I have been bringing my truck here for service ever since I bought my truck here in early 2018. Had I not purchased the service package I wouldn t have been back from day one. They have zero respect for appointment times. I schedule an oil change and it takes a minimum of two hours and usually longer. Like today as I m sitting here typing this I ve been here since 12:30 waiting for an oil change and a recall fix, I was told this would be a total of 2 hours, it is currently 3pm and they told me another hour. I am missing a work appointment because of them and all they can say is sorry it s taking so long . I worked as an automotive service manager for 6 years and would never have gotten away with treating customers this way. Oil changes should never take more than one hour (I can easily do them in 15mins with a lift) don t bring your vehicle here ever, they also charge way more than most mechanics.
