Went here on a whim because I heard so many good things about it. Food was delicious, service was great, and the menu selection was simple yet unique. Fried pickles were amazing, and they make pretty good crabcakes as well. Would recommend here for anyone else looking for a nice tropical setting and rooftop dining.
The best part of this restaurant is the selection of draft beers. Chicken was rubbery like it was heated in a microwave, lettuce
in the salad was yellow and looked like it was out of a bag from Walmart, nothing had any flavor, missing ingredients listed on the menu. Go for the drinks but then go somewhere else to eat.
My last time there they send me my food literally 1 minute after I get my appetizer. And then they mess up my meal on top of it.

My friends and I are down on vacation and wanted to enjoy a nice lunch together. We came in for a late lunch and some drinks. We sat down and scanned the menus with everything picked out once our server came over to greet us. The server, Courtney, came over and poorly greeted us. We ordered drinks a mojito and fish bowl. I have a allergy to pineapple juice so we asked if it could be replaced with cranberry juice because we have had it there before. She rudely remarked, I do not think they will taste good so we nicely said, oh we have had it before and loved it. She brings the drinks back and the mojito was made with basil instead of mint but she never came to see how the drinks were so we were not able to tell her how they were. The food came out and everything was good but needed some extra condiments and the waitress never came to see how the food was so I had to find her ask for those things. Keep in mind, we sat and watched her check on the tables around us and walked straight past us, several times. After we finished our meal and drinks we were ready to pay and she was no where in sight, again. I went to find her and ask for the check but when I did she had a attitude and a slight eye roll before getting it for me. We had really been looking forward to a nice lunch and unfortunately the service ruined it for us.
Very fun bar to visit with great drinks. Though it seems seating in the upstairs bar is difficult to get, likely because it has the best atmosphere
Was on vacation and kept walking past Capt n Jacks and when I saw the fishbowl I knew I had to come inside! Food was great. They even had a live musician playing too. Highly recommended to at least stop in. You will not be disappointed!
Went to the bar upstairs to have quick drink. One bartender didn t even say a word to us and walked past us at least 3 times. The other bartender walked past us at least 3 times and then was on his cell phone right in front of us. The bartender finally came over, got us a drink and didn t even say a word either. He just wanted to go back on his phone. Not sure if it s just because these are kids for the summer and don t care or are actually not accommodating. This happened twice this week. At this location. We do not have any interest in spending time or money here.
Good food but kinda pricey. The crab cakes and steak sandwich were good. But the Mac n cheese gross, don t order it. The Atmosphere is nice. Ate here twice since we wanted drinks. But I was very happy with my experience. I will be back thank you

hmm. where do i start? well first of all our server wasn t the most patient with us and also wasn t that friendly. then one of our meals was completely wrong, asked for extra crispy wings and they came out undercooked with no sauce. my salad tasted sour but i was starving so it was still edible. and to top it all off my friend ordered mac and cheese as an easy snack and now she has food poisoning. if i could rate this restaurant 0 stars i would.
Great view from the upstairs section of the restaurant- overlooks the beach and pier. Food and drinks are great. Highly recommend if you're visiting the Wildwoods.
Was just here over fathers day weekend 2019. First night we stopped in for just drinks. Surprisingly had a nice craft beer list. Second night we came back for dinner and it was great. 7 people and 7 good meals. It wasnt very full but our service was great, our food was excellent, and i would deffinetly go back. Didnt have any trouble getting a bartender or the check when we were ready. Some people are complaining on here about that but im sure the place gets packed and sometimes you just gotta speak up people.

I came there for my birthday July 22nd 2020. Was very disappointed. I had been there in the past and loved it. Wait staff was ignorant. Wouldnt let us put tables together for a group of 5 was forced to sit at an outdoor table for 4. They said they cant put tables together for covid but usually restaurants want us to be further apart. They didnt have accommodations if it rained and it started to down pour so we took cover in the closest space they had which was where their wait staff uses and we were told we cant stand there. I understand its gov murphy doesnt want you to have indoor seating but they should have better accommodations depending on the weather. We were asked if we wanted to stay and eat and we said no to put in boxes. I also ordered bacon mac and cheese and they gave me mac and cheese bacon burger. Very very very disappointed.

Currently the hidden gem on the Wildwood boardwalk. Great food and attentive service. Upstairs is open and airy. Never a wait to seat; Keep it a secret, tell no one!

It's an okay place to eat on the boardwalk. They tried to seat us outside we agreed provided it was shaded they sat us in full sunlight. Thankfully we were able to be moved inside where there were plenty of open seats. The margarita pizza sauce was nothing more than tomato paste. The Mac n cheese had a strong taste. The service was good, the beverages were good. If we were to eat there again it would be without the kids.
The shrimp was so rubbery he had the gag on it ask for another set of shrimp same thing the chicken wings are very very good the Margarita Pizza comes out ice cold and you don't even taste the basil I know it's a short town and they want to make their money really quick but serve quality food it would be appreciate it would make people want to come back more and more to this one place

Drinks are good, but chicken and pulled pork were bland. 2 people got what tasted like boiled Chicken in there Quesadillas and I got a Pulled Pork quesadilla that tasted as boiled and waterlogged as the chicken. The service was great.

The absolute worst establishment I have ever been to in my life! The server was extremely rude and it took almost 2 hours to receive our meals. Multiple orders were incorrect and the manager of the restaurant was unapologetic about the mistakes. Additionally, the restaurant was dirty and smelled of urine. I would strongly advise avoiding this restaurant!
We ate in the front open area ( during pandemic)- not the restaurant north, but more south (new?) (by an indoor "mall"). Not only were the fish tacos and caribbean salad good, but we mainly wanted to make note of our amazing server: "Kevin" was running and running, upstairs and downstairs, handling table orders, front takeout, everything. It was extremely busy, but he was on top of everything, so hard working, good natured, and an excellent asset to this place- which we hope he will be recognized for. He deserves it.
Got to sit outside on the upper deck on the hottest day of the summer. Food is very good and refreshing drinks.

Amazing drinks, had the Bahama Mama,, the definitely don't water down the drinks here! The Texas burger was the best burger I had in a long time. The steak sandwich another member of my party had was so good! Sat on the upstairs Patio had a lovely ocean view and breeze on a very warm day.
Ended up having perfect seats. Place was clean,server was pleasant and attentive, food was priced well, and was tasty. Would definitely go back. Very simple menu, and good for large groups.

One of my favorite sangrias I have ever tried, even sweeter when it's happy hour!! It also might have been the largest order of nachos I've ordered and they were delicious. We'll definitely be back next year :)

Went for happy hour, ordered off of the happy hour menu, and when I paid the bartender said they "aren't sure if they're doing happy hour". Was charged double what I should have been.

My family decided to go to capt jacks for dinner after we were seated we waited for over 20 min for someone to come to us all the while other customers were coming in and their orders were taken finally our server Kris (I think that was his name) came over and took our order since we waited so long we ordered our drinks apps and meal well the drinks came after 15 minutes we waited another 20 min for our food well he brought everything out at once appetizers and our food the appetizer were most likely sitting for awhile since they were Luke warm I was so disappointed in the entire meal our bill was almost 200 dollars never again and on another note the place was not busy they had a couple empty tables and when I asked to see the manager all I got was HES BUSY
We came here during Irish weekend. I understand it is the end of the season, but they were out of most items offered on the menu as well as frozen drinks. It was busy but the service was extremely poor. Had to ask multiple times for napkins. While table was served food except for one. And she had to wait an additional 10 min plus a reminder that we will still missing food before the last of the food arrived. The burgers were ok at best and again missing most of the toppings. Very disappointed. Liked the bar the previous day and was really looking forward to eating here.

Not alot to choose from for food I ordered fries they were ok. You can't order a shot but that's ok because it is in a water park they want everyone safe. Disappointed they didn't have any old Bay seasoning
New tradition to have lunch out on the upstairs deck when we visit Wildwood!
