15 years and I have used the service department at Carl Black's several times to service my Chevys' various recalls and warranty work. Every time it has been a complete nightmare. The last time brought my vehicle for a recall on a sensor i was assured it would be under a 3 hour job and i dropped my car off the night before for the 7:30 a.m. scheduled appointment the next day. I called a few times during the day and every time I was told it would be about another hour and they would call me. At around 5 I called again and was told everyone had left in the service department and I'd have to get my car the next day. Unacceptable. I went and demanded my keys from the one guy left in the building. No apology nothing. Now months later I brought my car back to finally complete the same job and am assured again that it will take under 3 hours. 8:30a.m. appointment, 7 hours later and they can't find my car keys. Turns out they were in the trunk of another vehicle. This is only the tip of the iceberg, I could continue. Service department here is completely incompetent and unprofessional. Every time I've used them I've sworn it would be the last time, but for sure this is it. I'll drive the extra ten miles for service.

After spending the entire day searching for a car my husband and I finally arrived at the Carl Black dealer. I don't usually write reviews but because of the customer service provided by a young man named Joshua Marti I had to make an exception. As soon as we entered Joshua made us feel extremely comfortable and was very helpful. He offered us all the time that we needed without any disruptions. Other dealerships push and push to make a sale and completely disregard the customers but at the Carl Black dealership they actually cared for us and our needs. They were super patient with us and trust me I am a very picky woman. I would 100% recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for exemplary customer service and for a team that goes above and beyond to help.

FRAUD UPDATE (Feb 2020): Just had to call the bank because this place has been fraudulently charging my credit card a year after dropping my car off!! I don t even live in the state anymore. Total fraud dealership, not surprised they did this.

Wish I had a positive review but I had a terrible experience here. All I needed was a new tire, but I left with scratches all over my rim. Unfortunately I didn t notice it until I drove off the lot, and of course they won t help me now.

Not sure why they didn t do the right thing and take ownership, clearly not a trustworthy dealership. Don t go here if you want honest, reliable work done.

Edit: Decided to give this place another shot, and again it has been an absolute disaster. My car has been there for over a week, just for an oil change and new tire. I don t understand how a dealership can treat people this way.

This was my second purchase from Carl Black Chevy Buick GMC and I was very happy with both experiences. My Sales Representative, Michael Elder, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Even though it was a very busy day, the Finance Manager, Hector Jimenez, answered all my questions and got me through the mountain of papers in a timely manner. Highly recommended this dealer.

Found this dealer through Costco program and were really satisfied with the whole process. Wound up buying a slightly used 2019 with features we would not get with our budget on a 2020 car. Got super low financing 3.5% and drove away happy.

During morning commute a guy (employee I assume) driving a grey/silver Chevy TRAX was riding my butt, tailgating my car and other cars in traffic. He was also weaving in and out of traffic without turn signals, speeding and general reckless driving on John Young Parkway. The best part is the back windshield clearly showed "Carl Black Chevrolet" for everyone to see. Good advertising. Poor and Dangerous driving.

Purchased a new truck from Carl Black Orlando on Dec. 26, 2019 Ryan Brice assisted us in our search. Very informative, very attentive, took his time showing us what we were looking for, explained the vehicles functions before, during and after test driving the vehicle. I bought my vehicle 2017 and back then I had a great experience. Service was very good in communication. Now 2020, the customer service has fallen dramatically. I called in the beginning of September to ask about my tires and someone was supposed to call me back. I called 5 times and talked to multiple people and not one person wanted to help me. They kept putting me in touch with customer service rep but they too, never called me back.

Eventually after my surgery I had to drive 1 hour to the dealership to go over what I could have went over, over the phone. My questions were answered and I have new tires. Truly sucks to be treated like a nobody in a place where I feel I spent a fortune to buy a car.

Dwight my sales person is the best. (you need to look him up if you go to the dealership) My experience was was the best of all the car purchases I have made over all the years I have bought . Picked a vehicle on the Web, Dwight brought it over for my wife to approve (she hates the dealership experience) took a day to work out the details and he returned with our new vehicle and picked up our old lease . Signed the paper work and the hole experience took no time at all. No stress, no hanging out at the dealership for hours on end , and very pleasant experience. Greatly appreciated Dwight. Thank you!

Had amazing customer service this evening from Chris Callander who walked through everything while I purchased my brand new 2019 Buick Encore.
