Appointment time for service was a drive up, complete some brief paperwork, explanation of what was to happen during service, relax in the Customer Lounge and enjoy a cup of coffee!
Staff was professional and friendly. Customer area was neat, clean and stocked.
Car was ready before the promised time and the total experience was excellent.
